I called Polaris of Ruston because my husband is in the hospital and I didnt know how to pay our bill...and upon finding that out it was as if the whole facility jumped into action to help me ...not only did I get information I need I ended up getting my lawn mower serviced and got new blades put on... they came to my house and picked it up even when I wasnt at home because I have basically lived aat the hospital trying to stay near my husband ... and they took it back without complications or anyting that I needed to do... they took care of everything for me and I appreciate them so much ... they treated my situation as if something had happen to someone in their family and that means so much when youre going through... so thank you to all the staff, the technicians and everyone at Polaris of Ruston... I appreciate you all so very much God bless you!

I was highly disappointed with the service department at this dealership. The numerous times my Polaris 110 was serviced here it took 30+ days to get it fixed every single time. One time was something as simple as changing the oil / air filters. If you want your bike fixed in a timely manor spend the extra time and take it to Shreveport / Bossier. Ruston has always had a small town feeling where everyone leaned in everyone but this business missed the mark to say the least.

Had a deal setup on the Dixie Chopper for 0-60 months with no interest-they checked credit all was ok-salesman called me said all was ok come and pick up the mower or they would deliver but when I arrived the next day to sign paperwork I was informed that the deal had changed and there was no 0-60 but 0-48 off course that being said I refused the buy-seems like allot of confused people have no clue of changes or what ever may be going on -I would definitely stay clear of this dealership and if u make a deal or buy from them you need to get in writing before you leave the store-the kicker is they could have told me this over the phone but made me come all the way to the dealership to inform me now how do you like the above for business ethics-wow hard to believe-yep-stay clear-I also intend to write Polaris a formal letter to report this dealership as just maybe trying to run a scam on people just to get them in the door then change the financing options agreed upon and I also will report to the BBB.

From the door to signatures, the process was seamless. Just ordered a second ATV, & a 3d on the wishlist!

Sadly this establishment has ruined Polaris off-road for me, from the lack of the Salesman Josh returning phone calls after the sale to the incompetent service person Stacy. I am positive if this facility was in a larger city it wouldn’t of made it a month. You wait months on repairs to find out they have t even looked at your bike or the are “just swamped” and will get to it ASAP. I hope this place can get there stuff together for Ruston. But for now I will take my bike (which is a Polaris) to Mckinny Honda to fix it.

Made 2 visits to the dealership, one to pick up parts, parts guy was very helpful.Second visit 2 days later was to the service department to get a boot put on an axle I had already taken apart. At best a 30 minute job. Was told it would be at least 2 days to get to it. Left disappointed and will not be back.

Bought my 2020 Redmax 46inch cut riding mower from them this year it was a great buying experience. Salesman asked me what I was looking for and what I needed. And paired me with the Redmax. Got me financed within a few hours and my mower was delivered the following Monday. Will be back for sure!

I was driving through Ruston and was interested in a Polaris UTV so stopped in to see what they had in stock. Ramond showed me around the facility several different UTVs that they had in stock I would recommend checking out Polaris Of Ruston and asking for Ramond if you are interested in buying a side-by-side or ATV.

I bought my Polaris Ranger from them in 2012. Great dealership with knowledgeable sales men and excellent service dept. I took mine in for major service and had it back the next day. If you are looking for a dealership that cares about its customers Ruston Polaris is it.

If I could give no stars, I would. They dont know how to change the oil in an ATV and I had to rebuild my engine because of their mistake. They definitely dont want to sell anything. As a serious buyer, I went to their store and they could care less if they sold anything or not, which was the attitude I got from these people.
