Stole my money simple. They said the sale was no good because THEIR machine didn’t print out a receipt. I checked my online banking while in the store as the money was instantly out of my account which I told them right in their face and showed them the statement. They said the money will be back in 5 minutes. Its been 3 days and still my funds have not been back on my account.

Took 2 hours to get in for a jewelry pick up that we already had paid for. They need 2 lines, 1 for people strictly picking up and 1 for people shopping. Its ridiculous! They do good repair work but dont let them call you, just go in when they said its suppose to be done because you wont get a call & they dont answer the phone.

Horrible cuts, they cut holes through my tops AND bottoms so I had to have them patch them up with took more time( theres already a 3 month wait). Then they hollowed out my front tooth which is chipped instead of making it sold like the fangs they hollowed it out. Horrible service would never go through them again!!

Worst experience!! I bought 2 bracelets, with names inscribed! Both inscriptions were gone from gold name plate,before a year! The store tried to do it over, cheaply in printed letters!! Nothing like first purchased, the bracelet also keeps rolling and breaking!! BTW, their not the thin cheapest ones either! Baby bracelet should last!!

They were very nice and business worthy in every aspect. One thing that happened is my bracelet was too big and needed an inch and a half chopped off to fit. Well the melting back on to the clasp came off within a week and that bummed me out. Other than that there gold teeth are off the chart excellent!!! I bought a necklace and brought a foutreeen carrot dog tag in which they inscribed the serenity prayer on it with black laser print!!! Very happy and ask for Alejandra!!! She is very nice and has the patience to get you what you want/Need. Plus she will tell you if it looks good on you or a hell no it doesn’t, lol. I needed a mold made today waited an hour and a half too! but besides that they tried to charge me $100 for a mold for 6 top teeth I wont be coming back at all for anything rip off
