I called Goodwin-Cole for a quote on a shade sail. Spoke with Bill. Bill was curt, could not tell me specific product detail of their Comtex fabric. Bill said I could email him and he could find out but recommended we shop elsewhere. Surprised anyone would want to turn away business. Had Bill not been so forthcoming on the initial call we would have been stuck dealing with it the entire purchase. So, thanks Bill?

We acquired 3 quotes from 3 different shade companies.Our experience with the other 2 shade companies was not very positive. Either they tried to push us to go with a product that was not the right size or they were impatient,rude,aggressive and dismissive of what we wanted .We first contacted Goodwin Cole company in Oct 2016 to get quotes for sun shades for installation the following spring.In March 2017 we were ready to get going on one of the projects so we had them come out again to make sure all our questions & reservations were addressed (didnt want to have regrets afterwards !)Adam, the Representative from Goodwin Cole was professional & extremely patient throughout our many, many questions.We ended up going with Goodwin Cole, because the product, price & warranty were the best fit for our project.( But also just as much because of how we were treated)The installers were polite, fast & efficient. We feel very good about the whole experience.Were very grateful to Adam,for such a positive experience

I work for a property management company and we have used Goodwin Cole for awning install and repairs. Recently we were having several maintenance issues with many of our dumpster enclosures. Some were in need of repair and some needed to be secured because of illegal dumping. I decided to contact Goodwin-Cole for assistance. Chris came out and inspected all our concerns he provided a bid to repair hinges, install locking mechanisms and install new doors where needed. They also created what we call a dumpster lid which is used to close off unused dumpster enclosures helping to stop the illegal dumping and loitering. All work was done in a clean and professional manner by two of their welding experts Shoua & Sai. Needless to say Goodwin-Cole has now become our go to for all things dumpsters. Thank you for the great work, it is appreciated!

Really irritating that this company wasted my time. They came out looked at all my windows told me how great of a company they were and that I’d get my estimate for work in two days and that was a month ago! What a waste of time. I read the reviews of them doing this to others and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’d be scared to give them money and then never get the work done!
