3525 Sacramento is a good place to go with great customer service and very helpful. I recommended this location then other locations.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I went there with cash to pick out my pieces of quartzite and there were only two people shopping in the entire showroom and no one would help me. When I did finally get someone to help me they had the worst attitude, I tried killing them with kindness and they continued to be RUDE. So unacceptable. Great prices if they are ever willing to help you pick out your pieces.

This place has no knowledge of what customer service is or should be. Beyond rude and lackluster attention. I will gladly spend my 1200 dollars elsewhere. I will never set foot on their premises again.

Excellent experience. Great prices! Customer service was great. Im not sure why everyone has a bad review, its an outlet store, what do you expect? This place was so cheap I would have not cared if the service was bad! We went to lowes to get a price and they told us $5,900! Then we went to home depot and they said $6,100. Wow Im not sure where people are coming up with this kind of money but that was way out of our budget. Granite outlet got us everything we wanted plus installation for $2,600! I highly recommend this place. Dont worry about getting service, just draw your kitchen layout, measure everything twice, go to Granite outlet, pick the one you like and be prepared to save $$$$$$! Plus our installers were excellent and very nice! They did a fantastic job. I will post pictures soon. Thank you Granite outlet! I will definitely be back

Good prices but terrible customer service

Worst customer service imaginable...I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could...went to pick up my 5K worth of materials and was told I had to come back tomorrow..I drove 2hrs and their excuse was that they needed to verify any changes...what changes?? I paid in full and marked every item like I was advised 2 weeks ago..the ladies upfront raised their voices at me and told me to basically take a hike..they spoke rudely amongst them selves in front of my face in their native language..when I asked to Speak to a manager I was told in a sarcastic tone he was “unavailable” I hope this helps others in making their choice to do business with these crooks.

Outstanding! Start to finish. First off, total price with install was $1,500 less than other quotes we received, and we got a lot of quotes. Based on this price difference, i was worried the quality would be lacking. Definitely not.Service at the warehouse was great. Workers were very patient while we asked them to move multiple pieces to match them.Installers showed up exactly at 10am, as promised. They originally thought it would take two days, including demo, finished in one day.They didnt try to add anything else onto the price like i had heard many other installers will do.Separated the construction area from rest of house so no dust went anywhere else. Cleaned so well afterward that it was almost cleaner than before they came! I just cant say enough great things about our experience.

The front desk help sucked! Theyre was 0 acknowledgment, Of us being in front of their face. We had to literally tell them we have been waiting. Not impressed .Selection was great . Very poor customer service skills.The girls, yes girls had very poor customer service. They assisted 3 customers as we were standing infront of their face in disbelief that they were that rude at the same time.

This location has the best customer service of all the locations

Everyone was so rude the man who was sent out to help us was throwing trash not helping at all rushing us he refused to answer any questions. It’s not worth it they don’t help at all go somewhere that won’t waste your time.

If you know what youre doing and want the best prices this is the place to go. If not, I could see how this could be a frustrating experience.

Our contractor sent us there to pick out our csbinets, sink & granite countertops. We went through, took pics of our choices and sent them to our contractor. Not sure what it would be like if we were trying to deal directly without a contractor. Prices seemed quite reasonable.

Big selection but theyre not super helpful. Bring someone that know about what you need if you dont.

These guys are unfriendly and not helpful. Dont waste your time.

There is no one there to help, left without speaking to anyone after 20 minutes.
