I don’t know how much they get paid to work here but all except maybe two people really do deserve a raise!! I love how kind they are whether I go through drive through or go to pick up inside. I go daily and I would highly miss not seeing their faces and smiles if I stopped going.
So to the person who told me that there is only one flat white and insists they are the same thing…they are different. Make them different from each other. Don’t argue with your customers.Iced Flat White does not have honey and is made with whole milk.Iced honey almond milk flat white is made with honey and almond milk.Please STOP making drinks until you learn the difference because everytime you make it with almond milk I end up sick and can’t drink it.
They are pretty transparent on what is all in their drinks and are willing to help when you have questions on what is in the drinks. They are willing to offer their opinion on what alternative milks make a good drink. Kind, friendly however sometimes our order gets lost in busy times and the staff has to be reminded to make our drink before starting on drinks that were put in after ours. Thats not a huge problem because its a drink and we knew it was busy, so its expected.
Its a Starbucks so everyone knows them. The staff is super friendly. This is the only location I purchased a breakfast sandwich from and I must say it was excellent.

Ordered a frappe with light ice and no whip in the drive thru and I was handed a frappe with whip. When I asked again for a coffee with no whip the person at the drive thru dumped out half my coffee, added more ice and milk for some reason, then handed it back to me. Rather than waste anymore time dealing with such profound incompetence, I decided to cut my losses. Now I that I finished my half filled grande frappe, the rest is ice and undrinkable. Disappointing and sad situation at this establishment.
I mean. Its Starbucks, so its expensive as hell. The only way theyre fast is if you order ahead, so dont bother waiting in line.

You never know what kind of service you will get. 50% of the time its speedy and friendly. 50% of the time its insanely slow and the employees wont even acknowledge you when you enter the cafe. Not to mention they have messed up my order countless times.
I was really excited to order a drink that mi saw on social media. When arriving to the window to pay I wasnt able to receive my drink because I didnt have a bill smaller than 100. Ridiculous... I have worked retail and food before and never have I had to refuse a person based on what currency they had.
Oatly oatmilk is making me love Starbucks again! Great for latte that is no too sweet, but is rich and creamy. This location doesnt disappoint. 👍
Its a very good place to get a cup of coffee detail the way you want to be dismay hk sure that you give all the proper instructions write down if you want it blended you get what you order.
Ever since I heard we were getting a Starbucks, I was THRILLED. With the sudden closure of my favorite café in recent years, there’s been one other local name in the game, and since COVID hit, they’ve been swamped and struggling with hours. I only get Dunkin when Starbucks is closed or I GOTTA have too many doughnuts at the same time.That said, the review.I set up my online order app IMMEDIATELY, because I’m indecisive and would rather not take up precious time hemming and hawing over my order. Plus the app makes it VERY easy to see all the ways you can customize your order, and gain “stars” rather like loyalty points for every purchase to apply later for discounts! And you can (thankfully) in the COVID-19 age, pay in-app before you ever get there, so no contact with cash or card! App also remembers EXACTLY what you ordered last and with what adjustments, so your perfect drink is waiting in Previous or in Favorites if you marked it so.The ONLY gripe I have about paying this way? You have to “reload” your card... instead of it just taking the exact cost from your payment method! And it DEFAULTS to $25! Not fair when you’re hurrying, because the minimum hiding in the menu is $15! I visit often enough that my balance will get used, but if I’m only buying a Tall drink with no mods, it’ll be under $8, and with an empty account, I don’t really want to pay extra for the convenience of ordering early to get at drive thru.Bringing me to my next (unfortunate) gripe... Having to pick up or order INSIDE the store is a nightmare compared to how smooth y’all run the drive thru. Inside, it’s a mad house, and it’s the only time I’ve gotten:- the wrong order with my name on it- a hot drink sat so long and never announced, that by the time I got Karen enough (not in my character 😢) to ask where it got to, it was found on a random counter, ice cold and nobody offered to remake it, so I just took it...- no sugar in a drink when requested, or a drink not properly mixed; just slapped together and slammed down as if being assembled was the bare minimum (and I had been waiting quite a long time for anyone to start my drink)- 90% ice in a cold drink when order specified “light ice”The Good: App & Drive Thru are quick, accurate, and on point. Very kind, and I appreciate every “visibly” LGBTQ employee that I see (like me), busting buns to do a good job; if I COULD work, I’d probably work in a café or a ‘Bucks.The Meh:- Mobile ordering comes with the caveat of if y’all ain’t flush with funds, don’t order Starbucks - “reloading” your funds will absolutely DRAIN you.- Don’t order or pick up inside the building; something WILL go wrong. Nobody I’ve met was mean about it, just didn’t care, or offer a remake.Overall: I’ll always be here, unless my favorite local café does better in the wake of COVID vaccination rates; then I disappear during the summer to enjoy hometown delights as I roam. But y’all’s Dragon Drink keeps me crawling back. I need it in my veins.4/5 ⭐️: 1 off for less than dependable in-store service. Otherwise, I love you lots. Just from a car window. 😘

Enjoyed the convenience of drive thru, and the decaf venti latte was delicious. Ordering audio was clear, and we didnt have to wait too long, even at midday rush hour.

Not too bad! Some staff is friendly and some are not but I enjoy the ones that are. I’m sure it’s stressful times for everyone so just remember to be nice. I’ve never had a messed up order and I’ve been to this one a lot.
Starbucks has some Great drinks, including the fact that you can create your own as well. I really dont want to say anything negative, they just need to work more as a team instead of just for themselves. Starbucks is still a Wonderful place to get your drink on!!

I love Starbucks and have been excited to have them in town. But the service at this location is just awful. It is slow and the staff is poorly trained/supervised. I asked to have my drink remade the other day and I heard the girl who was making the drink exclaim, This is so retarded. Almost every time I order a tall, I get a grande. I order the same drink every week, and I get a different drink every time. It would be funny, if it wasnt so expensive and time consuming and disappointing.
Loved my Frappuccino and breakfast sandwich. The service was excellent with attention to detail. They made my morning great despite the gloomy weather outside.
Initially when the store open, the drive thru took a long time. However the line now moves along rather quickly (faster than the CVS line it seems), and the staff is friendly.
I just went there today and the lady cut me off when I was ordering at the screen. When I got to the window I clarified my order and she just rolled her eyes at me. She gave us attitude the whole time we waited for my order to be corrected. It was the worst service Ive had in a while. Her name was Andrea.
Tried this Starbucks twice now. The first was fruited tea, both were bland and not at all like the teas we usually get. Today, we waited 45 minutes for two small coffees with cream and sugar. One came out cold AND burnt, my husbands was hot but no sugar. I saw several half filled drinks waiting for other people on the counter or perhaps just mistakes (I had a lot of time at the window).If management doesn’t start training people better they won’t stay here very long, but being Rutland I sympathize with the management. Any case we’ll just stick with DD.
Drink came out hot instead of iced. Had them remake. Everything came out good however, not worth the massive price.
Ive given this Starbucks like 5-6 chances because they are new but I still keep having negative experiences. When you ordered a hot latte it either comes out cold or today I ordered a large latte, it was only half full. The other day I went to pay and the cashier disappeared leaving my card who knows where. I had to scream to get another baristas attention to get my card. The day they were giving out the free cups with a purchase if a holiday latte the guy refused to give it to me even when I paid with the app. Whats the point of coming to Rutland if you run your business like this.

This place is crazy slow. I don’t even know how it’s possible, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins and there was only 4 cars in front of me when I pulled in. It’s unreal, and you cannot pull out once you are in line, you are stuck. Unless you want to waste 45minutes if your life for high priced coffee I would definitely suggest not coming here. Insane.

Starbucks is a Great place to get Coffee, Tea (hot or cold brew), as well as different flavors of the Coffee & Tea. You can also get Frappuccino, cappuccino,, Lattes, Refreshers, Cold Drinks, & they have food too....
I’ve been here several times. It seems to always be teaming with people. It’s the only place to get a Frappuccino with coconut milk in town. There is a super friendly staff. Rutland is moving on up.
Everyone was very pleasant
Ordered a large matcha latte and got a cup filled to the brim with ice and a sip of flavoring that wasn’t mixed whatsoever. Incredibly poor quality that Starbucks should be ashamed of being associated with.
Orders are always messed up. On the plus side they are always willing to fix them and very friendly.
