Im really surprised about the good reviews on here. I work half a block away and Ive stopped by this Metro store a lot because its the closest to my job. they are never open in the middle of the afternoon in the morning later at night when I get off they are never open!!! the open sign is on but the doors are locked the lights inside are on but the door is locked!!! seems like this place is just a business so that whoever owns it can wash money...

Fast friendly service. Today was faster than usual. No line. Large parking lot. This employee Irma always has a smile and is courteous.

Bought an unlocked phone but when I put my sim card in it, it read as invalid sim. I brought my phones to this store and the two guys were able to get my new phone working. Great job!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, you never leave disappointed. And the ladys are really nice and patient with every customer.

I just called and Deja (spelling?) told me she wouldnt check if they had a certain phone in stock. Her answer was that I could come in and look.No Deja, I already know what phone I want and if you dont have it you dont get my time or business.

Got here 10 minutes before and they locked there doors even the website says theyre open
