How was Sears Auto Center? I wouldnt know, I didnt go there because they dont ever answer their phones. Ive called them about 10 times in the past 2 weeks at different times. No answer, they have a deal with Amazon.com with installing tires but I can never get anyone on the phone.
I had the battery that I bought online shipped to this location for pickup. I was told that the store will hold my battery for me up to 5 days after its arrivals. Due to my work schedule conflicting with their store hours, I had to wait a day to pick it up. When I got there theyd already sold it to someone. The lady said that they sell whats on the shelf and its first come first serve. I told her but I have already paid for it thats why it was shipped there in the first place. Doesnt that make it mine? I bought it first. She ignored what I had to say and told me I need to place a new order and wait for it to get there so I can go back and pick it up.

I’ve been taking my car to Sears auto on Florin Rd for years and always got great service, but since they’re closed now I had to take my car to the Arden location, and I am very disappointed. The mechanic at the this location is lazy, he didn’t want to look at or work on my car, and because he didn’t want to realign my car under the alignment warranty that I have, he lied and said that something else was wrong with my car. To top that off, they gave me a quote for something completely different then what he said was wrong with my car, and that I’ve already had replaced. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and they informed me that the sears mechanic lied and the items and parts that the sears mechanic said I needed replaced were in fact new, (which I already knew because I had them replaced not to long ago). It would have been easier for the mechanic to just realign my alignment instead of thinking I was stupid and going to pay him to replace parts I’ve already had replaced, and that I know he saw was new. Even though Sears on Florin Rd is closing, you guys should keep the auto center open because, those mechanics were honest and did spectacular work on my car over the years. This Sears auto center on Arden should be the one that is shut down because the mechanic is a liar, lazy, and obviously doesn’t want to provide quality work on our cars. I should get my alignment warranty reinstated because I basically didn’t get what I paid for and Sears shouldn’t offer warranties on the alignments if the mechanic isn’t going to want to realign our vehicles “for free” under the warranty, or repair our cars correctly and we won’t have to come back for realignments if you don’t want to honor your promise. People don’t waste your time at this place, Sears is a rip-off, they have you pay money for services, then don’t want to uphold their end of the bargain. Everything is way over priced and you can get quality work done for cheaper. Sears auto is also a scam. The warranties they offer are a joke and a lie, I never got the shop your way points I was promised for spending my money, I never got the trial offer of Sirius XM radio, and I never got my car realigned under warranty I have either. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Do not take your car here for your tires, I REPEAT do not take your car here for tires. I had two tires put on the front it took them well over 2 1/2 hours. I felt something was wrong I could hear them laughing by my car. They were completely unprofessional I could hear them swearing all the way in the waiting room. When he finished he pulled my car out and revved it super loud. By this time its dark and i was being too trusting he did it right went in the mall to finish errands and see today that there is a clear skuff about a quarter of the way around my rim.( absolutely no skiffs on any rim originally) they lost the air cap. And the tread is running backwards. These are chrome rims and I feel they will not own up to this as it clearly shows its not curbed, rather deep scratches running vertical.
Great guys who know what they are doing. Weve been taking all our 3 cars to sears over 2 years now. They are very very busy so keeping your apt are the best way to get your car in, or coming in really early. Thank you to the whole team. My Lexus us ruining smoothly .
The best place to get a oil change if you drive for Uber. My car is full synthetic and I get an oil change for about 35 bucks
Quick oil change and maintenance while I watched a movie and bought a few things. Happy we went.
I was told by a worker on the phone that there is no need to make an appointment. Went in after work and the wait was over 2 hours long. Took my business else where 👎

Sears do try hard to take care of their customers always with multiple services. They aim to pleasure your customer needs always and do go searching for the product you may need if not on the shelf. They will order the product if not in stock and in some cases will even give a 10% discount for your troubles just ask. Some products a bit pricy at times but will do what they can to keep you happy

That is one service department at Sears that has not been a good thing to First Sears though you have to wait very long for someone to talk to you other than that you have a good worker there was always there but shes just always busy it doesnt need her to wait on five different people in one line so I think they need more people experience like the one they have and keep it going
Love theyre die-hard battery jump starter boxes. Got the platinum and never have to recharge it if you leave it on the vehicle you just jumped for a few minutes.
Best place for an oil change, new tires etc.. love the fact that I can shop while I wait, staff is alway personable.
Been here twice, both times had great experiences idk why its not rated higher. Last time a Joshua helped me out he was very professional, polite and extremely helpful.
Pre service reception was great and awesome 👏🏽Update: second visit now and if there are more than 5 stars I’d give them .. pre service reception master mechanic taking the time to come out and investigating the problem further more .. highly appreciated and recommended

Not crazy about this place. A simple flat repair, and they wanted me to leave the car most of the day.. Finally had to get air in the tire just to make it down the road to another tire shop who fixed it in 15 minutes, and didnt even charge me for it....You take your chances here....
I got a new new dryer from sears, its been less then one year and its not working any more, not blowing hot air at all.. I paid more then $400 for it, not goig back to this place thats for sure.. Customer service its the worse ever, dont spend your money here or ypu will be very disappointed 😠
Went in to get my car checked on before I went for a 600 mile drive. After, when I was 3 hours into my route, smoke emitted from my hood and ended out that they didnt fully put my coolant seal cap on, which put a hole in hose and leaked coolant everywhere. $200 to fix. Lesson learned.

Brought my car for a tire rotation and waited at the waiting area, the employees doing the work are unprofessional, they grab my car and started reving the engine like there was no one around or like if the car was theirs, I will not be bringing my car there anymore.
