This is the type of store you want to give 0 stars to so that no one else snags the deals you want. I stopped in by chance and found excellent prices as well as good knowledgeable conversation to go with good service. I am not from the area but know that I will stop in here next time I pass through. Thanks for a great 1st stop to my visit to Sac. Totally deserves 5 stars π
Great customers service and expert knowledge of the equipment. Went in to buy one machine and the prices were so low we bought two different machines which will vary our workouts. Going back soon to complete our home gym!
This place is great for all your fitness needs and you cant beat their 30 day money back guarantee.
Let me start by saying I either hate or love things; very few things are in the middle for me. I LOVE this place. After covid I knew that I had to find an alternative to the gym, things will never be the same even though gyms are partially open again.. My gym only allows 1 hour a day with capacity limitsIm pretty hard core.. 4-6 days a week at the gym and I couldnt find anything that was the quality I wanted new for less than $2000, so I started looking for used equipment.. Thats when I found Fitness 4 Less. Im the proud owner of a Octane Q35.Essentially you pay a little more than 1/4 the price of new and get the quality of equipment at the gym rather than paying $300 just to be disappointed by a junky home unit..Thanks Steve and Joe
Very helpful staff. Very large selection of equipment--highly recommend this business!
We were very impressed with the helpful service at the store and the competence with which our new treadmill was installed in our garage and the old one removed.
Thank you Steve for you help, He helped me a lot, he is so nice helpful and honest!! Thanks again.
I found one of their ads on Craigslist for an inversion table. I went down and was able to try it out before buying it, and it was very reasonably priced. This place seems to deal only in used equipment, so your mileage may vary on selection, but I have no qualms about coming back here if I need anything else.
Helpful and friendly, large inventory
Iβve built much of my home gym with equipment from fitness 4 less. All commercial grade. The prices are a fraction of what new would cost. Steve and Joe are both very knowledgeable and helpful.
Just bought my second treadmill from them - just as happy this time around! Great selection of different price points, excellent service without pressure and 30 day return policy. Highly recommend!
They only open on weekends, sadly I work weekends. I needed 3 spin bikes for our home families he gym and ended up buying 3 from Costco. No off to look for spin shoes.
Nice ppl
Found a great work out machine
They make u feel like a champion every time you visit nothing less then excellent customer service hats off to you at finess for less and if you want a great workout go toFlex Fitness 8876 vintage park #110Corner ofElkgrove florin & Vintage park in Elk grove
A great place to go for my strength training needs, prices are good for 2nd hand gear.
Good selection of items. The items are used so expect some wear. Most items can be haggled down, just dont a jerk about it. Nice people doing honest work.
I recently purchased a used exercise bike here, and I highly recommend this store. They will not win any awards for interior decorating, but the prices, selection and service are great. I bought a commercial grade recumbent bike for about 30% of the price of a new one. It is a few years old, but solid as a rock and loaded with features. They had probably 25 or so, ranging from cheap consumer bikes to high-end gym bikes, as well as treadmills, weights, and other stuff. The staff was knowledgeable about the equipment, and not pushy at all.As I had misjudged the size of the bike, the manager, Steve, partly disassembled it for me and he and his staff person loaded it into my vehicle. He even gave me an Allen wrench so Id be sure to have right size for putting it back together.
Nice, honest guys working there. Got a nice, sturdy treadmill for cheap and makes me feel good they have a 30 day warranty.
The selection was good and the price seemed fair. Ive never shopped for fitness equipment before so I dont have alot of knowledge in that area. But what I was most impressed with was how they were so helpful in getting equipment to fit in my car. And no one made me feel dumb for asking questions and not really knowing what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for less than new equipment. I will say that most of what they sell is really high end stuff so prices on that stuff are high but there was a reasonable amount of things in the under $300 range. Not all of it was in a condition that I would buy but the options are there. I imagine you could replace seats or handlebars on some things to improve their condition.
Wouldnt even let me buy a bike because I weighed too much...lol... Blew that sale, bud. Well heres another sale to Amazon, no wonder the retail market is dying out.
Very helpful, friendly. Great selection!
Used gym equipment for used prices! Perfect if youre on a budget and dont want to pay marked up prices.
Went to go look at a spin bike. Picture showed one in very good condition almost brand new. looking Once I got in there the bikes were old beat up commercial versions in poor condition. Classic bait and switch. Also the comment and price tag said it retailed for 1700 but you could find it on amazon brand new for 1200. The dealer also dodged my question about the condition and how long I could expect it to last. Overall didnt feel they were very honest on this one. Maybe other stuff is okay. Good luck with them.
Great help good prices and very nice people.
We love shopping here. Great selection and the owner is Amazing.
I got a great deal there - you might too.
Good place to sell your old weight equipment
Offer fitness equipment at a fraction of wholesale prices.
Horrible place to $ell your old-fitness equipment! I first went to this place when it was located off of Arden-Arcade, then it was a little hole-in-the-wall shop that smelled a little funny and had stains on the low-hanging ceiling. However, I found a great piece of equipment there for a really reasonable price, and was able to trade some of my other equipment that I no longer wanted in for store credit and he gave me a good deal on it. So when I went to sell the rest of my complete garage-gym set-up that Ive had for years later on, I went to back to Fitness 4 Less and found-out about their new location off of Auburn Blvd. I had a really nice Power-Rack, Multi-Level Adjustable Bench, and a bunch of other gym stuff including the weights, weight-tree, and Olympic-Bar. He gave me a low-balled price for all of this, less than $300!!! However, I was in a tight-bind, needed some cash fast and wasnt sure how long it would take to sell it all on Craigslist. The time I sold him equipment before at his hole-in-the-wall location he turned around and sold it at a 50-75% Mark-Up from what he paid me for it all. Again, Very Reasonable! But after I $old him my BEST stuff, at his NEW and IMPROVED (read: Costly) Location, I went back online to check the prices that he was asking for it and he had given it a 150% to 250% MARK-UP in PRICE!!! If I would have known that there were Buyers who would have PAID THAT MUCH I would have Waited AT LEAST a Few Days to a Week Maybe, with a Ad-Posted on CL, and would have Offered it at a MUCH Lower-Price than for WHAT HE WAS ASKING, but MORE than WHAT he Gave ME for IT!!! He gave me $120 for the Power-Rack alone, and $60 for the Bench, and then turned around and Sold them at $450 for the Power-Rack and $175 for the Bench!!! That was a Hard-Lesson in Economics, because his prices had been VERY REASONABLE at his old, hole-in-the-wall location but now, at his NEW Fancy location with the High-Hanging Ceiling and Central-AC, he either decided to start fleecing people and jacking-up the prices because he could, or because the new Monthly-Rent on the New Building he is in demands a MUCH Higher monthly-payment than his previous location! Just wanted to give a HEADS-UP to ALL THE FOLKS Thinking About SELLING YOUR EQUIPMENT Here, DO NOT SELL IT TO Fitness 4 Less! You will be HATING YOURSELF later for it when you realize that you could have EASILY found a better-buyer on Craigslist, within a week at MOST, who will Pay You a MUCH BETTER Price then this place EVER WILL and they will EVEN come to your residence and pick it up/remove it for you! Now, if youre looking for a place to buy from, this place isnt THAT Bad, but it aint that great either.. :P If you are willing to do a little traveling, I would stay vigilant on your local Craigslist and even check a few of the other Craigslistd areas around you (SF Bay Area CL, Chico CL, Fresno CL, ect.) and you would probably either find WHAT you are looking for IN Better-Condition and/or at a MUCH Better price than what you will find here! Unless you ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE a Specific Piece of Fitness Equipment RIGHT NOW, your wallet would be better-off Staying OUT of this Business! If you go in to look, Leave your Wallet in the Car! It will Thank You for it later! ;)
