Yesterday I ended up purchasing a VW Jetta from Rutland Auto Group and can’t thank everyone enough for making the process as quick and easy as possibly. Im in the beginning stages of buying a car and I had a great experience at Rutland Audi. Holly was very helpful and answered all the millions of questions i had.

Waste of my time. Visited to test drive a few vehicles. Met a male salesman who assisted us in test driving a suv. Eventually found a car that we really wanted but the keys could not be found to test drive it. Guy stated that he would locate the lets and get back to us. He never followed up. I called him some days later because I really wanted to but this car and he said that he still cant find the keys, but that he woudyget back to us in a day or two to test drive the vehicle. Fast forward, no call from anyone at Rutland auto group and I can now see that the car is no longer listed for sale. I am not sure what went on, but instead of making a new customer, they absolutely lost one. I am quite sure that if it were a more expensive car then he would have managed to make it happen. We need to replace both of our cars, one new and one used, but it wont be from here.

Keep an eye on themThey use HEAVY pressure, salesman techniques and will hold back information so that you cannot leverage them while comparing quotesSalesman Justin, backed up by his sales manager Andrew, gave me a quote sheet and intentionally photocopied the sheet w/o vehicle specs, an inventory number and a vin number.I asked the reason and Justin specifically said “so you can’t compare quotes”Keep an eye on them

Terrible service technicians and possibly the only place you can lease a car and not get at least one free oil change. The lease professionals are nice but only if you’re actually gonna get something through them. Otherwise it’s a complete highway robbery of car services in my opinion. I also know many people that stand and watch their car get worked on cause they don’t trust the mechanics. Place needs a little more than a small town wake up call. Looks like they took a couple sales tactics from aldermans across the street.

After a long and exhausting hunt for a suitable replacement of my beloved 2001 Volvo s40, If fell in love with a certified pre-owned 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. Terrible customer service. They put me on hold then hang up. Now they wont answer anymore.

A problem arose with my car on a Friday night, brought it in Saturday morning around 8 am, and it was looked at, fixed and ready for pick up at 10 am. I couldnt thank Ashlie Bourn enough for the quick service as I was in a time crunch leaving for college on Sunday!
