I went in on a Sunday morning and asked for a dozen donuts their picks. The young girl boxed them up and met me at the cash register.Donut girl: $15.95Me: really? I only have 14.25. Just take out one of the donuts please.Donut girl: Im sorry, I cant do that.Me: what do you mean you cant do that. Just take one out snd sell me 11 donuts.Donut girl repeated the we-cant-do-that statement.I thought she must be joking, but she wasnt.I looked in my purse and discovered a $100 bill. I asked if I could use it to buy the box of donuts. She pointed to a sign saying no bills larger than 20. Of course.She suggested I go next door to the grocery store from hell and get change then come back for the donuts. By this time I am so over the donuts and this young girl I was to ready to walk out and never return. I paused and asked her one last time if I there was any way for me to get those 11 donuts for 14.25. She said Im sorry, I cant do that.I will never go back to that donut shop. Ever.

Favorite part of my Saturdays since moving here is a morning walk and stopping here for fresh baked donuts. Staff is always friendly and I love having small talk with them. One of the best local spots Ive found.

These are the best donuts I have ever had! They are so soft and stay fresh throughout the day. The customer service is outstanding and I have even got to know the family who owns it! Super nice and welcoming :) 10/10

Donuts too crispy. Crispy donuts taste like oil. Plus I cant use a credit card unless you spend $10? Thats dumb.

If youre looking for classic donuts that deliver, this is your spot. Everytime I brought donuts for my coworkers, this is when I came. Never dissappointed. The chocolate with custard filling is still my favorite. Now that our company is coming back from telework, ill be making some more stops for office donuts!

I tried placing an order for 30 sprinkled donuts like I have last year and the year before for my sons birthday to take to his classroom. They acted like I was bothering them. The lady was just rude all around. I thought they would be happy to sell more but I guess not. I will have to look for a new donut spot. 🤷

Sigh.....I got did DIRTY. brought in MY OWN 16oz cup. Was told it would be $1.75. Hmmmmm, your refill price says .65 cents. Sigh, already pouring it so ok. Then I proceed to check out and I am charged $1.75 plus 65 cents plus another 80 cents for using my card. All in all I paid $3.20 for a coffee refill bringing in my own cup.Mind you, Starbucks usually charges anywhere from a $1.50 to $2 for your own cup refill. Sometimes cheaper. Because of something like this fancy donuts will no longer get my business ever again as I felt taken hook line and sinker. BYE FELICIA

Small donut and ice cream shop. My kids love their ice cream. Donuts isnt that bad.Sometimes they would close early and dont leave a note or anything why. Also, not much people come when we go there.

Best donut shop in Sacramento. The donuts are always fresh and never feel or taste greasy. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Highly recommend the buttermilk maple bar!

I was really craving a donut this morning I happened to be at my sisters and this was the closet shop to her house so I figured I would give them a try. When I arrived I was disappointed to find the glaze dounts looked like they had absolutely no glaze on them even some of the maple looked like the were basically squares of bread. I decided not to chance it and bought muffins instead because you cant really mess up a muffin right? Wrong!! The popeyeseed muffin I purchased is so subpar honestly it tastes more like berries. Im so disappointed and I definitely wont be going back.

The donuts here are so amazingly good. They have the BEST CROISSANTS!!! The staff is wonderful! They are so warm and welcoming. I am definitely a LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM. Even over a new donut shop that just had opened.

I happened to be in the area and looked for a donut place. I went in there, purchased 3 donuts and coffee. Donuts were cold and coffee was like water with few drops of coffee. They charged my 80 cents for paying with debt card. Worst experience at any donut shop in the area. Gave them one star because there is no choice of giving a no star.

I dont recommend going their donuts are not fancy I went in and bought a dozen and I seriously believe that half of them are day-old. Plus when I used my debit card she charged me $0.80 who does that anymore
