Terrible customer service!! Dont think you will get what you made a reservation for. They DO NOT KNOW what RESERVATION MEANS!!! Its a family run business, and they are all dysfunctional! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! They should lose everything they worked for and become humbled! They could use some humility.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. I called to speak to the manager about an issue with pick up and was screamed and yelled at. He used the phrase, I dont know whats so hard for you to understand and Of course I am going to protect my employees. All of this was over some missing bolts for our scaffolding.I was told that they load and unload all equipment and we sent a pregnant women to return the items weighing several hundred pounds and 3 men told her she had to unload, and sat and watched her unload.Super rude and VERY unprofessional. I have never been treated like this by a reputable office.

Rented a breaker hammer and a concrete mixer. The hammer worked great. The 9ft^3 concrete mixer had a small hole in it, although it didn’t cause too much of problem. When I went to pick up the equipment I was given a specific timetable for when to return things to receive refunds. We finished our project early but I kept cleaning up because I had a buffer until I needed to return the items. When I returned them I did not receive the refund as it was 2 hours later then the actual times I should have gotten them in. I could have easily returned them 2 hours before but because I was told a time I didn’t rush. All in all I was overcharged ~$300 for 6 hours of a hammer and mixer.

Rented a concrete grinder and vacuum equipment did not work properly returned it for alternate equipment which also did not work properly returned again and still got charged for rental minus a 40% discount. Went to another equipment rental company and got working equipment. So I guess I paid Aba Daba for testing their equipment and transportation. If you want the job done in a timely manner don’t rent here.

Bad customer service. Sales people have a bad attitude. Best rent from home depot its cheaper to.

Home Depot is cheaper and overall better experience than with these guys

First place I go for chairs and tables

The delivery guys where super nice! However we got a tent that ended up being filthy! No big deal called and they said we could switch it since my even was the next morning. So I sent someone over to grab it and they where closed. Thankfully the person I sent to grab the tent spotted the people closing up and they switched out tent out.The table cloths I called and told them I needed where wrong(I called and told them measurements Of the tables at my house) and so we had to pin a few.Overall not entirely thrilled.

We used their service a multiple times, everything was fine, but now the machines are broken, missing parts, broken parts. No any inspection before and after receiving machines. Just plugging in and if motor is working that means is good...You guys may lose customers if you will continue like that.

Called in and got a quote for a sewer camera. They quoted $114 with the protection plan, which I agreed to and came to pick up the equipment. When I got there they said the locator was an additional charge... ok, fair enough, I agreed. Checked out and was invoiced for $122 and change. Came back the next day to drop off the camera, and the RUDE manager was behind the counter. Made me handle the equipment as she wouldn’t touch it and tried to pull a slick move... handed me an invoice for $280 and tried to dismiss me. When I brought to her attention that this wasn’t what we were contracted for she said there was nothing she could do “because her people screwed up and checked me out a sewer snake, not a camera. I am adding wear and tear into her camera so she will charge me $280.” After much rude badgering she dropped 20% which is still no where near the agreed price. This retroactive change was no fault of mine and all the fault of the business. This practical is unethical and illegal. Sunbelt and united are better rentals with polite service, take your business there. Even if you are in a pinch like I was, STAY AWAY and don’t pre-pay if you want to be treated fairly. As I left the manager was very condescending so like she said to me very negatively “GOD Bless”

Very bad customer service unreasonable requirements unprofessional service

Came in this morning with an odd request.. And although the woman was a bit weary of my request she helped me anyway! I should have gotten her name so this review could have been more personal but I did not. However just wanted to say THANK YOU for giving a helping hand and taking a chance on me. I am rating this review 5 stars based on the customer service alone because I have never had to rent anything from here.. But the two people who helped me today were awesome!!! Would definitely recommend this store over home depot or lows or any other place that rents tools.. She went beyond to help me out when she could have flat out told me no.. Thank you again!

Great people. Fast& friendly. Had what I needed

The location on Auburn Blvd somehow got my name AND billing information confused with another customer and I have been charged $198 for something I did not rent.The account manager tried to correct the mistake only to make it worse, charging my card AGAIN for double the cost of someone elses rental fee, $396.90So as of today, a total of $595.35 has been charged and subtracted from my bank account balance because they mixed up customers names and billing info. Im sure I will get the money back, but it should have never happened in the first place.My bank has opened a claim and will resolve the issue.
