Les was absolutely amazing! We stopped by with little time to checkout the mattresses in store. We had the intent to just browse and shop around. Les introduced himself right away and helped us with the budget we had. He was professional and understanding of what we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable with the products and that made my husband and I comfortable knowing we where in good hands. He answered all of our questions and was the best costumer service we have experienced in years. If you need honest knowledgeable help go and ask for him. You will not be disappointed. We made the purchase in about 30 min and everyone who has purchased an investment as that is what a mattress is knows that’s unheard of. Les made this possible by listening to what we where looking for. This was such ans easy painless transaction. We are very thankful for his help and will be back to see him when we need to replace the other beds.

Searching for a mattress can be real confusing. Walking into a store with 30 or so beds feels quite overwhelming to say the least. This time was different. My husband and I have two very different sleep styles, so getting the right mattress for both of us is quite challenging. Kevin From the Natomas mattress firm took the time to educate us on the different types of mattresses, what they do and why that do it. Coils, springs, foam etc. Kevin also made it feel like a seamless process to eliminate all the mattresses that didn’t fit our needs and it helped us to zero in on just a handful that we could give our attention too. Kevin made the process of elimination easy and we never felt rushed to make a decision. My husband and I never once felt like Kevin was trying to “just make a sale” or try to only show us the most expensive bed. We feel like we walked out of that store with the right mattress for us we are very happy with our purchase. We felt that Kevin took the time to get to know our needs and he made sure that we were confident in our decision before we left.We also brought our 3 sons with us, grade school age. Kevin was super accommodating to them as well. Over all 6 stars if I could.

Les was great! I walked into the Town and County location 20 minutes before close and he stayed with me to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. Im going through a fairly serious breakup with my partner, after he had also sold our spare mattress out from underneath me.... Leaving me with nothing to sleep on. I cannot express enough gratitude to Les for being extremely empathetic to the fact that I was having to sleep on the floor while I am dealing with this situation and hosting house guests.It turned out that his store location didnt have the latex mattress I ultimately wanted so he called ahead to one of the other stores and arranged for me to see and test the right model. Since it was late and the stores were closing, Les made sure that he contacted the employees of both locations to let them know my situation so they would be able to help me first thing in the morning since he would be at a different store and couldnt handle the transaction in person. He arranged for same day delivery, a 10 year warranty on the purchase - and even set me up with a special discount on a massaging bed base, sheets, and mattress protector.I am so thankful for Les, and for the other staff members. The delivery went incredibly smoothly, the guys even showed me how to disassemble the bed base when I am ready to move it into the correct room since I have to paint it before putting furniture in there again.FIVE STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY FROM BEGINNING TO END! I want to express my great appreciation to the technician who received my text message. They were very patient and did not judge my request. The person stayed on line with when my tempurpedic would not function. When they gave me a referral number to solve my problem, found out the following:However, the referral number technician said my adjustable was no longer with temperpedic. Gave me another referral number!!!The prior technician stayed on-line with making sure my problem was solved.Suddenly and unexpectedly the technician found the manual to my adjustable bed!!! We purchased the Purple Mattress about 3 months ago. It was great for me but to firm for my wife. We were able to return the mattress with no problems, minus a $126 restock fee, but the base was a nonrefundable product. I will return to purchase a mattress again. I decided to go to Mattress Firm to get a queen size bed frame. I was referred by my sister who prior had bought 3 bed frames from the company. Immediately when I walked in a woman said hello and was approaching me asking my reason for the visit. I told her i wanted to purchase a specific bed frame and she immediately knew what i was seeking and showed me the item. She went to the computer, grabbed the bed frame, took my info and offered to take the bed frame to my truck. Her male coworker was assisting a couple ready to checkout and asked them if it was okay to help me take the bed frame to my truck. The only help I had was my 8 year old daughter. I will refer them to my friends and family. They were happy, helpful, and provided awesome customer service. I was in and out no longer than 10 minutes!!

We went to the store to get a mattress for my daughter. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us find a very nice mattress within our budget. He even gave us the labor day weekend special price even though we went there on Veterans Day and the mattress we bought was not on sale. Overall we had a great experience there. They were not pushy either.

This past week I came in to look for a bed mattress and set for myself. I have really bad back problems and trouble sleeping some nights. Madisen was very professional and helped me find the perfect mattress! I was able to try out different ones and she found the one for me. She answered all of my questions my mom and I had. My mom came in, not expecting to buy anything, but Madisen educated her on some very nice pillows that would help with acid reflux. My mom was very excited and ended up buying some. Called and spoke to Madisen before my visit to the showroom. Called her again to let her know that I was going to be coming in. We had a difficult time locating the showroom so I called her for specific directions. I cant say enough good things about Madisen and the way she moved the Queen size mattresses around like they were nothing! After I tried out about 6 different mattresses, I went back to the first one. I got a mattress, box springs and an adjustable frame. It was delivered about 24 hours later by 2 very pleasant young men. I couldnt be happier!

I went in the store to get my parents a new mattress, Lady who was helping us Brendy I believe her name, she was very helpful and honestly showed us one of their best seller mattress. My mom looked around and tried them around and we found it . They offer delivery for additional price which I think very convenient. Over all I would give them my business again.

I like the mattress, however was not told about the off gassing smell from the foam and that i should let the mattress air out before using.This is what I read from Google These smells are also known as off gassing, which means that the chemicals used to make the mattress are releasing into the air. Off gassing mattresses are also known as unsafe mattresses, for obvious reasons.I purchased the mattress to place next to myhusbands hospice bed. He has cancerI wish the sales representative Kevin at the Natomas store would have informed me of the mildew smell.I was deeply concerned about me getting sick.I have not had a good nights sleep since I purchaseddue to the smell.There should be a disclosure regarding off gassing and the side effects. I am not a happy camper. I felt like the rep. Kevin was just anxious to make a sale.I am thinking about returning the mattress and purchasing from another storeDissatisfied Debbie

I had a great experience yesterday with Associate Mr. Lester Peterson Jr, at Mattress Firm. My wife and I have been coming in and out of the store for about a week asking questions about the purple, Tempur-Pedic pro adapt hybrid and also the pro breeze. We were trying to figure out which mattress best suite what we were looking for. We did a lot of laying down on them, learning about the pros and cons as well. Les was wonderful we felt no pressure with Les into buying anything he was very courteous and knowledgeable about the beds and bases. Labor Day weekend has always been from what I was told the best tune to get a new bed - the sales, etc are pretty epic. And well that is what I did today. Jennifer was very easy to work with - granted I knew what I wanted, when I walked in - and what I wished too spend. She totally accommodated my requests & really I think I was in & out of the store in under 30 minutes. Not a big shopper - so getting in & getting out as perfect.

We just moved to Natomas from San Diego and somehow part of the cord that powers our adjustable base for the king sized bed went missing. Talk about a bummer! I went to this Mattress Firm and met Jenna. She was helping another customer but greeted me right away and asked if, perhaps, I had a quick question. When I told her our situation she assured me she had a solution and as soon as she was able to break away from the people she was helping, she did and found me a replacement cord! I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes and able to finish setting up our bed. Thank you for the amazing customer service, Jenna! This is why we come back to Mattress Firm for all our beds (we’ve purchased two now through them). We went into this store on 3/13 with the intent of just trying different mattresses to see what was available for our price range. We were greeted by 3 friendly sales associates named Jennifer, Kevin and Elijah. Jennifer immediately went into asking us what we were looking for and what brought us into the store today. I began by being upfront with the fact that we were not going to actually make a purchase today, just browsing. Well long story semi short, Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She showed us mattresses based on our comfort levels, she was super knowledgeable and accommodating. She even found us a second bed for our oldest child at a great price. Jennifer then took us through the financing process and it was totally pain free. No long wait time, no unclear verbiage, she answered all of our questions. Jennifer made our experience so awesome, we felt really good about our purchase even though we had not intended to make one lol her customer service was outstanding and she is truly a shining example of the kind of service I would expect from any store. I will highly recommend this location as a whole bc I also noticed the way the other associates interacted with their customers. I truly believe our experience would have been great with any of them!Edit 5/8/2021: while all of the above is still accurate about my in store experience, I am editing my review for lack of customer service after purchase. When the delivery people came to set up our new beds and take away the old, they could not figure out how to put the headboard bracket on. They claimed it was the wrong bracket. I understand that they do not actually work for Mattress Firm. My gripe is that I contacted Mattress firm twice by phone and also went into the store to inquire for the third time about how the issue could be resolved. All three times I was told I would be contacted back shortly and received no response. So as of today, my headboard is sitting next to my bed unattached with a bracket that my husband is probably going to have to modify to make work. Having the bracket put on was supposed to be a part of delivery which I’m sure we paid for. To not have the job finished and have to figure this out ourselves is unsatisfactory.

Horrible, I have tried to call them for days and they either have not answered or picked up and hung up! Actually, I called one day and they picked up the phone and hung up! Then when I called back they continued to pick up the phone and hang up! They apparently dont want the business! Poor business practices!
