Took my hybrid here for the first time for an oil change. Added tire rotation last minute no problem. I didn’t want to wait so Grady told me to text to see if my car was ready. I text later in the day no response but I knew they were short staffed (it was just him and a guy in training when I dropped my car off) So I decided to just head back over there. When I got there Grady remembered me and apologized for not seeing my text. If he had he would’ve been able to tell me they found a nail in one of my tires and ask my permission to patch it up. Since it’s the end of the day they would have to do it tomorrow so I would have to leave my car. They don’t offer the pick up/drop off service so I walked from home each time. (About a 30min walk) I explained to him the situation and let him know that I had errands to run and didn’t plan on being without my car. He checked to see if there was a loaner available for me and luckily there was. He set me up with the loaner in about 15 min and I was on my way. Grady called me the next morning and let me know my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car he apologized again for my car not being ready for me the day before so he didn’t charge me for the tire patch. Grady gave superior customer service so I will definitely be back. Subtracted a star for the location not offering the pick up/drop off service but Grady gave 5 star service.
Charlie signed my car in for service. He helped me out on another Ford a few months back. I like dealing with him because he is knowledgeable and a really nice guy to talk to. He recommended me to change all the fluids in the car because I never had any service done in 13 years except for oil change and 2 batteries. The key had trouble going into the ignition, so he recommended an ignition replacement. I also wanted to replace the spark plugs. He later called and said I need a new motor mount pad and something else. The car runs great now. No more vibrating and weird noises. Thanks, Charlie!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HARROLD FORD.We sold a vehicle to them going on 4 weeks ago and they have yet to payout.I have called up there nearly every day after it had been 7-10 business days. I usually can’t get anyone to even answer. When I do, I get a different answer as to why I have gotten paid for the vehicle we sold them. “It could take 7-10 business days……the check was mailed….the check was cut….oh, the check hasn’t cleared the bank.” It’s always something. I continuously ask for the sales manager who promises to call back and never does so I went up there and waited for 10 minutes before the sales manager would speak to me and tells me the check hasn’t been cleared by the bank and I should call him back on 2 days. I say my payment to our loan company is due today and all I get is “well you have a grace period”.Not a single sorry or thank you for your patience or we’re working on it, nothing. Terrible customer service. This place is unethical and should be shut down.I’ve complained to corporate already but please do not buy or sell anything from here.
Stealership is charging a markup on pre-order broncos. Broncos that were ordered well over a year ago. Dont do business with this scummy place.
Scheduling the appointment was easy. 30,000 mile service work seems to be completed properly. I personally would like to have a mechanic work completed check off sheet supplied to the customers at the time of service completion.This would create an at a glance form that would create more clarity for the ford consumer.
This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Great communication and negotiations to come up with a win win for both sides. Extremely attentive to my wants and needs. Completely a nightmare. Will NEVER go back to Harold Ford. When I dropped my truck off for service. I was the only customer there, while the employees all on the phone, 15 min wait. Then I was told that it was a free service, no had to pay $90 On my way back home I called Harold Ford and ask them to wash my truck, they said yes. Hours later I received a call saying the truck is ready. Picking up truck sane scenario. Only customer there 15 minut wait, no car wash, By the looks of things they look like they are going out of service
Had an appointment at 11 am. Was told it will take 2 ours to compete. After two hours I went to customer service to pick up vehicle. No technician had gotten to my car after having it there for two hours. The female customer service representative apologized for the work not being done. I let her know it wasnt her fault and retrieved my car and left.
Personally I think they judged my friend and I off being young females. The service we received was good upon arrival but declined right after. I dropped my car off in the morning at my 10 am appointment time then got a phone call soon after that I did not leave my keys in the car (they were in the ignition), that was the last I heard from them. Tried calling the service department many times that same day and never got anyone to answer the phone. The next morning I called again, texted, left messages and still no word about my car. Finally I got word that my car was being worked on currently from my father. It took a male calling many times for them to even get the car on the lift. Safe to say I did not give them my service and will not be doing so in the future.
I’m happy to report that my purchase of a Ford Fusion at Harrold Ford was a smooth process with both sales and finance departments showing outstanding knowledge and professionalism.I knew I would be difficult to find financing for but obviously not too difficult for the people at Harrold Ford.I shopped at a dealership at the Auto Mall in Roseville with unhappy results. I should have gone to Harrold Ford first.I asked for a Fusion and he drove out in the prettiest one I’ve ever seen. Lots of extras and made just for me. Thank you Eric, Yvonne, Travis and Jonathan.
Sad day ending a great relationship with Harold Ford. Between my parents and I we have purchased 5 cars from them over the years and always received top notch service. I was just told they are under new management and it shows with what we dealt with over the last few days.Transmission went out on the used vehicle we purchased from Harold Ford, things happen and parts fail, not their fault. They do not work on the manufacturer make we purchased from them which is understandable, they sent us a repair shop they recommended that would honor the extended warranty we purchased. There was a question on the wording of the extended warranty so we verified with the service professional at Harold Ford that everything was still under warranty. According to him we were all good, gave me the same explanation of the warranty period as the finance specialist that sold us the warranty. Now according to the service rep all we needed to do is get the car towed to the new location and all would be repaired. Fast forward to the repair shop and the warranty company let us know that due to the wording on the contract the vehicle is no longer under warranty. Call Harold Ford back and no apology was given, they just let us know that the service rep should not have said anything because that is not his specialty. They did offer to sell us a new car though, nothing to make it right.
Ever since being told I cant service my vehicle at Madison Ford where they sold me my car. I started goin to Harold they always take care of my vehicle and never says no to repairs. I love the mechanics who make my car go back to 100% and there fair in prices only place that sees my car
Only reason I gave a second star because it is running great. The communication was horrible the only way I found out what was going on is if I called. Had a new transmission installed $7000 you would think you would be treated better. Charlie didnt communicate said he would do things and they were not done(calling back & car detail) they pulled it out covered in dirt and transmission fluid. I have heard good things about the service department but I was very disappointed on the whole experience .
Wish I could give zero stars. Asked to check in with me before any work was done - didnt. Asked to check what warranty might cover before doing any work - didnt. Asked to fix wiper nozzles - didnt and charged me for it. Said they couldnt find two of the other issues I had - sent them video of it happening - horrible communication and just want a refund so I never have to go back.

I came in to get my oil changed and told them about the Hill Start Assist not available Alert come on in my car and app that I have. After over 2 hours of waiting with my 4 year old and not getting a call it was ready (I called) . They didnt fix the alert that came on. I picked it up and drove home and the light never turned off on my car or app. So I called and the guy that helped didnt pick up, I drove back to the dealer and told them. He said he was sorry because he didnt let them know about it so it didnt get addressed. He asked a mechanic to look at it and they guy did and told me he would need to look into it more because their was something going on. So he told me to make another appointment and bring it back another day bc they need a while with it!!! So I have to come back AGAIN! I cant afford to take time off of work. Its so disappointing that it didnt get fixed when i went the first time.

Made an appointment to change my truck’s oil. Scheduled it for 12pm. Asked how long and they said two hours max. I came back at 3:30pm assuming it had to be close. They had not started. Said it would be another hour. I had to pick up my folks at the airport so couldn’t wait. Wasted time and money (Uber back to dealership). Will be going to a different dealer to service my 2019 F150 moving forward.Edited review:Manager paid for an Uber for my parents. Really appreciated it. I will probably take my truck back but book an early AM appointment.
I looked at a couple other dealers in Roseville to buy my daughter a new car. The pressure they put on us was not only exhausting, but very off putting and made the experience not a fun one. My daughter and I left both dealerships disappointed that they would not listen to what we wanted only what was best for the dealership.I found a 2019 Ford Fusion at Harold Ford that not only fit the budget, but my daughter loved all the features it had. I called Travis at Harold Ford and asked if the car was available. He checked the inventory and assured us it was in stock. We set an appointment to come in today and take it for a test drive. When we pulled up to the dealership Travis already had the car upfront and ready to drive.Travis was very professional and talked about all the features of the Hybrid system because it was new technology for us. We had a great understanding of the entire vehicle by the time we got back from the test drive. At this point still 100% no pressure to buy!!! I told Tavis, let us go in and see what we can do to get this for my daughter.I have bought many cars over the years and have never had a better experience than this. From Travis in sales and James in finance this was the easiest, least stressful transaction I have ever had. It made us feel so good about the purchase we just made.I am not a guy that normally takes time to write a review, but after the amazing experience they gave my daughter and myself I wanted to share this to help anyone else looking for a great dealership.Thank you for making this a positive experience for us!

Dropped the car off yesterday. They finally called back at 5 to say they were running diagnostics and would call this morning. I finally was able to leave a message with their answering service at 1:40 today as they never called back or answered their phone. Same thing happened last time. I think it is time to find a new place to get the car serviced
Its only because I dont feel like typing out a long review that Ill simply say dont. Dont do business with them if you can at all avoid it. From the GM down to the receptionist who promises a call back that never happens, this place is ridiculous. I wish I had never done business with them and the next time Im in the market Ill make sure to leave this dealership off my list.
I have been invited by Harrold Ford to write a review of my recent experience with the service department.I have a 1998 Ford van conversion with a 7.3L turbo diesel engine. The problem started with a dead battery, that couldnt be charged; the van was towed to Harrold Ford and eventually the problem was discovered to be a short in the battery wiring; repairing the wiring allowed the van to start and run; however this service took 8 WEEKS to accomplish!As I started the van I noticed that the battery isolator had been removed and was in the cab; I was told that the van didnt need this device. However, the isolater, which is common equipment in a RV, is required to charge the house batteries, and is VERY necessary. I was not told if the isolater had been tested or not.After starting the engine I had more surprises; the service engine soon light came on; and the small red light indicating a battery problem also came on. I was advised to have these serviced by someone, but not by Harrold Ford...which has a full service department. I cannot recommend this service department.

Fairly disappointed with the experience here. My wife and I are admittedly somewhat young and we were looking at one of the nicer cars available at the dealer, but at no point during the test drive did we feel like we were being taken seriously. We were very serious about potentially purchasing this car. However salesperson had completely unenthusiastic answers to my questions with basically no detail, kind of rude at time with directions. Ultimately all we truly cared about for today was getting to try out the car and fwiw we were able to do so within an hour of calling (thus the 2 star) but definitely hard to recommend this dealer based on this experience.

I literally wanted to buy another car that no one ever answered. They just dont care. Please try a different dealership. And their service department does not care. Travis made the whole process as easy as it gets. It was the best car buying experience ive ever had. He got all my info Andy trade in info bwfore I ever wemt to the dealer. Once I was there Erik made the paper signing supwr fast and easy and I was out with my new Mustang Mach E in an hour.

Harrold Ford continues to take excellent care of my 2005 Mustang. Its clear they know cars, but understand that good customer service includes knowing people too.
UPDATE: June 11, 2021:Updated to 3 stars because they came through with a new filter. It shows that some concern for customer issues. Will I come back? I dont know.But I do give credit for doing the right thing. I think they need to instruct the mechanics to be forthcoming if they make a mistake or damage something. In addition the person who writes the orders for the mechanics need to be more communicative. For example my tires were not rotated because the wheels were locked. the keys were in the glove compartment, a short call would have been nice to let me know and to tell them where the keys were. This is partly on me as I should have left them on the car seat.HIgh five for the service manager.UPDATE: June 10, 2021;Talked to service manager last week, he agreed to replace the racing air filter. He stated after some discussion he would have to order the filter. Week goes by, I called and filter is in he will have driver bring it by. Next day driver got lost, will send it out today. I get a call from service manager, parts FEDXed to you. Question, is this the check is in the mail call? I will be back to let you know how it goes, can Harrold Ford be TRUSTED and can they live up to their word?UPDATE: I get a number to call and NO ANSWER? I asked that the battery be checked I go to start the car this morning and the battery is dead. I also noticed my High flow air filter has been damaged. I don;t think you did the service!I bring my Mustang in for service and a quote on some paint work. I had to call multiple times to find out the status of the repairs, this was over 2 days. with no return call. Write guy couldnt the history of service and told me that he didnt know what to do. All I wanted was an oil change, air conditioner repaired along with the quote. He seemed to want to up my service, not going to do that all I wanted was what I took it in for. Finally I get the car back after a week. It was dirtier than when I brought it into Harrold Ford. The guy bringing the car tells me yup it is dirty if you like I can rinse it off. I waited about 20 mins for the car, why did they NOT do that before bringing it out? Last time I go to this stealer.

I dropped my truck off for some warranty work concerning a small oil leak the service manager said it would take about a week to complete the work it was a rear main seal and the transmission would need to be dropped, two weeks and a day later I get my truck back.I felt that since it was warranty work I wasn’t much of a priority.
I choose Harold Ford because other Ford owner I know recommend it due to the mechanics in the back are great. However they also told me that it’s a hassle to get to them because of the guys up front. And that is exactly my experience my three has been there three time for the same issue and it still has the issue. On top of that their customers service is nonexistent on one attempt to fix my truck it wasn’t see all day (8hours) then I received no phone call my truck was going to be kept all weekend. Honestly if you have the ability to get elsewhere for service or sales I would suggest you do so. Even the sales people inside are rude and dishonest salespersons27may2021i get my truck back after the dealership having my vehicle for 6wks. during that time there was no communication from them. they only way i received an update was to reach out myself. the day i dropped it off i received a voicemail that they were moving forward with replacing the torque convertor and that i would receive another call in about an hour with the timeline for the repair. that call never occurred, luckily they did provide a loaner vehicle which i am grateful it seems in this day and age a dealership offering a loaner vehicle in rare. when i would reach out Mr. Dillon would give me honest answers, when i reached out and Mr. Dillon wasnt there to answer my questions his coworkers were nearly worthless, they would make up simple responses to pacify me. in short they would lie to me as what they were saying was in direct opposition to what Mr Dillon was telling me. so i have a new truck that i do very much enjoy however it will require service over its lifetime and its frustrating to think that ill continue to receive this level of service and treatment until the warranty is up. seems ridiculous to spend 60-70k on a vehicle and pay for an extended warranty just to truly loath getting the vehicle serviced as its just a complete hassle.

The dealership is clean and nice looking. The service is terrible. I can never get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment for a simple oil change. The one time I was actually able to make an appointment for an oil change and take my car in they took an insanely long time to complete the work. I always feel like they could care less if customers come there or not.
Will not shop again. Had to drive 140 mile round trip to pick up a key that should been included at sale. Gm would not compensate for my gas. Calling Ford corporate.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. The new owners pride themselves on over priced, bad service. The customer is not important. The price to do nothing to your vehicle is $175 per item. They charged me for fixing a light for $175 that they didnt fix and never told me I was being charged. They charged me another $175 for not being able to fix an exhaust manifold.Communications is pour, except when it comes to asking for your credit card.Avoid their service department.

I did not expect to buy a vehicle in the middle of a pandemic, especially a brand new one at that. Inventory was extremely low for the vehicle I wanted and demand was very high. After weeks of searching, lots of dead ends and a few times being taken advantage of Harold ford and David Dahle were a breath of fresh air. He was honest, easy and fast in his communication and even got me a great price on the vehicle he happened to have in stock making the process extremely quick and painless compared to the weeks of searching that were seeming to drive me nuts. My family and I appreciate all the help David gave us!

I have always taken my Ford Ecosport to Napa Ford as I loved the way they treated me. We recently moved to Sacramento and I needed an oil change. I went out of my comfort zone and decided to give these guys a try since they are much closer than Napa. My appt was for 2:40 today and I arrived 20 minutes early because I hate being late. I walked into the service center and was greeted promptly, which was nice! I love a good first impression. They told me that they were a little backed up but would get my car in shortly. They then asked how I was paying and I let them know that I had plenty of Ford Pass points. My first red flag should have been that neither service manager knew how to redeem Ford Pass Points. After checking in, I stood outside. 3pm passes, 3:30, 4pm...my car is still sitting outside of the service center doors. I then see all of the mechanics with their lunch bags walking away and the roll up door closing up. I walked in to the service center and the service manager said that they did not have my RO and they needed to get it to service quickly, but my car would still be serviced and it should take 30 minutes. Bear in mind that service closes at 4pm on Saturday. 2 minutes later and a service manager comes out to tell me everyone left for the day and my car would not be getting serviced. It takes me 20 minutes to get to that part of town, I was there 20 minutes early to a 2:40pm appt and they forgot about my car. This is the first and last time I will ever step foot on this lot. Looks like Ron Dupratt will be getting my business on Monday. So sad since I stay loyal when I like a company.
After having a very bad experience at Future Ford of Roseville, we decided visit Harrold Ford. As we arrived to the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised to see a completely different environment. The staff was super friendly.We were approached by a Salesman named Robert. Robert was very friendly, professional, and attentive. We felt that he truly cared about us and what we were looking for. He was not rushing us and took his time getting to know us.He exceed his expectations. He found a ford explorer from a different location and brought the car to Harrold ford. He was very patient and not pushy at all.Robert found us our ford explorer, and we love it! We are extremely thankful for the great service and experience. I was very happy with the salesman John Walker. He was not pushy and took his time to explain all the buttons and make sure they where all working given that it was a used truck. He eased my mind that the truck came with a 3 month warranty incase of any problems.When I did have an issue I was put in direct contact with Mike, the servicing manager who really went above and beyond making sure I was taken care off. Harold Ford stood by their warranty and I was very happy with my experience buying a used truck. I would definitely go back to Harrold Ford.

I purchased my vehicle here but I wished I wouldve went elsewhere to get it. I had mine built from factory with my select accessories. I didnt realize it until I took it off the lot that they left off one item. They wouldnt take it back and we went back and forth like hell to try and get it. They ended up giving me accessories that amounted to that one item they left off for a good review. I dont come here for any services unless its dealing with my extended warranty. If you come here to purchase a vehicle, make sure everything is written in stone what you want.

I went down to Harrold Ford after being very disappointed in the service that Future Ford provided to me. The pushy sales tactics and lack of an attention span put me off.I arrived at Harrold Ford and I was greeted by Kyle who happens to be the most easy going salesman I have met. He had a really good vibe to him. I explained that I dont like dealing with salesmen and he completely understood. We discussed that there would be no hoodwinking.I eventually drove a very pretty Mustang GT Performance Pack 1. I fell in love with the car, we discussed our options on the car. I drove it and he allowed me to drive how I wanted, he didnt influence any part of the test drive. He didnt tell me to step on it like most salesman do.The car was very pretty and had a few scratches but Kyle was very attentive and discussed with his manager on how we could get it resolved. Kyle and his team did such a good job through the whole process. This is the type of energy all dealerships need. Focus on your customers and not the numbers.If any Ford executives or any Harrold Ford managers are reading this, you guys did an amazing job with the Mustang GT and with hiring Kyle.Thank you for everything!
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! Choose another Ford dealership! I had an appointment and described exactly what I needed from them to exactly 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I just needed 3 airbags replaced and told them several times even during the confirmation call for my appointment exactly which airbags needed replacement. But guess what? When I got there they somehow messed it up and had on paper that I only needed 2 airbags replaced. Im honestly in shock that their service department has the collective cognitive ability of elementary school students. Honestly 12 year olds could do their jobs better.Im happy to take my business elsewhere. I will never be back to this Ford location for anything and will be telling friends and family this as well due to this egregious experience.If you want unnecessary hassles and headaches then this Ford location is for you.
Needed new batteries for the remotes for my new to me Ford Explorer...recently bought it - used - and find out both remotes have low batteries. A quick call to my Service Advisor - Chuck Higgins who has me come in and while Im waiting he switches out the batteries of both....in less than 10 I have two working remotes and Im on my way. Always great service from Chuck. Hes the reason I continue to have both my Fords and those in the past serviced at Harrold Ford...👍👍
Took a while for someone to come out but it was nice to not be bombarded. The lady was polite, answered our questions and then we went. They did not have a flex which is what we came there to see but the new explorers were nice and we found out they will have a hybrid at the end of the year.

We had gone to Future Ford earlier in the day and had an AWFUL experience with rude salesmen who were trying to push the ecoboost which my friend very clearly stated he didnt like. We left and came over to this Ford dealership and worked with Gumby. This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever seen. My friend told him what he wanted and Gumby delivered! He wasnt pushy and didnt try to sell him on anything he didnt want. Ive been helping my friend look at cars for a WHILE now so this was incredible. My friend bought his truck that night and couldnt be happier. This is the place to go. Ask for Gumby.

It helped to be objective and see what me and my wifes options were. Joseph was a great help to us. Specifically the service department. They literally tried to lie and tell me after looking me up that I had no coverage when my brand new car I purchased from them started having issues. Then they claimed i didnt have oil change coverage when i do until the nearly the end of 2020 and lastly my mustang had large amounts of smoke coming out of tail pipe .so I called them with a simple question.. what is my car covered for..? After the employee repeated that he couldnt answer that unless I came had work done then they could determine if i had coverage of not Id ower them 180 for just checking.. I then asked him again so you cant just type my name in and tell me what my car is covered for unless I pay you ? Im literally asking you to do just that. ...just....that. Ill be going to another dealership from now on. They are more concerned with getting whatever money out of you they can than actually helping you. I normally wouldnt complain but this is the third time Ive had an issue. Ive barely had this car a damn year

We had a flat tire on highway 50 and got towed to the nearest Ford dealership which happened to be Harold Ford. At the time of arrival they were already closed but we met an angel in human form who’s a staff there named Lei. She offered my wife and I a comfortable place to sit and got us some sodas and cookies while we waited for our ride.She was also very encouraging and helpful and said she’ll make sure our car is fixed.We’re so grateful to her.

I went to get a written estimate for a broken mirror. The woman that greeted me stated that I needed to check with the parts department or she could call me next week. I repeated that I needed a written estimate and was this a business that wrote repair estimates. She told me it would take a long time if I wanted to wait. She repeated that she needs to check with the parts department for the cost. I asked if the parts department was open she said, yes. She asked me again if I was sure I wanted to wait because it would be a long wait, I replied yes. Eventually a male staff member appeared providing me with a sheet with the costs of parts and he hand wrote the labor costs in pen. The insurance company will not take it. I think the staff needs retaining on customer service interaction so they can continue to have repeat customers. The repeat customers keep the money flowing, thus they have jobs.

I purchased a new car from them this week and the staff was super honest and helpful through every step from working with me on my trade in to the finance paper work. I highly recommend checking them out if you want a pain free experience and trusting sales department, which is hard to come by when buying a car.
Very friendly staff. I called about taking care of a safety recall on my vehicle and they were very helpful in telling me what need to be done to take care of the issue. I called three other local Ford dealerships before this one and all the other service departments were rude and dismissive. Service - Called for same day diagnostic. Spoke to Jim, he was helpful and could provide an estimate of time it would take. He didnt beat around the bush just to get us in like Downtown Ford did. What he said would happen did. The diagnostic and and fix were done without inconvenience of not having a truck for days. Thank you Jim!
This location is the most honest of all the Ford dealerships. Roseville tried to get me for $1700+ for 90k service. Harrold quoted almost $600 less.for the same work!!
