I was having bad day say the least, especially when I came home and found out my lab top was not working properly. I called around to many technical supports in which they were charging an arm and a leg for service. I found this guy and he was the most genuine person that I spoken to all day and make things better his prices was affordable. He was very understanding and available for services. Very prompt response. Had no problem answering all my questions and was able to assure me that it was a fixable problem before coming to work on my laptop. First 2 places I called were very short with me but Dale was able to actually talk to me and see if it was worth the time to fix.
