This shop and the staff there are amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and always professional. Even when they are extremely busy they make sure to keep the customer updated. We had a lot of engine work done and as a result our car had to be in the shop for a few days, they called us every step of the way just to make sure we understood what was going on and helped assuage our worry. The office itself is very nice, its always clean and cool and open, the new lobby remodelvis a great space to wait if you have something quick being taken care of. Overall Hi-Tech Auto care is a friendly and efficient place to have your car worked on. Alex goes above and beyond making sure everyone is on the same page and that things are taken care of to the best of their ability, he really makes sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

They do great work but brought in A/C belt to be put on but all other work completed but A/C belt was not changed, I had to put new one on after old finally snapped, so Ill only ask for one thing to be done from now on.

Truck got broken into then all of asuden they want to close down change owners and they replace parts that doesnt need to be replaced.never was I satisfied at HI-Tech auto care sac..............

They didnt ask me whether my car needed synthetic or conventional oil for the oil change--they just presumed conventional. (My car has always used synthetic, so Im going to need to get my oil changed again very soon.) Also, the man who was interacting directly with all the customers (including printing paperwork and signing paperwork at the indoor desk) wasnt wearing any face covering whatsoever. Prompt service and decent price, but some serious disregard for their customers wellbeing and preferences.

Took my truck there for an oil change. they found the rear crank seal and oil pan slowly leaking. scheduled the repair had them replace rear crank seal and oil pan gasket and also had them put in a new flywheel and clutch for my truck great service highly recommend this shop

The customer service is always great. Ive had my oil changes, brakes and rotors, alignments, balance and rotation, smog checks, tire pressure, power steering fluids flush,and diagnostics from here. They have good prices for quality work. If you wanna go cheap, just remember you get what you pay for. I love hi tech been a customer for years and with multiple cars I will always recommend hi tech.

Wow these guys are squared away. The mechanics found a problematic part and replaced it all for a reasonable price. Other mechanics did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work but couldnt solve the problem. These guys found the real problem in a couple days and got my vehicle to pass smog like a boss. And Simon was very knowledgeable and accommodating. 5 stars for sure. Great job guys!

Terrible customer service. Had my truck there for 5 days a did nothing to it. I called once a day and was always told that the guy handling my truck would call me back, did not recieve one call back. Finally just went and picked my truck up and took it somewhere else.

I just went there to have a smog check for my 23 years old Toyota corolla. The smog check went well and I was advised on potential problems that could happen soon. Customer service was really good and friendly, price was right on the money. So? No complaint. I recommend this shop.

I brought my 1991 Taurus Station Wagon in for DMV SMOG cert for my renewal. The first try failed the SMOG test. Based on the results of the first test, Hi Tech recommended a new Oxygen Sensor. I approved the install of a new sensor and the car passed the second time. It was just that simple. They have an obvious commitment to their own high standards and I feel that the mechanics there are well trained and good at what they do

Took my car in. They fixed it then when I realized they didnt. They said they didnt have the part. Then they finally fixed it but used zip ties and did everything generically. But charged me 2200?

Buyers beware, the other day i found an ad for Hi Tech Auto Care for smog test in the penny saver after discount the total charge will be 25 dollars it sounds pretty good deal so i went there i told the guy at the counter about the coupon i have and that i needed a smog test for my car they tested the car and the owner came back and told me my car failed the test and the reason was a disconnected PCV hose which brings air that goes through air filter to the engine and if i retest the car I have to pay for a new test, i knew the hose had been tampered with, I am not new with cars and I know my car well so i told him i dont want to retest, I got screwed and paid the 25 dollars for nothing i took the car to another shop and it passed with excellent results.

Ive taken my car as I have said many times over the last 10 years Ive always dealt with the same receptionist but this time it was a different person Ive never had a problem ever with them working on my car I took my car in because a tire problem I get the car back from them and I have a broke control arm now they will be getting turned in and its not the first time that theyve been turned in for ripping people off I highly recommend that you dont take your vehicle to High Tech auto I will take it somewhere else
