These guys are awesome! They were extremely helpful, informative, and they made sure I got everything I needed at a great price. I ended up going back to advance auto after price checking a few other places, and they gave me the best price. They were also kind enough help me load the heavy parts in my truck without me having to ask. This kind of customer service is rare. Thank you!

Extremely helpful and well knowledge and I they dont have in stocks if earlier order in morning could possible get it later that day if not the morning. Staff is great and friendly a must go to for your auto part needs.

I broke down in Rutland, the guy that helped me was Bobby. He went above and beyond. Charged my battery and brought it out to me when it was done. Really nice guy and great service. Definitely recommend.

Customer service is pretty good down the ball if they make a mistake they make it right with you no hassles highly recommended.

Both people who helped me here were super nice but our main guy bobby (tall white guy blond hair) was excellent, very nice and patient, super knowledgeable as well. an average wednesday workday for him was a stressful dead battery walking-to-work kind of day for us, and his helpfulness and nice attitude made all the difference. thanks man!!!

Its an auto parts store, still havent figured out whats so advanced about it though.

Awesome place, wish it was bigger, but they are working hard with what they got. Also, get better communications. Had to wait a few minutes cause their system was down or glitchy.

Went in to this place to inquire about assume seat covers. The customer service person went and got a ladder to assist us and before bringing it over to assist us, agent on to other things, abandoning and chance for a sale. Never again

Never order paint from them. Ordered a gallon of paint from their catalogs, spilt some of the paint so i had to get more. I brought the original gallon of paint to the same guy all within the same week thinking he would pull the same number he wrote on the paint can. Pretty straight foward, but nope instead I recived a different darker shade of blue, how did i find out after painting the car. Now two shades of blue. All they could do was offer the money back for the paint and an extra 200$ for labor. The store manager was a dink during it, all the paint guy had to due was run the same number not eyeball the damn paint. They cost me a weeks worth of work and easily a thousand dollar job, but hey i got 200$ for my trouble.

Ordered Steering Rack online they decided I needed 2. Thankfully was able to return 1 to the store and get my money back. My wife went into the store to get Sway Bar Linkage and Sway Bar Bushings... They told her bushings are not a thing... I took screenshot of their website which said SWAY BAR BUSHING and she showed someone else on order to get them. Both were very bad on my vehicle.

They have loaner tools you can get. They charge you the cost of the tool up front but it is only a deposit when you bring the tool back they give your money back. Fantastic store. Very friendly and helpful

They had what I needed but I received extremely poor customer service. Ordered a battery online for store pickup. I showed up around 5:30pm the next day to get it. Quick and easy. When I asked if the employee would install it, the reply was No. We cant do that. Theres only two of us here. We cant do that. I understand when a business is busy and short staffed that some services will be limited. However, there was only one other non-employee (I would say customer, but I believe he is a friend of one of the employees) in the store. This was not the first time Ive experienced something like this at this location.

My traveling companions Honda needed a new battery after having failed us on a road trip. This shop had the battery she needed and installed it on the spot. Store hours were generous.
