Great experience. Very friendly and patient staff member not pushy at all. Really enjoyed trying on all of the different rings until we were able to find the perfect set. Never asked about our budget and was very willing to show us everything we asked for.

Have to wait in line to enter. Only six people at a time in store. Wait was 10 minutes for me, very realistic wait. Had two amethyst bracelets for me to choose from. Service was quick, and I left with a beautiful bracelet.

I’ve made numerous purchases with Zales and have always had a great experience at different store locations, but the staff at this Arden Mall store were exceptional. Abdul & William assisted me with upgrading my wife’s wedding ring and because of the quality of customer service, this location is the only store I will make any future jewelry purchases with.

Purchased a bracelet in October and the clasp broke. I paid the insurance and took it in for repair. They required me to release them off all liability if they lose, break, or my bracelet gets stolen, which I refused. If Zales does not trust their own repair process, why would I? I have a bracelet that I paid for insurance through Zales which is useless. The staff was nice, and offered to exchange my bracelet, but I would lose my insurance cost. Again a worthless policy.

Had a very unpleasant experience with Raul. All I was trying to do was an exchange and he was rude, pushy and very unprofessional.
William was very nice and helpful and easy going. Made picking out a ring for my girlfriend easy and stress free!

Let me start by saying this Zales is Amazing inside the Arden Fair mall.. I called a different and Zales and they would not look at my necklace but I called this one at the Arden fair mall about getting help to have my necklace untangled and they said to come on by and let them look at it I wish I remembered the guys name who fixed my necklace he made my day...

If I could give zero stars, I would! I decided to have my late grandmothers wedding ring sized to fit me. I took it to Zales. I got an estimate for the work I wanted done, which was to replace the band with 18k white gold on the original setting. I had my finger sized. They said it would be done in 3-4 weeks. I agreed and they sent it off to an off site jeweler. I had no idea the mistake I made. First of all, they do not have their own jewelers. They contract with outside jewelers. To make a long, drawn out story short... The ring wasnt done for 3 months, and when it did come back, it was way too big, they didnt give back my grandmothers original gold band...(I had to ask for it back!) I also had to ask for a ring box!! I took it somewhere else to have it re-sized and tested to make sure it was what I ordered... Turns out it was 14k (they ripped me off) plus I had to pay for it to be resized!! I went back to Zales to complain about my experience and only got the runaround. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. These people cannot be trusted!!

Great service when i got my gfs ring there. They are not pushy and dont force items on you. I took my time got good deal. I also have a card though them and pay no intrest if within certain time. Plus you always get coupons emailed or mailed. Def my jewler of choice.
I took some jewelry in for repair, when I dropped it off they said it would only take two weeks, this was back in November, when I went in to check on it after they had it for 3 weeks the girl couldnt even find it. When she did find it in the system she said oh it would take another two weeks, now its the 13th of January. When I called them to check on it, they said they had it.. No one had the decency to even call me to let me know it was in.. Very disappointed..
