After having a poor experience with another company, I went to Crest and am totally satisfied. The carpet came in on time, and was the color of the sample (the trouble with my other experience.) It was cut and bound with a space for our floor register, delivered and fits perfectly. The assistance was excellent, and we smile every time we see our new dining room rug.. Going back today for another for our bedroom.

Had hardwood flooring removed and hardwood laminate installed. The entire process went exceptionally well. Allan Goodman, the project manager, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The installers expertly handled the difficult job of removing the old flooring, covering my furniture to minimize exposure, and installing the new flooring and baseboards. Exceptional job all around. Reasonable cost. I highly recommend their services.

We loved our experience with Crest. Alan was low pressure and very helpful in helping us navigate a carpet purchase for our home. Great Customer Service, I called 2 minutes before closing, cause I realized I wouldnt be able to make it in time to ask a few questions. Alan answered the phone and answered my questions and agreed to stayed open so I could see their inventory.

While they didnt have the flooring I was looking for, they were willing to help me find a match, call other stores and direct me to another source. Manager was great to work with even though I left empty handed.
