Dont know where to begin with this post. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram Promaster 3500 in 2015 with 4,500 miles on it. During the test drive, warning lights lite up on the dashboard. Knowing now it is obvious why it was for sale. For 6 years weve been running after this problem. Every other dealer went for something called a brake switch. It was changed out at least 5 times. No one could figure it out until we got it to Rutland Dodge. The service department was very systematic diagnosing the problem. And Dave the technician was the one that got to the bottom of it. It appears now that we have it back and no issues.Just want to thank the service Dept (Adam and Desmond) and the technician for tackling the issue. I dont even know how many deductibles and weeks of my time having everyone try to fix this.My hat is off to you all. Thank you again.Johnny

I went to Adam concerned about a paint issue with my Dodge vehicle, I was concerned this would not be a warranty problem. Probably the best major purchase experience Ive made. (house and cars). Car shopping online (we live in MD) and saw the car online and contacted them to see if the car was still available. After just on call I didnt need to shop anywhere else. Phil and Jared were AWSOME. They made the process easier than checking the mailbox. After putting things in place drove up from MD to their showroom in VT and the car looked better in person than online. After our prior post we received a call from Rob, the Service Director at Rutland Dodge. We discussed our previous unsatisfactory experience and had an open discussion to correct our issues. He sincerely apologized for the original job performed and the condition my truck was left in. Rob and the entire service department went above and beyond all expectations to get our alignment done along with completing all of our service request items of concern. Since we were an hour away, Rob made arrangements for our truck to be delivered back to us and have a loaner truck while ours was having the service completed. It is a HUGE breath of fresh air to come across someone who is willing to go the extra mile and make things right. Came in today (New Years eve) in a panic because I didnt have any parking or brake lights on my 2011 Dodge Challenger and I was pulled over last night by the State Police. Im from out of town so I was completely at the mercy of the dealer. The service advisor Harold Sammis was able to take my car in on short notice. The service technician Dave, went the extra mile to really troubleshoot my issue which was not an easy task and turned out to be a burned out parking lamp and socket as well as a misplaced fuse. They were able to get me back on the road so I can safely take my family home to NY with brake lights. I am super appreciative of the service offered and would recommend them highly.

Have lived all over the country and have had 6 Dodge/Ram vehicles that I have used nothing but FCA dealerships for for both purchase and service of, and this is by far my favorite in every way. Having 3 vehicles at a time it seems I am always needing oil changes or other service. Ashley, as well as everyone else in their service department, is absolutely amazing and unbelievably helpful. I actually enjoy bring my vehicles in for service, and as I have built a relationship there they are consistently doing more for me to show their appreciation for the business. Rob in their parts department is the best. He makes everything easy and quick, and has regularly matched some absurd prices that I have found through researching and looking around elsewhere, without having to haggle or hassle them at all. I simply ask if they can match it so I can give them my business. For sales 3 vehicles bought from them over 3 or 4 years, all from different people, but each time simple and hassle free. I know cars and know what I am looking for both vehicle and financing wise, and they have always gotten me right where I want to be without any fighting or pushing. We had a Hertz Grand Caravan rental from Burlington with a screwed up windshield wiper. We stopped in here and the amazing service guys - Mike and his team - fixed it, lickety-split. We (obviously) hadnt bought the car there and were not likely return customers, but that meant zip to these guys. They saw someone in need of help (especially with snowstorm coming), and jumped to provide that helping hand. I wish we lived in Rutland so that we could patronize this business!! Went in just looking to test drive the 2019 Laramie wanted to wait a week or so but the numbers both Dennis (salesman) and Dennis (sales manager) worked up for me were unbelievable. I recently tried Rutland Dodge Ram out with a project to my 2015 Ram truck. It was lifted (4 full suspension) and larger tires (35s) and some extras. I will say this, 1st and foremost, the GM Bryan is an absolute fantastic individual to work with. He helped make a long thought about project come together and impressed me with the results to say the least. From start to finish and afterwards on follow up etc. Bryan was there and continues to be. Ive never been a Dodge person but the young lady running the Dodge Ram Service department changed that! A friend of mine recommended I stopped in to get a great deal on an oil change and talk with Ashley. With a smile and joke she was the first person to approach me, and was also the busiest 1 around. From helping other customers, phone calls, and the technicians she still made me feel like her top priority. 5 stars is an understatement, she deserves a 10. I bought a used 2017 Jeep here the other day and it was an interesting experience. I worked with Jake. He was sweet and personable, and worked hard to get me into the car. However, the manager immediately low balled my trade, and I had to fight to get anywhere near what it was worth. Also, be prepared to pay the price you see online. Luckily the list price of the Jeep still made it worth it for me.However, how a dealer can sell a 6 month old car that is PAST DUE on an oil change is beyond me. I mean, the oil change sticker is literally on the windshield. We even asked that they change the oil before I came to pick up the vehicle... and yet... no oil change. The vehicle also has a faulty roof panel (they are removable) and that clearly escaped their technicians multipoint inspection. More like multipoint vacuuming and tire shining.Im happy with my vehicle, and because Jake went the extra mile (the poor guy was actually outside sweating trying to get the roof panel to work) he earns the extra star. I also appreciated that they at least gave me a rebate for an oil change, even though its a hassle.Id definitely be cautious about their service department, especially if buying used!

When the old Dodge dealer suddenly closed I didnt know what I was going to do for repairs. Im so glad to have Rutland Dodge take over. Everyone Ive dealt with is caring and willing to listen to my concerns. I had an evasive problem and they stayed on top of it and Ashley kept me well informed. I cant say enough good things about her. Im glad she is there. She is so friendly and I know she is watching out for my safety. With a high mileage vehicle I need people I can count on and know they will be there tomorrow if I need them.

So here is my scenario, Every morning for the past 4 days starting Tuesday the 11th my 2012 Dodge caravan stow n go would not start in the morning I had to Jump it. I called Rutland Dodge Ram and spoke to Ashley Blanchard who had me come in on Friday the 14th. She was amazing she explained everything to a T and told me what to expect and let me know that the techs wanted me to do and try. Needless to say my car started this morning with no Jump start I am so thankful. Ashley Blanchard I give you 5 stars on customer service friendliness and such and amazing person. I have a Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDisel we had one of those check engine light problems that you hear about. After trying and changing just about everything that the factory could think of the problem was fixed. The lead person and service writer Ashley Blanchard was a huge help in making this less painful. Since moving here, Rutland Dodge has been by far the most competent and understanding group of people I have had look at my truck. Ashley Blanchard has been nothing short of amazing every time Ive had my truck serviced. This last time I brought it I was sure I had done serious damage to the front end of my truck and it cause me some serious anxiety. Ashley got me right in and she and Sam Hamblin, one of the technicians, went over it with a fine tooth comb. As busy as they both were, they stopped what they were doing and were both there to explain to me what they had found and reassured me things were not as bad as I thought. Ashley explained everything in great detail as to what they found. Sam did the same and even got under the truck with us to show me exactly what he found. They were so amazing and definitely put my mind at ease. There was a creepy older gentleman who invaded my personal space and just stared at me as Ashley was trying to explain what was going on with my truck. When asked if there was something he needed, he rudely interrupted and said it was something to talk about later. Im not sure what it was about but from a professional standpoint he couldnt have been ruder and more unprofessional in front of a customer. I later learned he was the service manager for the Audi side of the house. Sorry Audi, but your creepy service manager earned you -5 stars.
