I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, really educated on their products, and the service is always swift.I also use their salon for all my cut and color needs- Katt has always been great to work with and has always let me leave feeling my best.I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Its so nice to have a local Ulta. The staff are always so polite and go above and beyond to make conversation at check out but they dont bug you while youre shopping, just ask if you need help at the door and let you come to them, which is ideal to me. Anytime I have a question they can answer it. Some displays are sometimes cluttered/messy (it looked like someone had jumbled up some of the Pacifica skincare at my last visit, almost like they knocked it down and then just stuck it back on the shelf in a hurry) but theres only so much you can do about that at a busy store.
