Dropped off car for repair on Th, they called and had to order the part sonic could pay to overnight it or bring it back in a week, chose to overnight it, Fri comes and goes, no word from them so figure I can pick it up Sat. I call them Sat and they didnt get the part. I asked for the service guy to call me back because now its the weekend and I have no car, he never does. Monday comes and I dont hear from them so I call at 3pm. It is being worked on and will be ready by 4:30. Terrible communication. I didnt have much car for 5 days, no calls from them, then they were going to charge me for overnighting the part, ugh! Lousy communication, they dropped the ball!

Went in for an oil change. Nothing else. They asked if I wanted a free car wash. I accepted. It took over 20 min to check in ( my appointment was 9:30 A M ). It took 2 + hours. Service was pleasant but took way to much time

No appt need for maintenance B1 status was an Express lane service. Had to get there 45 min early to be 1st in line of 6-8 cars. Service took approximately 45 mins.

Went to this dealership for an oil change and was done quickly which was a little surprising because they usually take awhile. Took my car home only to realize it was leaking, skit plate wasnt cleaned either after the service and also the oil drain plug was loose slowly leaking which couldve resulted into a big issue, luckily I wasnt driving the car for the week but noticed it leaking. Called the service department only to be told to wait two days to get it checked rather than just telling me to bring it in ASAP and they will look into it. Not going here again.

Always a good day when you know your car is taken care of. I had one of those annually visits. A little pricey, but you tend to get what you pay for.

The staff at Mel Rapton Honda were amazing. I brought my vehicle in for routine recall repairs that was needed on the car and they went above and beyond!! My husband went to mel rapton to get his car fixed well he told them what he needed and they gave him something eles and had the nerve to try and charge him without his knowledge unprofessional will not be returning

I brought my car there to fix the airbag recall. Everything is working on my car before taking it to Mel Raptor Honda. They took 3-4 days to fix the airbag. After i got my car back, my lighter is not working, light in the glove compartment is not working and i later found out my horn is not working and the cruise control is not working. I took it back to fix the horn and cruise control, they told me i had to pay $1300+ to get it fixed; it didnt get to fix and they robbed me almost $200 dollars just to tell me my car horn and cruise control are not working.So, i would not recommend you to take your car to this place. They break your car parts more than they fix. If you are going to take your car to this place, i would suggest check your car and remember whats working and not working so when they broke any parts you would know.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone to take a car there to fix.Go find more liable mechanics somewhere else.

I own an older (2000) Honda. They take care of it like it was an expensive new car. Service is on time, never had an issue with repairs. Over 200,000 miles and still running strong thanks to Mel Rapton Honda.

Purchased a new 2020 Honda from Manvir Dhillon on August 18, 2020, and walked away with a beautiful ride at a very fair price. Dhillon made that whole experience wonderful and went the extra mile numerous times. I could not more highly recommend him.
