Took my car with a flat tire knowing was the closes place for not drive the car farther and they took 3 days because they couldn’t even get the lug nuts from the rim and when I was going to check every time was an excuse, that we need this and that. Decided to just get my car without the fix and they ended up charging me 270 dollars only for the labor and parts supposedly, never again visit this place in the future, horrible place and horrible people that don’t know how to treat customers…

I bring alot of my vehicles here and they get it done fast and good prices honest, so if you have a bmw, hummer, nissan, isuzu, jeeps, they will fix easy and fast and if they know how to fix those that easy then what you have Im sure they will fix with ease and not try to take every dime you have because they price really low compared to other mechanics.

They sold a used tire without first making sure the used tire was still good. Drove that tire home and 90 minutes later it was flat. I live across the tracks from the business. 3 blocks. Not cool. They ought to do the right thing and replace it with another tire of equal value. There doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge around. I will not be using them again. I will update this review after we’ve seen them today to resolve it.

Do not take your car here!My brother took my car to get a tire repair and he was charged $240.00 and the repairs were not made.The person who helped him was not only rude but also so unprofessional.I will not recommend this place.

Worst people, they will steal your money and would not fix anything in car.

Came here for an oil change i was confident since i saw that they specialized w/ mercedes they didn’t know where to take the oil out from which they had to watch a youtube video, finally they did it and then drove home and it was showing on my dash that my hood was open never had that problem until that visit got home and opened it to realize that my mercedes logo cover was missing which i went back and told them about it and they apologized bc they supposedly forgot to put it back, and then the next day on my way to work the plastic cover that goes under the car fell on the road which they didn’t put back all the screws back...

Very unprofessional. I came in to ask about servicing my car and the worker was very rude to me. I ended up leaving and going to a discount tire. I would never come back to this place.

First impression- guy comes up to my car smoking and on his phone which made me want to give 1 star, but the boss was nice and gave me a decent price on 2 tires. However I really don’t like that his computer doesn’t print out receipts with explanations of all charges, he gave me a written receipt after I kept asking.

Ive gotten my inspections done here the last couple of years. They are always very nice and quick. They took a break from an all day type repair on another car to get my inspection done. I failed the inspection because of an error in my computer, but the cool thing was that they told me what the problem was but didnt pressure me into getting it fixed there. That blew me away. That never happens! I ended up taking it to my mechanic in Garland, he fixed it, and I went back and passed the inspection. I will be taking my car here next time I have an issue simply because they didnt pressure me into getting it fixed there.
