Simply put, overprices for the quality. Since they moved to the new location few years back from Riverside, they have been jacking up prices for lower quality produce (that is NOW comparable to the discount store occupying the old location). if you are from the neighborhood, you know what I am talking about. I have never returned bad groceries except the one time to them because I had it. I stopped shopping there altogether. Too bad

Lots of interesting items you cant find at the typical grocery store and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The only issue I have is the plethora of people who refuse to wear masks but thats not the fault of the establishment.

Always great customer, service always clean in the store lines are never too long and if they are a clerk always opens up a new line. Whoever manages this place and has managed over the last eight years is doing a superb job.

Great as usual. Fresh yummy hot foods,and desserts to just die for. Their coffee and smoothies are soon good. The store is clean,well stalked. Every employee Asked how is your day?Can I help you find something . However it is a pricey store but you get what you pay for.

I bought high-quality sushi. It was the delight combo, with Nigiri and assorted rolls. It was delicious! The cherry turnovers were also excellent. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. I keep going back for the tasty foods and excellent customer service! I highly recommend Nugget in the Pocket area.

I love the Greenhaven Nugget store and have been shopping here since its opening. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I particularly enjoy the wine department and deli/fresh foods. However, I am not enamored with the Asian or self-serve hot foods, which I find ordinary at best and overpriced.

Excellent sandwiches USALLY . Unfortunately the turkey tasted rancid this time and bread was a little hard. I felt like it was a few days old. 😕

I love this supermarket. Their salads, hummus, pies, pretty much everything Ive bought from here was good. A little pricey though.

This store is one of the only (local-ish) places we have been able to find gluten free, dairy free, egg free cupcakes that dont suck.They are fluffy, yummy, and the frosting is lovely!They are located in the bakery area.

I only get the banh mi pork sandwich but they have many delicious looking sandwiches, smoothies cakes and pies and lots of wine choices, probably the best nugget in the city, havent had a disappointment or bad experience here yet, all the kombuchas can be found here also, dont forget to stop by the coffee bar on your way out for a quality coffee or smoothie, they make Starbucks look like gas station coffee

Well I had a late order and I was accommodated Thank you that Fruit Basket Cake was perfect for an 24th Wedding Anniversary sorry no pictures the cake was gone at the cutting 🤩 picked up Sugar Free cookies for my Dad and also Pepper chicken OMGosh! Always have the freshest Deli and meats. The bakery and Hot Wok are fantastic. You can never go wrong at the Nugget for any time of the day meal breakfast lunch or dinner its the best

Great selection of foods and groceries from local farms, but also great imports from across the united states and internationally. Great helpful staff that are willing to lend a hand if needed. Be sure to check out the deli section for some great prepared lunches or sandwiches!

I like the variety and offers some specialty items you cant find at a Raleys or Bel Air. But it is higher priced for comparable items. They do have great quality mushrooms and decent sandwich and prepared foods.

I stopped here to get a slice of the toasted almond cake. They had whole cakes but no slices and werent able to cut the cake into slices. Very disappointed.

They have great spices and cheeses and fresh seafood and meat in the meat department and last but most least the wine and beer selections are awesome too! Oh wait I did forget to mention the staff are friendly and the store is alias clean :)

Great store but I was not impressed with the pesto and arugula salad, roast beef wrap, or weekly sushi special. Sushi was the best of the 3 but not by much. No more to go deli items for me.

The inventory company I work for does their inventory. It is a very nice grocery store. They have a great deli and their own coffee bar. Very nice customer service staff.

It has everything, the place is very well maintained, nice people works there.For grocery shopping, has everything, specially for baking products, and the many types of spices, it even has achiote for making cochinita pibil (Mexican Dish).For eating, has many choices, from quick bites to complete meals, different cheeses, wide selection of wines, meat and fish looks fresh.I personally recommend the sushi, very nice place for a quick bite.Any other than that, people who works there are just great and willing to help.I highly recommend Nugget market.

Horrible customer service. I asked the produce guy if there was anymore firewood. He told me I dont think so and kept working. He could of at least went and checked. Management needs to properly train their workers. I used to work at Raleys, and that would not fly. Very disappointedReview edit: This is still a great store. Best Market in town. Best out Whole Foods in my opinion. Theyre have a combination of popular brands and the off brand organics that youll find at other natural food stores, having an option for both is great. Their cheese selection is top notch and equipped with a cheese enthusiast to answer all of your questions. The bakery is off the chain, run, dont walk, to pick to their garlic cheesey bread. I could go on but I wont. Go check it out!!!

This is a beautiful Nugget Market located in the Pocket Area right next to I-5 south of Sacramento. The store is amazingly clean. I really enjoy the produce section. Also, check out the deli because youll find your favorite foods for takeout.

This place reminds me of one of my favorite markets. A lot of organic, top quality products. All the departments that should be in a grocery store. There is even a small cafe inside with a nice selection in coffees and smoothies. Love this market. The staff is professional and always friendly!

I needed to use a restroom, Big 5 sent me to Nugget. Their bathrooms are well maintained. I also bought some non-alcoholic beer. I got some Becks. It was a little skunky in taste. I also got Lagunitas IPNA. That was ok...I also got a cup of their coffee before heading back to Big 5. They make their coffee good & strong!

They still carry my Heineken Zero n/a beer. Bel Aire Pocket dropped it so weve had to switch. The rest of Nugget is quite nice. Big selection of prepared foods.

Great clean store

I love this store. They havent lost their minds about the Rona and rearranged everything.The meat here is par excellence. Organic and other produce exceeds grocery stores in the areas, with a wide variety of mushrooms! 🍄The staff is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the foods on the shelves. Prices arent as steep as you might expect, with markdowns and ad items even competing with bargain grocers.I will continue to spend some money here each month on produce and meat, as it isnt worth the bother right now to drive all over looking for the good stuff. I wish I could afford to buy all of my groceries here! ☺️

Joys of an unexpected moment little did I know when I took my daughter to nugget that I would not only find what I was looking for, found three amazing young people there was a young lady out side greeting everyone with the biggest smile couldnt miss the smile behind the mask. Very polite young lady as I was heading to the checkout stand I met two very outstanding young men Daniel and Andrew shout out to them they made my day their parents should be very proud of them you made the right decision when you hired those three young people wise decision.

This review refers to the coffee and juice bar. Love the grocery store itself, buy I wanted to share my good experiences here too. While the wait can be long, its great to have a spot to grab a delicious coffee or espresso drink, fresh juice or smoothie, or an acai bowl!

I like this Nugget, and not just because its local to me. The staff at the meat, produce, bakery, fancy cheese station, juice/coffee bar, managementn baggers and cashiers are always so nice and helpful. The wait is never too long and they engage you when you talk to them....no matter how inane the question. Nugget usually has everything higher end. The price is high, but the quality is good.

Love this, always so clean. Pricey yes but you get quality! I also really like their green smoothies.

The thing Im most Joy about the Nugget is the people that work there.Theyre always so helpful and friendly.I have shopped once or twice at a grocery store that supposed to be similar on the other side of the bridge.. with one exception most of the employees did not seem happy. They were not rude they just didnt seem like they wanted to be thereat the Nugget you can really feel that the people like their job and theyre happy youre there.As you all know the quality of the food is of course fantastic. on top of that the quality of the employees that serve their make this is store I love to come to.

My go-to grocery store with excellent selection including deli options with great sandwiches. For salmon sandwich lovers, the BLAST is my favorite, but all are high quality.The juice bar and cafe is another regular stop (excellent espresso drinks). The Green Dynamo blended with extra kale is another favorite of mine.

Great selection of higher end foods you cant find other places. Pricey though.

Best part of the store is the employees, hands down. Genuine and helpful, courteous and available. Overall prices are higher than other stores. Produce quality is consistent and fresh, often times worth the higher price depending on the item and its intended use. Bulk bins are cheaper and better than both Bel Air’s that are close by. Deli is legit and juice bar is extremely good, you should try one - go right now. Wine selection is excellent. Beer selection is also choice - however, it’s disappointing to have received several outdated six packs of beer here over the course of a few years in a row. Note, this is the responsibility of the distributor to provide fresh beer, not Nugget. Unfortunately I don’t buy beer here any longer unless it’s a bomber or a Hail Mary I-need-beer situation - we’ve all been there. Also, they used to make this incredibly ridiculous chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, and now all they make are seafood ones. Like, I get they’re both gross to most of you, but at the end of the day, isn’t it still the case that chicken salad > seafood-stuff when it comes to sandwiches, even if it’s by a millionth of a point? No? 😞

Nuggets is the saving grace of Pocket

The only store I know of in the Greenhaven/Pocket area that requires everyone wear masks!!! That appears to be a very wise policy to protect the health of all who enter the store. Hopefully other stores in the area will consider respecting the health of others too!!

The Nugget on Florin is a really good store. Requesting the store carry the product pictured for several months with no result, prevents me from providing a five star rating.
