Would not replace a napa battery I purchased at another napa store even though the warranty was validcalled corporate & was told these franchise stores dont have to honor the warranty in any waybetter to force a sale on you for the same item than to have morals & help you outcorporate said they would be reimbursed for battery anyway so they didnt see why it was such a problemdoes that tell you anythingGene the counterperson has an obvious phobia of handing $$ to customers, instead he throws it at you each time Ive been therego visit chris & his crew in W rutland NAPA & never have problems
