Ive shopped at Jareds for several years and I really appreciate the consistency of their service.As long as I bring our jewelry in once every 6 months for inspection they cover any damages or gem replacements at no charge.NOTE: If you have the opportunity to buy the insurance for your pieces do it.
Absolutely terrible experience. I spent more than $5k on a necklace. I went to pick up the item, and the doors were locked. Despite the website saying that they were open until 7, the store had a paper sign taped to the front door stating that they closed at 6:30. I was there at 6:32. When I knocked on the front door, the employees inside ignored me. I came back two days later to pick up more order. After waiting more than 30 minutes for the order, I finally spoke to the manager. The manager was nice enough, but he didnt really apologize. And he gave no explanation as to why it took 30+ minutes to get someone to help me with the pickup. The manager told me that he had been working at Jareds Jewelers for a long time, and that this type of poor performance was unusual. I have my doubts about that. Save your money and your time. Avoid shopping at the Jareds on Arden Way.
Went looking for my wedding band at the same place my husband got my wedding ring....... I just had an overall horrible experience the Jewelers there. when they replace the stone in my band it looked like a three year old child did it it fell out and I had to go to a different Jareds because obviously this one is incapable of good service good representation. Just all around Horrible SERVICE. Not to mention that the consultant drop my ring in front of me three times. Please do yourself a favor and go to the one in Roseville

My future fiance and I went to go look at engagement rings. Worst experience in my life. We show up there and look around, expecting someone to help us, as every other store we have been to has. After about 20 minutes of looking around the store, a gentleman who works there finally tells us we need to be put on a list to be helped. He took down our information and said there are 6 people ahead of us, so we waited in the store another 30 minutes looking at engagement rings. As my fiance and I were discussing rings, the same man comes up to us and says a comment about getting a big ring. My fiance said how he wanted to get a big rock for me, and I said the size isnt what matters most to me. He then stated that my future fiance would GIVE HIS MISTRESS A BIGGER RING. I could not believe this mans comment. Who says this to a couple looking for an engagement ring?? He may have been trying to be funny, but thats not something you say to a woman. Why is this man even working here? I gave him a look, which he then mentioned to my fiance, and then he started talking about how clarity in a ring is important. I agreed, and we left. They never called us back to look at or discuss rings. I couldnt believe what this man had said to me. I hope he gets fired because he doesnt know how to be respectful to women, nor give good customer service. Terrible service, terrible location. Dont waste your time here.

Engagement ring shopping with my fiance at Jared has been one of the best experiences we have had planning for our wedding. We went to all the Jewelers in the Sacramento area and hands down the experience we had at Jared was by far the best out of anyone in town. They greet you and treat you like family from the start. Their focus isnt to push a piece of jewelry on you, but instead, it is to help you and give you a memorable experience. I used a few different websites to compare the specific diamond prices. Jared was pretty much spot-on with their pricing, but the other Jewelers were selling inferior diamonds for double the price it was worth. I would recommend Jared to anyone who is looking to purchase beautiful jewelry at a fair price.

Wait wait wait wait wait wait as if their time was valuable and yours is not. Theres a dozen people working there but everybody must wait while they fiddle around. Making an appointment does not help.
Jared has exquisite jewelry, professional staff, and a terrific warranty. I am thankful we found them when we were on a trip to Las Vegas, and Sacramento has two in the area. Check them out for your next special occasion!

I would take your money elsewhere. I have spent so much money having my ring fixed. 13 years later it still falls apart. A wedding ring is supposed to last a lifetime. I can not even make a year without it breaking somehow. I am taking my business elsewhere. I only gave them 1 star because the one lady I worked with was nice even though they lost my inside stones.

My husband decided it was time for an upgrade to my ring. Stopped into the Arden way store after looking elsewhere. Damian was very helpful and we found a beautiful ring. 3 weeks later, a stone fell out. Super bummed. We live 1.5 hrs away and didnt want to drive all the way out there. Damian was very helpful again. With a fabulous exchange policy,he helped us find a winner. He also was able to get it sized right away. Definitely recommend !. Thanks Damian!
Ask for Brett, approachable, knowledgeable, you name it. Went to look at rings with my now fiance and were given exceptional service even tho we were only browsing. 6 months later I returned to buy the ring we discussed. My fiance agrees, after our visit she even said when the time comes you have to buy the ring from him.

My favorite and go-to jeweler!The staff here is exceptionally friendly, helpful, patient, kind and prove to care about what you want as a customer rather than pushing the most expensive product on you. I worked closely with Valerie who I explained to my style and dream designs and she took it from there. Whenever I asked her to help me choose between two items, she answered with honesty about what she thought was a better fit for my style and wants, even if the other product was pricier. I brought my mom in with me and we have very different tastes and Valerie handled that like a pro. Today I went in to pick up something I had left on hold and Valerie was busy with a customer but another young lady helped me and showed the same kindness and patience. I have shopped around at other big name jewelers but because of the customer service I receive here, I wont be going elsewhere. If another jeweler has a design not available elsewhere, Id rather custom design a similar product with Jared! Thanks Valerie and team!

I have been going here for 5 years now and have had great experience every time we go in. This last time when we went in for inspection they cleaned all of our jewelry and inspected all of it too even if not purchased from their store. They found a loose Dimond on a ring from a different store where we had just come from for inspection of it. Great trade in options, and now we dont have to deal with Fred anymore. Highly recommend this location!
Purchased an engagement set last June paid over 90% cash & financed $1000 to build credit.....the first time experience was perfect. However everything since has been the absolute worst. My ring has been out for repairs for over 4 months, it came back repaired WRONG & was sent back. For the amount we paid I am completely & utterly disappointed, I WANT A REFUND FOR EVERY DIME! I will spend our hard earned money ELSEWHERE!

We came in to clean my engagement ring and pick out our wedding bands. Charles spent quite a bit of time with us and was super helpful and kind the entire time. The cost wasnt first on his mind it was finding the right ring. I took forever... Lots of choices you know? Fiance found his like almost right off the bat. We were using our Jarod card for the purchase, so after the total numbers Charles even let us know we could get a lower monthly payment if we picked up a little something extra to meet a certain number. I still needed to get my jewelry for the wedding so I found a necklace and it bumped us to that number. So lower monthly, lower financing apr, and two things checked off our list.Thanks Charles for being so kind and helpful! Alexander and I appreciate your time and effort!!
I use to love to shop at this place until, one day I took my fiancé there to clean her ring and my watch. I’m planing to upgrade my fiancé ring so we where looking at the ring, I asked the person who was helping us that let me see that ring, and he told me are you going to buy it now or later I said I don’t know I didn’t choose anything yet. He told me ok let me go take care if someone els real quick, while there was two other people free to help ( he made anther comments as well, and his lucky only my fiancé noticed at the time not me). I will never go back to the Arden location no more due to hiring unprofessional people.

Jared has always been the go to for my jewelry. Although, Denise from Roseville is gone to another store, SHE was wonderful.. however I just had a wonderful experience today at the Sacramento location. Damian and Lamont were outstanding in customer service and were able to kindly help me with a very sour situation from MACYs that I had to walk away from. Jared took care of me, with 5 STAR customer care and concern. Had I known that the watch I purchased from Macys would have been price matched with Jared, I would have gone there first, but I did not know that the company has changed a bit, and will price match items like a TAG HEUER watch. I would have returned the watch to Macys but I have been doing so much to make the watch perfect for the person that it was given to, that ultimately, Jared made it perfect. Thank you Damian and Lamont! I will be back to your store and I really appreciate all that you did for me today. You turned a very upsetting situation to a pleasant one. This is why I purchase from Jared. They really care about their customers.

Very poor hoping that when my sales rep gets to work today he can fix this problem. Went to the arden location and was told that my warranty had expired due to not bring in the ring for its 6 month check up. But if i pay for the repairs they will reinstate the warranty. Referred my friends here even after seeing all the negative post of this store. Remember consumers if we stick together, we can send this store a message. I will update what the out come is after i talk to my rep at 2pm. Thanks for reading.

This place is the worst. From the moment we walked in and they had no idea i had an appt, the jewelers that helped us were old fashioned fuddy duddys. They were pushy, rude, and acted like we werent going to ourchase anything. I needed a special setting for a diamond heirloom and the guy didnt seem to understand what i wanted, even after i showed him pics. He said he would order something for me to look at, and after 3 visits and about 3 weeks, he still wasnt getting it. I tried to explain and he just talked over me.So we said screw it and went to Shane Co. Go there!!!!! They were fantastic and totally got me, and inhad my engagement ring on my finger within 1 week!!! :)
Went in and was getting my ring cleaned and inspected. As I walked in, it was already awkward...there wasnt anyone there to help. So I walked to the counter where you usually get your ring cleaned. A lady walks out the diamond inspection room like she didnt want to help. Walks up and greats me with a fake smile. She smiled like she was on drugs. The way she talked sounded like she was on drugs. As we walked to the jewl counters...I asked her if we could get my ring fixed from the previous time I was there. The ring wasnt rounded down it had some random edge popping out. She looking around smiling making me feel awkward and as if I was stupid. There there was this guy! Lamont! Who kept asking if I was being helped. He gave me a seductive look like he was just trying to talk to me. I told him someone was helping me. He then came around and asked a few times. And gave me a look like he wanted the D up his A**! Anyways. The lady took long and asked random questions. Finally get my things done. But shes just standing there. It was like talking to a ratchet girl at the gas station. Chewing gum looking around smiling creepily. 😒 not recommended. Please go elsewhere. I only go cause its close. Look for an old lady or the asian guy. They will help you and quick. They both have great customer service.
WOW im never going here again. the sales guy basically tried to kill any business before i got through the entryway.I was there to have my girlfriends pandora bracelet cleaned, a new charm for it, also wanted a link taken out of her rolex. Also wanted to look at a necklace i saw online with her birth stone zicron.first thing out of his mouth is that the cleaning cant be done today because they are busy, even though the place is dead with only one other customer walking around. he said it would be done on the 18th, which wasnt going to fly with me. then he said the birth stone i wanted is not normally carried in store. also told me the watch link removal would cost $37 which is crazy.i asked if he could check about the necklace and the cleaning and i would have the watch done elsewhere. we FINALLY got to get out of the entry of the store and went to go look at necklaces. i went with a different necklace with her other birth stone Tanzenite, which i had to ask for since he didnt think to offer.while checking out i said i was going to go up to the roseville jared to have the bracelet cleaned today, THEN he told me he would see what he could do. finally he offered to have it cleaned right then for me. i then bought another charm for it so earned him another sale.i guess he was just too lazy and judgemental on my looks thinking i dont have money to spend and didnt want to waste his time on me. love the look i got from him when i walked out and got into my brand new $60k benz parked right in front of the door!what an idiot, learn how to be a real salesman and never judge a book by its cover. never going in there again and will take my business to the roseville location where they treat you equal no matter what your wearing or look like. oh and i was just wearing my cargo shorts and t shirt so not like i was looking like a bum when i went in.the roseville location is better by far
