Ive had to use them twice in my life time so far on both experiences they were on time with my estimates, and keeping me apprised with updates I wont take my toyotas anywhere else.

Great service! I came there without appointment to ask about cost for fix scratch on my car. They took and fix it for 10 minutes and didn’t charge me for that, it was need a polish. Great job and professional, not line. I was so surprised

Ladies beware: this did not feel like a trustworthy place. I asked for a quote to fix a dent in one door panel and reconnect my front bumper where it popped out. The estimator swore up and down I needed to replace both parts completely for $3,500 and claimed he would also need to do unspecified work on two other, pristine door panels to get the color right. I asked two follow-up questions and he admitted he could reconnect my bumper for $200 (same aesthetic result) and could get the dent out of the door for $80 without replacing it.I had a good laugh. Modern cars cost more to fix, but my experience at Maita felt like a scene from the 50s where the mechanic assumes women do not know anything about cars. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Got the job done quick and they were super responsive. As an added bonus the car was cleaned when I picked it up. Tip- if you need to rent a car, rent it from Maita Toyota. They are a lot cheaper than Hertz/Enterprise.

Perpetual waste of time. First they said no appointment needed just come in for an estimate, then it was we will need to do a tear down to see underneath the bumper and that will cost extra. Okay made sure it was okay with guy that hit me if he wanted to pay for that. Came back again and got attitude from the guy I spoke with the first time. Then told I will need an appointment. This was never told to me the first time when I made it clear I want a tear down regardless. So two lunch breaks wasted and I need to come back a third time. I only came because I dont have a trusted body shop in this area and this place was connected to the dealer. This could have all been okay if the guy that helped me didnt have such a poor condescending attitude. I felt talked down to and belittled for being concerned that my car may have more than just cosmetic damage

Mike was nice, professional, and provided exceptional service on my Toyota Prius. Im very satisfied how Mike handled the communication, parts required, cost, and the amount of time to repair my car.
