Watched a homeless guy unwrap and probably steal a flashlight from right in front of the cash register. Nobody even reacted. He probably needed it way more than they did .

I went to have a diagnostics ran on my car and they just happened to not have one due to someone stealing the one they had b4!! I would think they have em for sale y cant they just pull one outta the package??

Got a battery from autozone last week on Sunrise in Citrus Heights. Didnt have to much power in the battery. I took it to Broadway in Sacramento. Only used it once and its dead. Dont shop there or let them charge your battery. You wont have a piece of junk battery to use

I was told by the dealership that I needed to replace my battery, so I went in today to get that done. I know next to nothing about cars and the staff was very helpful. He came out checked my battery and it was fine. There was quite a bit of corrosion on one anode so he cleaned it off and installed a $3 product designed to prevent it from happening again. Saved me a bunch of money when he easily couldve told me I needed to buy a new battery and I would have. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

The employee who helped us was so generous. We went in for a battery replacement and he came out to help us in the 98F heat. We were all sweating bullets and he helped us get our car back on the road. Would definitely recommend visiting this location. Thank you AutoZone!

Had to replace windshield wipers yesterday. Joe Ortiz was very helpful choosing the correct wipers and installing them. Ive been here several times over the years and theyve always been knowledgeable and helpful with quick installations such as lights and winshield wipers. Keep up the great work!

Donnie and Alex helped me change out my battery on a super hot day. They both were so helpful and friendly and really knew what they were doing. They got me on my way quickly and I really appreciated their hard work!

Alex helped my husband and I with our car battery! Our car is ridiculous and it took like half an our to get the battery out (theres a weird flap and it was stuck and melted together, but Alex is awesome and didnt give up!). He checked it for us, made sure our assessment of needing a new battery was accurate, then got the new one in for us, which was an ordeal in and of itself. Alex was super awesome, couldnt have gotten to work today without him!!

Stopped for windshield wiper blades on a very rainy day, mine were worn out and squeaky. Staff person welcomed me, looked up size needed for my car, showed me the display, explained how they were organized, and answered my questions. Super pleasant person! While I was checking out I asked if they were difficult to install...she said no and offered to install for me right then! Such good customer service!

BTW I ran an auto zone for 5 years as a manager and I’m ASE certified.Worked here when I was young and the service has gone to the dogs since then.They sell batteries for $130.The same quality at Costco for $89Always shop around when it comes to automotive supplies.

Horrible treatment... we ride motorcycles, and my husband and I went in last evening to get some supplies. Given the cold weather, I was layered up with 2 hoodies, and a leather jacket. The male employees (including the manager) treated me like a criminal, because I was bundled up, they assumed i was shoplifting. The female employee was very helpful, as she assisted us through most of our trip, and even helped us all the way to check out. The way I was treated by the male employees was unacceptable. They were whispering amongst themselves, as well as with other customers, about me stealing, and eyeballing me suspiciously. I ended up not purchasing what i originally went in for, as they did not have the quantity I needed, and I didnt want to make a partial purchase. ( I needed 5 quarts, and all they had was 3 or 4. I did, however, purchase many other items, which, again, the female employee that helped us was very courteous, and addressed our needs. I felt so uncomfortable by the 2 male employees, that I will never return to that location again. I heard the manager on the phone saying that he usually works at the Florin Rd location, so I will not be going to that location, either.

Javier was Amazing! He deserves a raise! I couldnt get my hood open on my car to put oil in, and he spent 20 minutes in the hot sun trying to open my hood. He opened it and put the oil in so I could drive back to Redding safely!

Definitely my go-to parts store. They usually have what I need in stock at a good price, if not they get it quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and I like the quality manufacturers of the parts.

They were very helpful! I needed my battery tested and they came outside and checked it, swapped it out and checked the alternator as well. No extra charge for the service.

Service was great. Went I. With a dead battery and lots of frustration. They tested my battery, sold me a new one and installed it.. Angel helped me out a lot and I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing help with their vehicle

Manager was rude and was unhelpful to his staff who required help operating the test equipment. I guess the blonde at the other end of the counter was more important than we were when she walked in because thats when the manager attitude changed for the better. Im pretty sure she got all the help I was needing

Went here for a battery issue. The worker was incredibly helpful. They worked to find the battery for our vehicle and my husband was expecting to install it himself, but we were so surprised when the worker came out and installed herself. It was a great experience for bad luck situation.

I was on a day road trip, unprepared and my power steering went out. I barely steered into the parking lot of this Autozone and they not only helped me find the right part for my car, they diagnosed the exact problem, put me in contact with a good mechanic just 700 ft down the road and picked up the part I need FOR ME. Ron took care of me and because of him and his team I could drive home safely the very same afternoon. Best service Ive ever received.

The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful every time Ive been there. They arent condescending if you have a question and they have evencome outside to take a look under thehood of my car to help diagnose a problem. Its right by light rail so your odds of getting spare changed are pretty high, but if thats offensive to you maybe downtown Sacramento isntyour kind of hood.

Always seem to have the part I need. The lowest retail price you will find. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that gets you out quick. I brought in an alternator that they tested to confirm was bad and then looked up to see if I had purchased from them. I had, five years ago with a lifetime warranty. They handed me a brand new one and said thank you sir. Saved me $148 and no hassles.

Had a job interview murphys law this was Tuesday the 17th when higway 5 literally closed for over 1:45 minutes and the manager not even concerned if I was involved so just say no did not make interview😕

Always very very slow service. Staff seems to engage in personal interaction rather than being of fast and courteous service to customers. Have had to wait extended periods of time for cashier to man register to pay for items. Almost as it they are doing you a favor to stop personal stuff to do what auto zone pays them to do. You are most likely to hear banter and conversations coming from the back while waiting that has nothing to do with dealing with the paying customer. Ive also noticed several employees will congregate around one customer while others customers are seemingly ignored. more popular customers are treated with priority and almost in a social visiting setting.. i also experienced a situation where an attractive female customer was ogled and given the full attention of several male employees while we the customers who were there first were completely ignored ..Training and customer care classes should definitely be implemented so the employees of auto zone can serve the customers better.

Ive gone here for decades. Nostalgia, cleanliness, location and employees make if four stars. One star off for the employees frequently giving bad advice that, generally I didnt ask for.
