We visited MSI’s showroom in Sacramento. It is very well setup. There are people who know their products very well and who will help you. We went there for quartz countertop slabs but also ended up liking other things such as backsplash and flooring tiles. The people who work there are very helpful and professional.The product selection is excellent, place is clean and very inviting.I would go there again for floor selection when we decide to do flooring.I highly recommend this place. Please leave yourself at least an hour or more so that you have enough time to walk around and make selections.If I have to make some suggestions to the owner, I would say that please work on more parking places and extend the Saturday timing and stay open on Sunday. Typically for working people it is hard to find time during week day to go visit this place.

A very beautiful showroom n excellent customer service. We found a lot of choices for tiles, natural stones and quartz. Everything is displayed well on the walls which makes it super easy to see. Absolutely loved their customer service.

WoW! MSI has a super clean and well organized facility. They have a great selection of quality surface covering materials from counter tops to tiled areas and flooring; inside or outside. The staff is awesome and checked on us just enough that we didn’t feel bothered or pressured. Definitely will return for future projects.

All the staff were interested in making sure that all our questions were answered, making sure we didnt get lost, and ensuring that we were able to find everything we wanted to see. One of the staff painstakingly searched for a piece of quartz that wasnt in its normal spot on the demo aisle. Thanks for that! Very helpful indeed.Im glad that our kitchen remodeler will be using them to source our countertops.

We were greeted soon and taken on a tour to find our stone countertop. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient with us.She helped quide us through the options and named the positive and negative trades of each.We were very pleased with our purchase.

One of the better showrooms weve been to; however, communication is key! Called on Thursday at 1pm and asked about a slab being available for us to look at. Stephanie told us they were too busy to pull it today but that it could be pulled and available after 10am the next day (Friday). Showed up at 1pm on Friday to look at the slab. Rec’d acknowledgement and confirmation about the slab we asked for. Stephanie said “I’ll be right back.” Ok… we stood there and waited. 10 minutes goes by, we are looking at each other and still wondering what the holdup is. More time goes by before she finally shows up again and says to follow her. I asked if it was pulled earlier and then received confirmation that it was just pulled. I have no problem with them pulling it when we arrived but communication is key. An apology and letting us know what was going on would have saved us from being irritated. No apology and only saying “thank you for your patience” several times just infuriated me. Just tell your customers what’s going on.

We spent approximately 2-4 hours at the show room picking out potential slabs for our home and when it came to ordering; they are unable to find any of our info. I would be careful, as of now we either have to come back (2 hours drive both ways) and spent another half day or go somewhere else.

Love coming to this place. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Theres a variety of choices and options to mix and match. I also love their product visualizer where you can picture your space with their products.

I wish Id gone here first! A fantastic showroom and selection of stone, tile and quartz for interiors, plus a similar selection of materials for hardscaping outdoor living areas. Last, I really respect them for the safety requirements they have in place during covid-19, requiring questions and masks within their business.

We visited MSI twice this week. Loved the safety measures they implemented upon check-in and to keep us safe from COVID. Very clean and crisp looking. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Knew a lot about the product. Stephanie helped us look for product availability. She was extremely friendly and very patient. They are not pushy but are there to educate and answer any questions you may have about their product line. As Jason says, “ If you don’t love it, then keep on looking”.This was a little different way to look at slabs as pricing is not readily available as you need to go through your contractor to get you the price of a slab. We really liked several pieces of slabs however have to wait to see how much they cost for a few days to see if it’s within our budget or not. If not, it’s back to the drawing board.

This is by far the best counter and tile place I have been to. It is very organized. They have a huge selection to pick from, and the customer service is stellar.

Jason and Anthony were very patient while we picked out our stone. The gave us all the time we needed to pick THE ONES that best suited our needs. We left feeling well taken care of and that we had made the correct choices for us.

We visited MSI twice this past week. From the onset we could see that your attention to the Covid19 pandemic was of uppermost importance to your clients and employees. Your showroom is outstanding and could double as a hospital if need be! On both occasions we were met by MSI representative Jacklyn who was fantastic. She explained the facilities Covid19 requirements and accompanied us to the granite slab showroom where she explained the best procedure for us to follow when selecting the product. Jacklyn left us to review the granite and returned to assist and answer questions we had. On our latest visit (today, August 7) she was again professional and responsive to our concerns. Prior to our leaving she introduced us to her co-worker Stephanie who was shadowing her at the time. Our entire experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend MSI.

Good customer service, and clean, variety of home supplies. Litle pricey but maybe is good quality. I think is goo quality.
