These people always take care of me. I love going here! Every time I come here I always get a deal. They price match and then they give you a discount. Ive literally been going here for 5 years now. The best part is they have sister companies and theyll give you a discount at their other shops too. I just recently got four new tires for less than $325 and they charged me $40 for an alignment. I dont know anywhere that can beat that!

They took 45 minutes to check me in when their was one person ahead of me and they didnt install the parts properly. My vehicle was far worse off after I left and had to go to another shop to make sure there wasnt any other issues that they caused. Dont come here unless youve run out of all other options.

Was only want to do alignment over there. They said have to do a inspection first ($20+) in case of other damage than the alignments. So let them inspect. And just like other scammer they came up a big problem and ask to replace control arm and other stuff. Lmao which cost over $900 for part and labor. Then I brought my car to other shop. Guess what ? The other shop said it was only the steering wheel and need to do a little tinny adjustment, and it was fast also didn’t even charge me. So guys be careful of this scammer shop. They will want you do and inspection and find out that you have a big problem and have to replace parts. Even you don’t replace part you will still have to pay for $20+ inspection fee.

Way overpriced for very unprofessional work. Busted my cv boot and left the shop with a terrible grinding and screeching sound. Told me when my car starts making noise bring it back to fix my cv boot for full price after they were the ones who busted it. Not sure how they are claiming they “showed us” when he didn’t even look at the car when I brought it back.

This is my go to shop for tires and basic automotive care. I had 4 rims I needed mounted and I needed 4 brand new tires for my C5 Corvette also. I pulled up at 8Am as they were opening and was out in a couple hours.I explained to them that my tire sensors had been bought recently and they used and instead of replacing them used the previous ones and they worked perfectly back and front.The prices are always fair and service is awesome. The hardest thing to do is to find an Automotive facility you can trust.I’ve bought tires for my BMW as well as my Ford Explorer here and I’ve always gotten a great deal.Thanks for the great work.

My husband had brought new tires from here for his car and they changed the rotor and break pads for my truck. Prices are good. I had to wait for couple hours but I was happy with the service. Front desk lady is very prompt and she knows her products. The mechanics are great. Will be back to change all my tires for my truck 👍

Since I purchased my tires here, I now take them for their rotation and get my oil/filter changed. I am pleased with their work and timing. I just stay there and wait for about an hour and its done. They do their point inspection and showed me my cabinet filter... I needed another one. They replaced it for me. i am pleased with their service.

Literally charged me 25$ to tell me I couldnt get an alignment done on my car because I need to replace the front and rear bushings on the control arms yet my car was perfectly fine up until yesterday when I had to replace one of the lower rear control arms. Coming up to the register I saw another quote for about $1,900 for a simple brake and rotor job. Please take your business elsewhere before you get taken advantage off. Based off some other customer reviews seems like this ain’t the first time this has happened.

I only take my time to comment on things truly worth it and this place is one of those things. They sold me great tires at a very competitive price. They replaced my front-lower-rear control arm bushings and offered me a free alignment. My car has lowering springs and they management to get all the configurations just right. In addition to that their customer service was awesome even though they were extremely busy through-out the entire day. I highly recommend this shop.

DO NOT take your vehicle to them. Tires and maybe an oil change! That is all they seem to be good for and the oil change is questionable???? I am going to the Better Business Bureau on this company and also Filing a lawsuit against them... they did bad work made a mistake and refused to own up to it. Told me my parts were bad I replaced them twice listening to them and the third time they told me the part was bad again. I am out of money messing with these people and now it is time to file a lawsuit to recover my losses. Do yourself a favor take heed to this WARNING ⚠️..... Stay away from this company

Wow, if I read these reviews before going I wouldnt have ever picked them which would be a shame. Ive been going there since the day they opened (5 year? 6 year?). They have always given me reasonably priced, fast service with none of the disastrous results mentioned by others. The woman at the counter may not be super warm but she isnt rude. Ive never felt like they have tried to rip me off with either their pricing or their service. They go the extra mile.This is a small family owned business. Their mechanics are well trained and take pride in their work.

For anyone who has a sporty, nice car, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! They will go behind your back and take it out for a JOYRIDE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they took my Mustang 5.0 out for a joyride through the back streets because they were testing it.

Went here because I had a nail in one of my brand new tires, waited about 5 mins and when one of the workers took the nail out it was really short, and couldnt have punctured it, he said I was good and sent me on my way. They where really nice and friendly.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been a good experience. Just last week I called the at around 4 pm on Friday to see if they had time to do an oil service on my daughters car. The told me yo come down and they would work me on. As I was driving to the shop, a warning indicator came on to tighten the gas cap. I knew that the gas cap was tight and expected this to be a bad sensor. I’m thinking this is going to cost $100 or more to troubleshoot and replace the sensor. After they checked it out, it was a sensor in the gas cap itself And they could order a gas cap from the dealer for about $20 or that I could get one at an auto parts store for about $10. They could have easily misled but they didn’t. Another reason to continue my patrionage with them... honest, good prices and good work...

Customer service sucks, bought a used tire my abs light came on after them putting my tire on and it started to shake on the freeway. Returned back to get help they decided to take the tire back put my donut back on and told me they didn’t have time to see what was wrong. What kind of customer service is that?

One of the mechanics parked my truck wrong and someone hit the back of it. They told me it was like that when I came in and I sure know it wasnt there, they didnt try to make the situation better and tried to kick me out. I would never recommend this place even do I been going there for a long time .You guys lost a costumer!

Pro: reasonable pricesCon: they hustle / haggle you.Based on the total of my 5 visits that spanned over a year, this is my experience:They were nice and got things done quickly when it came to simple fixes and repairs like oil change, windshield wipers, vehicle accessories.But on bigger repairs like, getting all 4 new tires... I got haggled into buying all 4 new tires (2 seperate purchaes) with the promise of a free alignment. That never came to be. They would try to trick me into seeing something that isnt there about me needing a shock repair before doing the free alignment service. So my alignment is still misaligned as Im posting this.Last visit was for a simple oil change. They were busy but was able to be seen still. Idk what they did for over an hour but after I was in my car and drive off, I still noticed that my oil change icon was still lit. But thought it was just a computer system glitch . 3 weeks later, my dad still noticed the icon is lit, so he manually topped off some fluid in my engine and told me that my oil was so low like I never got it filtered or changed! I only drive around sac and I definitely wouldnt have driven that much to deplete the oil in 3 weeks!!The mechanics here are MANIPULATORS and Con artists at taking your money! Im not coming here anymore. They had all these chances!

Dont trust these people as far as you can throw them.The lady in the front has horrible customer service and needs to be fired immediately.My car was released 1/5/18, they had my car for three days making false promises they couldnt keep.When releasing my car they lost my break fluid cap and told me it was on there. Instead of owning up to their mistake they blamed me for it.They never called me about my car. I had to call them each time.The only reason they started to be nice was becuase i threatned to go to the BAR. Then they want to be nice and extra helpful.Manuel is a great guy and makes you want to spend money there but the front desk is horrible!All in all if i could of rated them no stars thats what i would have given them.Never again will i send my car to them.

Got some emergency work done

Took my car here for 4 wheel balance. got home checked all 4 wheels and there was no weights = no balance what they really did for 1 1/2 hrs of me waiting was rotate my front wheels to the back and the backs to front.

They are liars, they promised to fix my car and never did. I spent over 2000 dollars and right after I picked up my the check engine light came up. Very disappointed, the owner and his Indian worker suck at fixing cars. They don’t know anything. I hope they’re business ends soon, they’re taking advantage of clients.

Hello I went to apply to finance my repair of my truck at the time of leaving my truck I had to give 50 dollars to pay with my card on the page that they give me to apply to the last one they fixed my truck and there was a problem to apply total that already my truck was repaired and I was given no paid if I had to pay cash but did not return me my 50 dollars deposited by applying already spent almost 6 days and do not give me an answer I do?
