This was my second purchase and delivery with the Furniture Spot. I can’t tell you enough how happy I was from beginning to the items being delivered and set up. The prices are very fair and the service is a throw back reminder to me of the days when getting personal attention was the norm. I am sorry I cannot remember the names of the very young men who delivered and assembled my furniture but they were fast and efficient as well as courteous and respectful. Came here to buy a Vanity Mirror for myself. The amount of Vanities and furniture they have on the floor is impressive. The Employees were very helpful and informative. I ended up buying a Hollywood Glow Pro and am completely in love with my purchase! whats even better is the mirrors come with a 1 year warranty so I know I made a great purchase. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. They dont care about customers only about their commission and I feel like Oscar tried to swindle me.Back in June or July i visited this place and found a soft grey faux fur rug that I wanted to buy. it was the same color as my cat(he loves sleeping on anything that matches his fur color) Oscar the manager verbally told me the price was $100(There are no price tags on any of the rugs) I wasnt sure if i wanted to buy right away so i left then came back 3 days later after I decided I was going to buy it but it was sold out(They only keep 1 in stock at a time) Oscar says he will order another one. Fast forward 4 months of me going in and out of The Furniture Spot just to get this rug and after the first few times Oscar gives me his cellphone number so I can text him to see if the rug is there before driving there but shortly after this he leaves the country unbeknownst to me or his employees since they have no idea about the rug i had placed a hold on and I got no response from Oscar. I continue going to this place to see if my rug has arrived and Im told things like The truck hasnt come in yet Or Its at our other location for 4 months?!?! Finally Oscar is back from his trip and he says the rug is in stock!? wonderful right? WRONG I get there, he brings out the rug and as im getting ready to pay he tries to charge me over $200 for this rug?? I remind him how much the rug was when I first wanted to buy it months ago and he says Im wrong and theres no way they would sell it for $100.. He even says I quote: You should have gotten it in writing-Oscar the manager. Maybe I should have recorded him telling me the price if I had known he was going to try and swindle me later in the buying process. Wether or not Oscar thinks he was trying to swindle me he changed the price. There are plenty of great furniture stores. This isnt one.Christian Irizarry

My wife went to this place to order a bed for our son. And they treated her well. Until we called em the very next day to say this bed wasnt going to work. I was told theyd call me back in 5 min. Well here it us now 2 days later and no call back. They will not answer the phone. I have left messages and no one will take the time to call me back. I do not want a refund i just want to get a bigger bed. Their customer service stinks. They will ignore you if youre unsatisfied. Well this here isnt the end. I bet call Curtis would love to hear about this.

Came all the way from the bay and clearly they have the best stuff here for make up vanities. Very affordable pricing she also gave me a coupon to take off discount. Very friendly people! You got to come up here if you are a make up Guru.

Warehouse with big name brand Furniture. Excited to learn they are expanding to woodland which is closer to home (Davis). I initially came in to purchase a vanity for my daughter and returned to upgrade my old sofa to a big Ashley sectional. Customer service is amazing.

I went into The Furniture Spot today after seeing an ad on Facebook about a sofa and love seat I was interested in. To my surprise there was so much more furniture than I expected. I left with 2 bedroom sets, a sectional and a vanity mirror. The prices were so reasonable and delivery is tomorrow, I’m so impressed with the entire process. I bought a mirror last Saturday from the store. While they didnt have what I wanted in inventory, the woman showed me a catalogue to choose from 20 standing mirrors (what I wanted). I then made purchase, and the mirror was delivered 2 days later to my apt. The woman who owns the store is very kind. While it may not look like good quality, its great quality. I love how the standing mirror looks in my room. Ive been living in CA for 6 mos. and wish I bought items from the store earlier--especially because theyre so close to where I live.
