Can somebody please answer my question? How does the one of the biggest chain markets in this area cannot get fresh eggs. For the last three weeks theyve been out of eggs whats going on. Did the chicken stop working? LOL

The staff are friendly, the store is clean and stocked with most everything. Occasionally I will see produce going bad but that’s the exception, not the rule. They have good deals fridays and mondays on certain foods and if you have an account you will get coupons for things you buy regularly. Peet’s coffee inside which is always tasty. I love their sourdough bread baguettes and this is usually the place I will go when I suddenly have a craving for something yummy that I don’t have at home. Their organic produce section could be larger with more selection but they have a decent assortment overall if you’re just looking for the basics. I like the self check out which is easy to navigate and if there are problems there is always someone easily accessible to help. I also enjoy the post office and redbox kiosk inside which makes multiple errands turn into one.

I want to thank Rick in Produce at the Rush River Bel Air. I was looking for Broccoli Rabe and he was able to order it for me with out any reservation. He even knew what Broccoli Rabe was! :) My husband is originally from Long Island, New York where it is common to find Broccoli Rabe in the grocery stores and here in Sacramento the grocery stores normally dont carry it. In fact Bel Air seems to be the only who I can order it from! So a BIG Thanks to Bel Air for hiring people like Rick in Produce! The best! We are now able to make our Italian dish from back home in NYC. -Bob and Ruth

Friendly staff at the store, they are helpful but only the senior members can help with items like where to get things and what they carry. New staff like in the deli can take longer to get things as they do not know the goods.It is not as large as others but has a good selection of items and helpful butcher to get better cuts. It is a good place to shop but can get very crowded during peak times or holidays.

Bel Air is a grocery store just like every other. Its got fruits and veggies, meats, alcohol, and the magazine rack. A little more expensive that I would normally go for, which is why I shop at grocery outlet, but for the things you cant get at the bargain market, I come here for.Namely, the sourdough rolls that they usually have here--which are absolutely DELICIOUS. I also come here to drop things off at the post office, and Ive noticed here too that they have a pharmacy, which could be useful.Another big thing for me is the self checkout line, which I just used to buy said sourdough roll and a stalk of celery, and I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes.I give it 4 stars out of 5 simply because the prices for the fresh fruit are really high, even when compared to Sprouts, which is why I dont usually shop there for that.Otherwise, a nicely kept store with friendly staff.

Its always a pleasant experience shopping at Bel Air on Rush River. The staff is friendly and the store is consistently clean.

Went to CVS and got my shot, I just walked in and it only took about 10 minutes .in and out but it hurt like the dickins....

Just left the Rush River Bel Air Bakery. I came in to place an order for my sons birthday. I stood at the counter for about 3 minute waiting for assistance. Watched the employee not only look at me several times but passed me a couple of times to assist another customer. Not once did I get Ill be right with you nothing. Finally when she had no more customers to assist she finally came to me to ask me if I needed something. I said yes I needed to order a cake and needed to see the book. She did place the book on the counter and again walked away to assist another customer . Frustrated for the lack of customer service I just walked and had to drive further out to go to another store to place the order. Customer service in the bakery department needs to be addressed.

Love coming to Bel Air! I feel comfortable, and love the food especially the Sushi bar, delicious and affordable! I love the whole deli area! Hot chinese food, sandwich area, deli salad area, and fish market..those are all my areas, Vegetable and fruit section are so fresh and well kept...love it! The whole supermarket is great!Thank you for your service!

Great staff who are always very helpful. They offer almost any grocery item you could want. The deli and bakery are great to pick up a quick, easy and inexpensive dinner for the kids.

Great variety, clean, good service

I love this store for its quality produce and friendly staff.However, I was a bit let down when I recently placed an order for pickup. I ordered sliced baby Bella mushrooms and the package I received had to be thrown away because the mushrooms were slimy and no good. Maybe the shopper was in a hurry or didnt look and just grabbed any package, but I expected a fresh package of mushrooms.I am hoping it was a one time deal. Ill try it one more time and see what happens.

Always friendly service at this Bel Air! This location is clean and organized. They clean the grocery carts and have plastic protective barriers at the checkout counters and have a lot of hand sanitizer available at each checkout counter because of Covid 19. Masks are not required but most everyone wears them.

Bought salad dressing and romaine lettuce. Also picked up my wifes prescription from the pharmacy. The grocery department is good, price is a little higher than other grocery stores. The pharmacy staff is very helpful, helped me and my familys prescription needs for over 10 years, always on top of our prescriptions, making sure we understand what we are taking.

Bellaire I love this store such a sweet people work here and they really do care about their customers theyre out washing down the cart that been taken out by people all day long they really do care about our health and I really appreciate them doing such a good job for our community

The STAFF!! They are awesome. I moved in to a place around the corner from the store about 1 year ago and shop there at least once a week. I have only once experienced a staff member who was a little antisocial or grumpy. The food selection is standard nothing fancy, some times the produce is a little old but the staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of the way.

The Hot Wok continues to serve some of the best BBQ pork, and pork fried rice, in Sacramento (I just wish they had more beef and pork entrée options.) The bakery makes sourdough French bread on premises that rivals the stuff you’d get from San Francisco. If they’ve run out early (as usual) they might be able to bake a loaf on request. Warm French bread and butter. Does it get any better than that? And the meat department sells 2” thick New York and ribeye steaks.

Great Supermarket with outstanding customer service! Super clean and good location in the pocket area. Sometimes out of stock on sale items, so you may have to go to a different Bel Air. This is not frequent, but can happen on something that is very popular.

This Bel Air is always clean and the associates are always friendly. Parking is easy and prices are moderate. The deli offers some great sandwich options and there is a Petes coffee and Wells Fargo ATM inside. They offer special pricing on cases of wine and will even place an order for you if you need something special. We bought most of our sparkling wedding wine here for toasting and they were more than happy to order all we needed at a discounted rate. :)

Bel Air has a lot of the things I want. They have an excellent meat and cheese department. I love their customer service.

A great grocery store to get all your food at. The workers are really kind and helpful. There is a post office at this location for dropping off packages or mail. Also, this location has a pharmacy.

This store is clean, has a good selection of goods, and the employees are helpful and friendly (with the exception of one Frankie, which I wont get into here). The prices are generally pretty fair, and they always have good deals going on different items. We now almost exclusively get our groceries from here because its so convenient.

This place is clean, well stocked, well lit, with friendly staff and fresh produce. It isnt quite as modern as some stores, with no Starbucks inside, but has all the regular grocery store items. Their deli makes decent sandwiches at a decent price. Prices overall are pretty high, and sales not quite as widespread as some other grocers.

Went to do my grocery shopping at this rush river location this morning, I hade a couple of La Victoria enchilada sauces in my basket along with my other items! When I got home, I realized that I was missing the enchilada sauces, was not in my plastic bag! Went back to the same checker, not to friendly, I guess she doesn’t like her job? Asked her if she had my cans, she responded that she did not and that I should get it! Showed her my receipt as the cans were the first ones she charged me with! She indicated when I showed her that I got the them, she said 2 cans, I said yes and showed her the receipt! She said she didn’t what to the cans she originally charged me!! She sounded like she did not trust me! No apology or anything for not placing them in my bag! I felt like she didn’t believe me! Poor customer service, especially when we have this pandemic that bus going on!! Be kind to one another!! That’s my recommendation to her and other people with customer service jobs!!

Very clean store, and open pretty late too- till 11. They always have something that smells great wafting through the store whether the bakery or the variety od soaps over by the floral area on the other side od the store.

Clean store and well stocked except for Porter or Stout style beers, they lack that selection in 6 or 12 packs. They do have porters and stouts in specialty bottles. Its the beer my wife likes.

Hot Chinese food and Sushi!

Good place to get groceries, not the cheapest but they have everything youre looking for. I have used their baking department for cakes and they do a really good job. They also house the US Post Office for the 95831 zip code.

I love Raleys/Bel Aire markets. Clean, well lit and well designed. I love their produce! Their deli section is outstanding! I always find something appealing here. The staff are friendly and often very helpful.i enjoy shopping here. I feel as if i can relax and take my time.Their meat and seafood area is second to none. And the Something Extra program rewards me well for shopping with them.This is my favourite place to shop. Great job!

They just did a remodel and getting used to the new layout. Also they have changed some inventory, but the staff is great and the fruits and vegetables and meats are what I like the most and those are still awesome.

Great place to drop off packages late! Quick and easy

The language barrier which exists in the deli is almost unbearable. 20 mins trying to explain what you want, how much you want, and figuring out what the heck they are saying. IMPOSSIBLE! Get to the checkout explain to the cashier. She insists on correcting the problem. Another 30 minutes. I hope that management can correct this problem soon. I enjoy the fresh deli meat there.

People sometimes act rude at this store, including staff who started long after I was shopping here. That snooty attitude is one of the reasons I am happy to be leaving Sacramento and one of the reasons I decreased my expenditures at Raleys & Bel Air after 19 years of residence in the Pocket/Greenhaven neighborhood. Prices keep going up & Sac gets more conservative every day!!

This is a full service grocery store that will bag and assist with loading groceries into your vehicle. Prices are higher for the same item at the local Walmart, but its a trade off for the extra customer service. They do offer $5 special days, which are pretty popular.
