Wow, really convenient!! I needed to exchange my X1 DVR and return a cable box. This was the closest location so I thought Id try it out. Service was super fast. Its located by Nordstroms, the elevator and carousel.

I was helped by Alberto at this location. He took his time to explain to me all the plans and answered all my questions. He made sure I pick the best plan. He was very polite, professional and friendly and I will go back to him for my internet/mobile needs again.

Your hours say open 11-7. Im here at noon and no one is here. If youre not going to be here it would be nice to let your customers know. I gave you 1 star but really I should have you zero stars because no one is here to help

They deserve more than 5 stars. They are efficient, quick, and focus on what you need. Romeo helped us out and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes.Detailed:Ive been having issues with my set up post move. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone, then went to a store the next day(Xfinity on greenback), and had to spend another hour on the phone, and my issue persisted. This was the closest place to me so I figured what the heck. Read in the reviews that you can pick up/exchange equipment figured it was worth a shot.First of all, they are a direct corporate branch, unlike some of the 3rd party stores around town (greenback included). This means they can do things in the system other locations cant.Second, the folks working there are amazing. Quickly pulled up my account, apologized for my issues with customer service. Got everything patched up. I was done in under 15 minutes and everything is up and running. Definitely coming back here if I ever need help again.

Love that this kiosk opened up!! Cristian and the crew are so friendly and quick to help! They can get you connected faster than calling the 1-800 number too. Highly recommend this convinent location over the stores that are further out.

I could not be happier with XFINITY Kiosk by Comcast. I was so happy to avoid Comcast. Their customer service was so awesome that we used them to provide Internet to our startup.

What I dont like about them is the Price Increase whenever they want, however much they want, just because they can. They recently increased my bill & gave the excuse that it is their Yearly Price increase (Mind you, Ive had the service for 5 months). I do not like the fact that I was not made aware of these increases ahead of time. The 12 month contract is actually bullsh*t. Last time I checked A contract was an agreement for a certain amount that you have to pay for a set period of time. As a business, theyve made up their own rules. I know exactly what you guys are doing. YOU ARE GREEDY!!!

Besides the fact they monopolize the cable internet around my area i would never want to give this company any money. Every time i talk to them i am charged more and more for services i asked them to not sign me up for. They tell me my bill is 75 then i talk to the next person a day later and it is 95? How is this legal or acceptable? Need to pay an extra 110 because they charged me 2 times in one month. But it doesnt matter. They wont do anything to help.

LOL the other reviews are for xfinity in general and yes their telephone customer service can be ratchet if you get the outsourced person... so hang up and call again if that happens...to the real review - found this place in the middle of arden fair mall, easy to spot, its not an actual store but just one of those middle kiosks.. AND THEY WERE AMAZING... they were a full service xfinity store(besides being able to take cash payments for bills... who cares)... I was able to change out my router for the better one in literally seconds... Mario H. helped me out and worked quickly, answered questions with ease and even told me about some new products I was unaware of... 5 stars Mario - really appreciate it... GREAT NEW ADDITION to the malll
