I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and I enjoy getting free road maps as a part of being a member. Also, they sell the ez-pass and were knowledgeable enough to help me get it set up. Definitely an A+ business.

I waited three hours in front of a CrossFit studio - next to a methadone clinic (don’t ask). Even after my third call, crying, stating it was dark and no, I did not feel safe, it was still another 45 minutes. I’ve been a plus member for 12 years; Ive had to wait before, but nothing like this. FYI no fault of the tow company, he was told my car was vacant. I was told I had to be there with my ID! Then, after it was towed, I got a call from AAA stating my friend couldnt find the car, so the AAA rep asked me where it was! Apparently the GPS had the tow driver put the car at a neighbors house. Im not sure how Im supposed to know where the car was towed to when I wasnt in the tow truck. It would have made more sense to call the truck driver.

This staff is awesome. Its always a great experience when I stop by.
