I placed an order for my book and needed it overnight, but there wasnt an overnight shipping option, so I put in the special instructions that I needed it overnight and to call me if there were any questions.Based on my previous experience with this location, I knew no one would call or ship my order overnight, so I called - for several hours until I finally got someone on the phone.The person named Dani/Danny told me to cancel my original order and to place a new order, and that my book would definitely arrive next day shipping.I asked Dani/Danny THREE TIMES if this was for sure what I was supposed to do: cancel my original order and place a new one so I could get overnight shipping AND that my book would definitely arrive the next day.Each time I was guaranteed YES, and that the bookstore had cancelled my original order on their end.I did what I was told.My book did NOT arrive the next day, it was THREE days later, and I had to email multiple times to request a refund for the shipping - after I had called multiple times a day over several days and no one would answer the phone.Today I received a SECOND order of the SAME ORDER, I checked the order number when I opened it and it was the ORIGINAL ORDER that I was told to cancel and that I was told by Dani/Danny that the bookstore themselves cancelled.I had to email the bookstore for a refund of this order AND call multiple times trying to get someone to resolve THEIR mess up.Now Im waiting for a priority shipping label thats supposed to be emailed to me today or tomorrow so I can ship it back, but on the packing slip inside the box it says REFUNDS ONLY WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY.Every time Ive had to deal with this bookstore its been a disaster.

I want to comment on the hiring process for this store. Candace of follet is trifling and completely lied to me about getting the job and discriminated against me because i have an exemption from getting the vaccine. How dare you assure me that everything is fine and not follow through with the process of my employment because I’m not vaccinated. Just be a woman and say that I wasn’t hired for the position. Coward.

Its a good college. With good programs and opportunities. Has up and downs . But after all i thank everyone and thank the excellent teachers who always helped us❤.

Very bad experience picking up my books here. A very long wait and one of my books was not there that I had an email telling me that it had arrived.Also a poor woman in line behind me was standing in line for 45 minutes and was disabled so she wasn’t supposed to be standing this long.They definitely need to be more organized for the students and should have seating for disabled students.

Its pretty silly that I can walk into any other bookstore in the city and buy my books but its apparently too dangerous to walk into this one. They have you picking up at a side door with a single line and it took almost 25 minutes even though there were only two people in front of me. I didnt have a choice however because the book I needed is exclusive to the bookstore.

Initially kind of bad. We ordered online, was told they would let us know when the books arrived so we could schedule a pick-up. They never updated us on the status. We called 2 different #s trying to get a status update. Finally 3 weeks in with a status of in-transit we went to the bookstore and found you could just show-up and stand in line to check on your books or pick them up. Turned out the books were sitting there ready for pick-up. Next time Ill order on Amazon or rent from Chegg.comLess expensive and timely.

3 weeks later qnd still waiting for books. Good luck trying to get any answers on emails or phone calls.

If I could i will give 0 I have to pay for some one mistake!!!.I ordered a book online and received a wrong one, I have to pay $11 for return because some people there are low qualified. Im not allowed to drop it because of the COVID 19 and air pollution....:( . Buy from amazon is cheaper and faster shipping + the return is FREE.

Has exactly what you need to succeed at any college. Books are pricey but thats the price you pay when theyre in demand. Service is nice and quick. Pretty clean store overall.

Impressed. Its been a very long time since Ive been to AR. The staff at the bookstore was prompt and on point. I was in and out fairly quickly. No surprise, there was a little line to get out, but it is the first day of summer classes so its to be expected.

This place is always amazing. Student help and staff is always approachable and friendly. Stop everyday on a break to buy something. Usually greatly stocked. Overall, one of the better college stores Ive been in.

I didnt know this place had a Google location! You can find mostly anything that you need for your classes, but honestly its pretty over priced. You can find the same items at Walmart for a less expensive price, and even the books on Amazon for sometimes $100 to $200 cheaper, new or used.

Its a college store, so of course some of the stuff is unnecessarily expensive, but especially some of the food items are way more reasonable than you might expect.They have a really cool range of products available overall too. They even incense! Its always clean and pleasant, the layout is comfortable and inviting, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they carry caffeinated chocolate, which Ive never seen before, so they automatically win.

This is a very high energy learning campus and they are heavily committed to services for assistance living. Two thumbs up.

The lady at the help desk went was over and beyond to get me what I needed and to class on time. She was amazing. I made it to class in time and I only had 15 minutes when I walked in to her. I also looked like I was prepared thank you.

One of the best stores I had seen and all the years Ive gone to an aquarium they have beautiful large fish as soon as you walk to the door beautiful Tortoises at least 4 of them in which you can feed them they sell species of rock, plant, and sea floor Anemone I would highly recommend the store to anybody who needs questions answered to just learn more or to understand exactly what it means to have The right knowledge to raise aquarium pets

Nice buildings and architecture designs. Really big space inside buildings and lots of chill area outside. Big tennis court. Swimming pool. Etc. Good for a community college.

Customer service was great. Offered alternatives when my book wasnt available in the store that day.

Pay $0.25 for a locker... I had someone steal $40 out of my backpack in the cubby, filled out a theft report and no one ever followed up got. I made a trip to the police office on campus and they really werent interested it seems like they dont follow up on thefts which is surprising because they have video cameras that could have found the person that took my money and they could have been address but they didnt which was disappointing.... The staff is always very friendly and helpful so they went back to start for that but I think a College Bookstore should feel safe students

Its a college book store with some unique items order your textbooks on line and then pick up. System is fast and orders are filled same day most of time.

The staff at the store were very friendly BUT... It is absolute insanity that when you order an EBOOK online, you have to drive to the campus, pay for parking and wait in line at the bookstore just to pick up your digital access code!!! It is all redundantly packaged up in an envelope inside another envelope. Last semester when I bought a book online from the publisher, they emailed me an access code within 15 minutes and I was good to go.

I am a student there and they have a very friendly staff and they have reasonable prices on school books.

I thoroughly enjoy attending this school. The professors are supportive and aimed at helping students succeed.

Great staff, clean, and well organized. You do pay for convenience on campus, so prices for supplies are a bit high.

A little pricey... But this is my campus and I really enjoy being at ARC! This campus feels like my home.

Pretty quick and easy way to get the books you need or other confectioneries. I like the ability to purchase eBooks, or used books for a cheaper price. The Lockers were slightly confusing but the overall experience was great. Would recommend make a purchase there if you need a book fast or if you want it in a binder ready format.

Its a typical college bookstore with educational materials and snacks. Unfortunately the prices arent discounted for students and are actually slightly higher than the average store.

1st time student@ any college. As long as you arent afraid to speak, this campus has some of the most amazing professors, that treat you like family.

Some classes are good depends on the instructor you get. Not many resources either to come so far..

People were helpful in store, but I wish the system hadnt emailed me to pick up my order when one thing wasnt in stock so I had to go back. It never said that one thing was on order. I should have been warned about that so I only had to make one trip. I walk with a cane, and when they sent me a notification that my order was ready, I thought i had gotten lucky and that it had come back in and I could pick both things up. I would have waited if Id had all the information. They were for one class and it wouldnt have mattered if I had waited to pick both up at the same time. The professor knew one was delayed.

The service was good but they do a lot of mistakes in orders. Be awre of that.

I suggest checking online prices before buying from here. However, the ease of going to school and getting what you need is also great.

Good supply, NOT AT ALL affordable for struggling students! Books are so overpriced, many students have a hard time meeting basic academic requirements semester after semester and are often times faced with buying books rather than daily basic necessities.

Ever since tnew company took over the bookstore, the customer service on the phone and in person has become terriable. I guess the college did not plan well in selling the book store to this company.

The prices on text books can be a bit high. But is a convenient stop for scantrons and other supplies. I highly recommend using the provided lockers for your backpack as you cannot bring your stuff into the store.

Super nice store, gets packed at around noon and end of the day before close.

If you need something in a pinch and cant leave campus, chances are theyve got it. Also its your only option after 2pm during summer term.

Lost a star beacuse they dont stock monster energy drinks. Other than that a great go to for supplies.

Bookstore has most things you might need. Textbook prices are through the roof. You have to leave your backpack in a locker or an unsecured shelf where anyone can take it of youre not watching closely. Be careful and lock your stuff in the lockers.

Prices are widely eratic but the selection is good. I can get art supplies I need for class easily there usually.

It is expensive than an outside store, which should be cheaper than outside so that students could effort it.

Wow. The cost of books since I was last in school till now..astronomical...Who sets prices on this stuff..its utterly ridiculous. Almost 200 bucks for one book that you may use for about 8 months..obscene..
