My 1st Generation 12.9 iPad Pro started running out of battery after 4 hours when it used to run all day. I ended up at Batteries Plus in Arden Arcade because they were the only B+ that had a replacement battery in stock, and their technician Andrew was the only tech in town willing to operate on this device. I turned in my iPad I needed for school and Andrew went right to work on it. Unfortunately while taking apart my device he didnt apply enough heat to the seal and my screen cracked during surgery.Andrew showed great integrity by letting me know that breaking my screen was his fault and Batteries plus immediate authorized the replacement of the screen with my battery replacement shipping it out for repair.When my iPad arrived back in town, the battery they had installed was bad and would not take a charge, no problem B+ said, they went ahead and shipped out my iPad again but this time they returned the iPad without repair saying they would not take the chance of breaking the new screen once again to replace the battery. Andrew the local technician took it upon himself to attempt the repair in house reportedly spending 3+ hours for the difficult procedure.Success, I got my iPad back with its brand new battery and screen much sooner than the 1-2 I was expecting to wait, and keeping to their word, I only paid the $99 for the battery.I truly appreciate the integrity and follow through Battery Plus showed me in preparing my old giant iPad, even though they didnt make any money on my particular repair, they have earned my respect.Batteries plus is our GOTO first choice for automotive batteries and device battery replacement.

I visited isit this store for the first time and customer service here is awesome. Prior to my visit, I honestly did not know what type of service was available here until I was told that you can purchase key fobs and car batteries here. I also found out that they service cell phones here as well. Andrew assisted me with ordering a key fob and they were able to program it for me for a fraction of what the dealership would charge. I will definitely be returning as a customer and highly recommend this store.

I went to Batteries Plus to get my iPhone x repaired. It needed a new screen and battery. I got a $10. discount for making an appointment on line. The battery was half off because I also got a new screen. The staff were friendly and made conversation while I waited. It was also very fast, only half hour wait.

Your associates are friendly and helpful which makes buying easy. I just bring in what I want to replace and your associates find it for me. Thats great for me since I have priors of bringing home the wrong item. You have a good selection and offer other handy services like fixing cell phone screens for a reasonable price. I also like that I can order online and pickup in store or opt for curbside pick up.

These guys are amazing! Ive been having problems with my phone for months and I finally decided to come in to fix. My charging port just happened to be dirty, they cleaned in like 5 mins and they didnt even charge me. The least I can do is leave a review so others know about this place!

Ordered online and tried to pick up. But when arrived the 2 clerks sat there and waited on 2 customers who were still browsing. I asked to just pick up my online order but they refused saying they were helping someone else. Yet one of the customers they were helping was walking the aisles looking at products and not really in immediate need. Seemed much more efficient to let me pick up my online order which was already prepaid for while the other customer continued to browse. But they insisted this other customer continue shopping and browsing before they would help me. Which required that I sit and wait 10-15 mins for this guy to make up his mind. Unbelievable. Whats the point of buying online and prepaying if I cant get my stuff when I arrive and have to wait for some other customer to browse and decide what they want to buy.

My Samsung phone stopped charging at some point, so I wanted to see if they could figure out whats wrong, but they wouldnt even open it. (I guess the only location that did it is at Roseville, the girl there is friendly). It was early Sunday morning, three young guys sitting there doing nothing... telling me what parts I will probably need to order without even checking it out first. You can get a new battery from them at $90. I bought it at $13 tools included on Ebay. The issue was just moisture detected.

This location save my motorcycle with the right battery replacement. Not like the ones on laguna blvd in elk Grove. The young mens assisted and asks the right questions to help u get back on the road. Cant say the same about the one in elk grove. I chose to drive further to this arden location and it was worth it. The elk grove location was more of an interagation like they wanted not to help u replace a old dead battery. So this location kicked lhem out of the water. Just way better cust. Services know what they are doing to help. Will do business with this location again. Not the elk grove one. Thats No bueno. Yo Arden Battery plus... Keep up the good cust services.

My goggle pixel 3 wouldnt charge. They cleaned out my charger port and bam..... Its fixed verizon wanted to change me 150 for a new used phone under warranty.. lol I say check them out for help. Plus they have a lifetime battery replacement for car keys and watches

The staff at the Arden store are knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I wish I had gotten the two gentlemen’s names who helped me yesterday afternoon because they need a raise. I thought my car’s battery was dead so I bought a new one from the Arden store. One of the staff let us borrow a jump box to get my car started in order to get it to the store. Another staff member installed the new battery but it turned out my car actually needed a new starter. The employee who installed the battery tried about 5 different ways to get my car to start (and all this on a hot summer day in Sacramento). When none of them worked, he apologized, offered to reinstall my old battery, and refund the new one. Both staff members who helped us offered to let us use the store restroom or rest inside while we waited for a tow. They even checked in with us before the store closed to see if we needed anything. I was blown away, they were so nice. I’ll be referring friends and family to this store for sure.

Just purchased a new battery for my iPhone 7. Made an appointment online for 12:30 PM dropped the phone off and the phone was ready at 12:50 PM. Its charging as I write this and the store employees I interacted with were professional and very courteous. I purchased other items at the Howe Avenue store in Sacramento and I was always satisfied with the products I purchased. If this battery lasts more than a year I will be very pleased. I view Apple as a criminal enterprise in creating OS programs to force customers to buy brand-new released iPhones as soon as they come out with a new product. The battery that your website selected for my Mercedes was incorrect and the counter person was rude and told me that I received what I had ordered. This was uncomfortable and not the case, if your website was correct then I possibly could have received the correct battery. If you do not carry a particular battery the website should reflect that!! Rudeness is not a Customer Service focused attribute.

The customer service here is really phenomenal. I came here for bulbs (which were at an unbelievable price) and also inquired about replacing a car key fob after the casing broke. Kushal not only told me about their amazing replacement price ($40 less than Ace Hardware) but recommended just replacing the fob shell since the key worked. I cant remember the last time someone recommended fixing something instead of replacing it. Thanks for saving me the $100 I almost spent at Ace!

These guys are great! Found a reasonably priced battery for me and installed it for me, in the rain, on Christmas Eve. I got my core deposit back right away and even got a mail in rebate which made the battery even cheaper. I would recommend this place highly.
