I have owned a new home for 7 months now and the flooring is having significant issues. In fact the flooring had issues when I moved into the home and was noted on final walk through. I understand things happen and not everything is perfect. All I want is for the issue to be resolved. I am now going on 7 months with no remedy. I have had the absolute worst experience with Creative Designs. They do not have someone answering the phone. I have called and left voicemails and no one returns my calls. Even the builder cannot get in touch with their people. I would highly advise to use another company with at least average customer service because t is pretty obvious that this company doesnt care about this. I usually dont post reviews but in this situation I felt like people should know what a mess this business is. Stay away if you can.
