Decent supply of materials I needed and cheap printing. I had questions on a product and the staff member helped me answer what I needed to know. I was looking for zip ties also which they did not have. They had hand sanitizer available and face protector shields at check out. Seems to be plenty of parking and curbside pickup.

Amazing customer service from Tommy. He had a lot of patience with me while I was trying to fill out a rental application and needed help with faxing.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing and they didnt seem annoyed like many places tend to be. The young guy behind the counter was super chill and helped me find exactly what I wanted.

Sub-par service, and not a great place for high-quality printing. I needed something printed in color, and the document came out really blurry and spotty. I’ve printed the same exact thing at Office Max, and it came out super nice.

Just saw this at Folsom/65th. A “fice” is a nervous, snippy, little mongrel dog. EPOT is Ebony Professionals Over Thirty (a dating website). So....what the heck is going on in there?

If Im ordering online to pick up or going to browse; THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sure theres times they are busy, but Im never forgotten. Any tech questions, they explain in a way thats easy to understand. The best place around for office or home office needs. Sales people are knowledgeable and courteous including sales representative Jeff at the Folsom Blvd location. Great selection of products and an enjoyable experience overall. Would definitely recommend this store to a friend.

Always a great experience here. They are never out of stock on supplies, employees are always helpful, never more than 5/6 people shopping at a time. Quick in and out. This is my go to office supply store.

I shop here at least three times a week and when I do I am in a hurry picking up my emails. Every time I get excellent customer service. They are quick fast and on most days they even open the doors early

Very neat and well stocked. Staff is very friendly. The print shop is helpful and does a good job. Parking is horrible while school is in session and spots are small so be careful.

Online ordering was easy and convenient, but picking up wasnt the most pleasant experience. I was calling to verify the location I was going to and the lady who answered the phone, said they didnt have my order there, but it turns out she just had my last name wrong. Then upon arrival I was double checking my orders to make sure everything was there. Upon inspection it turns out she didnt grab all my items I purchased, when bring this to her attention she rolled her eyes, when she started to ring me me up, I told her: you know its been prepaid online right? she proceeded to roll her eyes again and say with an attitude No I didnt know that!(TIP: Okaaay lady, if you dont like your job, get another one)Afterwords I realized I needed to make another purchase, I asked where something was, she shrugged her shoulders and said I dont know. Then a guy from another register said he was new but pointed me to where he thinks they were. He was right. Upon check out again this time the Assistant Manager was ringing me up (very nice). I told her the girl was rude but the guy was friendly. Hopefully she had a stern conversation with her, before they loose anymore customers. Not saying I wont go back but it wont be anytime soon.

Overall the merchandise they had was great. Almost all the deals I was looking for were in stock. I spent a good 10 minutes looking for the store because there is no visible sign and I had no idea where I had to park. Some of the parking spots take the meaning compact to a new level. Lol

Had awful experience with Manager Kenny! I was shopping in Office Depot the other day and I saw him openly belittling other employees and was not being friendly to the customers. I felt very uncomfortable in this hostile environment. The other employees were very helpful with finding me what I needed though. But I have to award this experience one star after feeling this uncomfortable, so I will choose to buy my office supplies elsewhere.

Very hard to see from Folsom Blvd since the store faces the inside of strip mall. But the service was friendly and good. I think their main customers are the Sac State students living in the apartments next door.

They made me wait 21 minutes. Takes too long for a simple print out. Couldnt help other customers and made them return tomorrow as well.

Im writing this review to give KUDOS to Remi and Jeff. Remi helps me most of the time that I go there and Jeff is new, but his personality is awesome and his willingness to help me was just astounding. Thank you Jeff. Remi I must say is my go-to-dude when it comes to getting my printing done. If Remi is not a Supervisor or Manager, I wonder why? He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to make it work. I have never come to Office Depot and not gotten what I came there for. Thank you Remi for outstanding help and willingness to go that extra mile with a handsome smile on your face. (all smiles)

I took in my laptop to get the keys fixed for $15 to check it out. Once my laptop was returned to me I could see where they pried it open and bent the plastic, my web camera wouldnt work as well as my USB ports wouldnt read anything i plugged in. Highly recommend taking it to where you bought it.

Bad service. The online system doesnt check their inventory sometimes and apparently that means they just dont have to do work thats ordered through them.

The customer service here is superb! Even when I wasnt looking for help someone offered and when the staff was extremely busy they did their best to accommodate and be available for anyone in need. One thing that stood out the most was, after completing my transaction, the cashier, seeing my hands were full, offered to take my bags and walk me to my car! Yes she literally left the register- with no other customers waiting of course-, grabbed all my bags, and escorted my daughter and I until we were all loaded up. I excused her multiple times but she insisted on helping, leaving me beyond grateful. Also, Shout out to Mr. Romni, their tech guy! He and his crew are amazing at their job. Fyi, they fix computers too.

I wouldnt go to this store theyre understaffed not enough technicians, they sell you products that are questionable. Ended up getting hacked from a product they sold me so they did a system check on my laptop and a defrag and offered me McAfee for $10 my laptop was supposed to be ready yesterday. So now its 5 oclock on Sunday afternoon and I call and ask is my laptop ready I go in expecting to get what I was offered and suddenly the McAfees no longer on sale and they wanted $90 from me for the virus software when I was told $10 on friday. I wouldnt have brought my computer there to them at all if it wasnt for a product they sold me I dont recommend going to the store.

Is it possible to be extremely happy about an office depot?

Prices are high, and it can be hard to find parking at this location around lunch time. It has a decent selection and customer service is on par (not great, not bad) for a typical office depot location.

Bought transparency paper for 70 and a friend got same paper for 35 at a different Office Max. Had a very difficult time getting a result from 2 different stores as to why I paid so much and getting a refund was a very long process.

I went in to print and order form. My stop was quick and I got everything I needed.

Ordered a print of a map. Even though i picked it up the day i was notified it was ready, i continued to get email reminders to pick it up for more than a week. When i called the store to get the reminders canceled, i was kept on hold for 10 minutes. Frustrating.
