We had a small kitchen backsplash tile project. I am happy to say we were treated like we were their biggest job. Gigi was very helpful selecting the tile and knew exactly what we needed. When we were ready for the installation I called and they sent Gilbert out the next day. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and helpful.He was fast, clean, and professional. I need to start a new project so I can call Biaggio for new tile.

Biaggio - this international brand would take away the entire world of interior designing by storms. It has a collection of every kind of tile and stone for the various kinds of interior styles. You can never return empty handed.

We remodeled two bathrooms with Biaggio and a general contractor. The sales experience was fantastic at Biaggio. Austin worked hard pulling tiles together and suggesting combinations to suit the one or two tiles I loved. Austin also had great advice so I ran a few other choices by him for the two rooms. I teased that he was my designer, and he sort of was. He has a keen eye for what will work. He also is a tile setter, so he has first hand knowledge of what would cause trouble and what would work well.We chose a few difficult to install items (epoxy grout, two tile accent bands, recessed niches), so we hired Biaggio to install the tile. Our contractor performed all drywall, plumbing and carpentry work. The tile turned out AMAZING! I have spectacular showers and splashes to match.Ivan, the installer, had artistic suggestions for the install I would not have thought of. He was great to deal with and I was at ease leaving him in my house alone with my dogs.My only disappointment was the solid surface countertops. If I had to do it all over again, I would have the countertops installed/fabricated by others (do yourself a favor - order pre-installed with the vanity). The prefab material suggested overhangs 2 inches which I was not made aware of. That’s a lot for a vanity in a small bathroom! It looks funny. Biaggio offered to cut it down but that would have looked worse having to reduce the distance to sink from front of vanity to 2.5” and cutting down a finished backsplash. In the second bathroom we fixed this. I instructed to have a 1/2” overhang. I got 1” but it looks good, so I’m fine with that detail. However the front edge to the sink was too large at 6.5” from sink to edge. The sink was placed way up toward the wall. That is awkward when washing my hands or face. I do not love my vanity countertops, but I absolutely love all my tile!I couldn’t be happier Biaggio’s service and tile work, and I would not hesitate to hire Biaggio again. See for yourself - don’t you want a bathroom like these? :) Biaggio was easy to deal with and responsive. Overall 5 stars even with the countertops - they’re that good on everything else!!

We must have gone to 10 or more tile stores before finding the perfect product from this one. Very helpful and knowledgeable owners, they not only gave excellent advice on the tile, but also on the grout and edging. Nice people. Happily took back the extra box we had at projects end. Excellent quality and fair price.

We are rebuilding our home after the Paradise Campfire. It has been quite a challenge with companies holding limited hours and decreased staffing. Austin at Biaggios took the time to figure out what would look best in our home and worked hard to get us the best price possible. The tile and service was so great we ended up using Biaggios tile in five rooms of new home.

There are hundreds of tile and stone stores in the greater Sacramento area. As a homeowner it gets pretty confusing as to design, product quality, installation, etc. What I found at Biaggio Tile and Stone was experience, quality and patience. Jon, the owner, regardless as to the job size, provides personal attention to you and to your project. He helped us zero in what would look best and provided samples to the extent that he laid out 6-10 tile pieces on the floor as well as complimentary options for us to visualize. Biaggio Tile and Stone has an on-site 15,000 sq. foot warehouse to provide quick delivery. If you purchase too much tile for your project they will take what you dont use back. Every other store was interested in a quick product sale and generally we would had to wait for an order to be shipped. Biaggio did a great job at setting the tile in my master bathroom. Generally, I like to do projects like the bathroom remodel and I did a lot of the work. That said, Im glad I decided to contract with Biaggio to install a curbless shower floor and walls. Ivan had to do some re-aligning of the drain pipes during the installation. He paid close attention to details. After several months now, everything is working properly and Ive not seen any leaks. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with the whole bathroom.

Biaggio has high quality, beautiful and unique Italian tile, not seen at other tile wharehouses in the area. We assumed we couldn’t afford their tile for our remodel but the owners John and Gigi found us tile we love and gave us a price we could afford. They were very friendly and patient when helping us choose our tile selection to match our flooring and cabinet samples.

I stumbled upon Biaggio Tile and Stone while looking for tiles for my bathroom. I am so glad I found this place as I got exactly the tiles that I needed and at a great price. They helped me pick matching tiles for the shower and also helped with the countertop for the kitchen.They are so easy to work with and so professional. I ordered edges for tiles and picked them up. A few days later I changed my mind and did not want those anymore. I talked to them and they took them back with no question asked, no hassle at all. Later on I came and ordered more tiles, only to find out that I ordered too many boxes. Once I was done with the project I called them and they took the unopened boxes back without hesitation. Purchased backsplash mosaic tile for our kitchen and I love it. Amazing selection, loved show room, staff was extremely friendly as well. The owners of Biaggio are personable and have great integrity. We looked long and hard to find a quartz countertop that had a matte finish, with a pattern that would work well in a kitchen that required corner matching, and we found what we needed at Biaggios. Unfortunately, their supplier and our fabricator were not as careful as they should have been... first, the supplier mismarked the slabs, (some matte and some polished were all marked the same, and a mixture of the two finishes were supplied to the fabricator). The fabricator, when asked if they were matte, said yes... and then fabricated them. Not until installation, did it become clear that the slabs were not the same. Biaggios contacted their supplier, who, at the request of Biaggios, replaced the mismarked slabs. However, the fabricator was not quite so generous, nor was the contractor. Biaggios took responsibility to replace what was wrong. The fabricator did not. Today, we are enjoying a beautiful countertop that seems to grow lovelier with time and wear. We are happy to have found Biaggios.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and educated personal at Biaggio Tile and Stone. I have worked with Chris and Gigi who helped me to choose the best granite for my kitchen countertops. They have a great deal of stones in stock so I didnt have to wait for any orders. I had beautiful, new countertops installed within a couple of days. No fuss, no headaches. We also used Ivan, their installer who was absolutely great. He didnt leave the job until everything was perfectly in place, clean and ready to use.Thank you Biaggio!

Id give them zero stars if I could. We made appointments with them TWICE, both times no one showed up. The first time no one called and when my husband called, they setup another appointment. Second time, they never showed nor called until a day later. Then the kicker! They called us MONTHS later asking for a floor sample back that we gave back the same day we took it and made the first failed appointment. The gallery is nice, but their customer service is absolutely terrible.
