I went in today with a screw in my tire. They were able to fit me in immediately to patch the tire while also juggling other (satisfied) customers so I could pick up my son in time. Everyone there was extremely pleasant and patient. Overall a great experience. I will be back when it is time to replace our other vehicles tires before winter. Thank you!

This place is amazing. The rim on my Mercedes cracks on my way up to Rochester, Vermont from NY. Miraculously, they happen to have the rims I needed and despite having me in quite a bind, priced them out fairly. And then proceeded to expertly fit my wheels back on, give me sensors from old rims, and re-torque the tires after I drove around for a bit. Now, there is not a Mercedes dealer anywhere near Rutland and I was lucky they had them. But if they can treat someone this fairly when they could very easily have taken advantage of my situation, it tells me that they conduct their business in an honest and professional manner. I hope to never need them again, but if you live up there or just need them in a pinch, this is the place to go!Rob G

They dont follow up with online requests. Say they are first come first serve even tho they have an online reservation and then when you show up for your appointment they then tell you they dont take online tires to put on. On top ofnthat the guy at the front desk had an attitude like I was bothering him since I had a reservation

Went in for size 31x10.5r15 to see their prices and what they had and the salesman only wanted to tell me about the lowest end set and highest end set they had in stock. Wasnt too excited on those two choices, and asked what else was available. Told me they had some other options, so I again asked what choices there were. Salesman believed he already told me and started giving an attitude, and started arguing when asked about the brand names they stocked. Seemed to be getting more hostile as I started asking about details. Figured there was no point in supporting this business and went down the road to another store and had all questions asked, given a list of what they stocked and what was available in store, no hassle whatsoever.

ASK for tire and installation warranty. Drove ~400 miles and one blew on interstate. Out 300$+ for barely used tire and then another 300$+ on a new one. Oh, and check your receipt as ours doesn’t even show #1239 installed these 4 tires. I’m so glad there are so many positive ratings for this Rutland business. We just do not agree.

Tire Warehouse is the place to go!!! Joe and the guys are awesome, and very helpful. They know what they are doing along with being there for the customer. Im a young girl (30), and usually places like this take as much money as they want, because I have no clue about cars. Not this place tho... they fixed my alignment, and I called Joe later that day telling him I still have the shakiness. He suggested to spray all the mud from my wheels which was the cause of the cont shakiness, but I could bring it in and they would do it real quick for me since I had my alignment the day before. They didnt have to do that, but once again friendly/nice guys. I will def cont bringing my car along with my spouses car there from now on. On top of the great customer service, they are dog friendly. My German Shepherd was with me, and he told me to bring him in while I wait for my car to be fixed. Friday I ended up with a flat tire out of the blue. After calling AAA to get the spare on I drove to Tire Warehouse in hopes the tire could be fixed. They were extremely nice and kept me informed the entire time they were checking my tire. Luckily it was able to be fixed and they had me back on the road in no time. This was an absolutely wonderful experience after a not so great day. Looking forward to doing business with them again in the future!

Amazing...in a rental car driving thru, no idea where we are, and a leak in a tire. Its Sunday! No one is open, Im going to lose a whole day of my vacation! My wife picked up a screw in the tire of her car. I called to ask when i could bring either the tire or the car in. The person on the phone told me to just drop the tire and fixed it within an hour. When i returned they offered to put it back on the car and even gave me a discount coupon from online and applied it without me asking. Will be returning here for new tires when i need them next. The only thing this place is good for is if you have to get a tire repaired and youre in a pinch - thats about it. Work is slow and expensive, and addition to that they refuse to install any tires that you have because you didnt buy it from them - even though I had them changed out before bringing my own many, many times.This blatantly obscene policy change, higher-than-average cost, and lack-luster / rude customer service is how you lose a customer of almost ten years and any future customer referrals (and go from a four star rating, to one).

Tire warehouse is the best place to go for tires or any related needs! I had a slow leak, the culprit was a small screw. I was assisted immediately with a pleasant hello from the manager! Not only did he provide fast friendly service he provided me with a coupon to help save me some money. He also helped get me set up to get more deals in my email! I will definitely go back for any needs I might have in the future!

They always take great care of my car, but today they went above and beyond. I had a flat caused by a screw. They repaired the flat and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! Im a traveling Registered Nurse, working in Rutland to assist in reducing burden caused to staffing during the COVID-19 pandemic. As I returned to Rutland from my other home far away, I picked up a piece of metal that caused a severe flat tire giving me just enough air pressure to make it to work on time. After calling road side assistance offered on my vehicle, I was able to arrange assistance from Boondock Motors out of Brandon, VT, to inflate my flat tire when I got out of work at 7am this morning. They told me they may not be able to help until possibly 10am but to my surprise, they showed up right at 7am, re-inflating my tire so I could immediately head to Tire Warehouse less than a mile away. Within the 30 minutes I waited for the doors to open, my tire pressure went from 40 to 11 as I sat in the parking lot awaiting the 8am opening. The guys from Tire Warehouse were able to patch my tire which was another surprise, getting my car back to me by 8:20. They told me not to worry and that the service was on them while also thanking me for what I do as a nurse. Im grateful to have a great experience with honest businessmen like these professionals are, taking something that was causing me major anxiety in the unknown of how much Id have to spend on potentially purchasing new tires, the time Id be held up waiting, and the fact that I have to work these next few nights making the ability to get home and sleep before my next 12 hours at the hospital very important for both me and my patients. Hats off to a great local business! You won me over and I truly appreciate your help. Ill let everyone I run into know about this act of kindness!
