Shadi is an amazing salesman and customer service associate! We walked in with a phone that was having problems charging . He tried a few methods and realized it was a port and battery problem. He asked us if we had insurance and we did so he suggested getting a new phone with our upgrade because it would be cheaper. We had a really old phone so it was long overdue. He helped us quickly and helped us find a cheaper option. He even got us the hook up on a screen protector. I am so happy I came to this location. Will definitely be coming back here for all my phone needs! Give that man a raise.
