Its a small store but they are very helpful and really nice. Of course while I was in there a shoplifter ran out with a bunch of stuff but I guess thats just a sign of the times the employees did all they could but in the end they have to just let them go. I hope the community will band together and stop the rapid shoplifting thats happening I would hate for a great store like harbor freight to go away.

Always have helpful and friendly staff. Almost any tool you can imagine is on location and normally at a discounted price.

The customer service representative was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. However, the store is small and inventory of items seems limited to only tools and lawn equipment. They didnt have what I needed such as concrete anchor screws. Store seems a little old fashioned. Ill stick to home depot.

I got a love-hate relationship with Harbor Freight, when I need a tool I cant find I will often go to Harbor Freight but I am frequently disappointed in the quality of what I buy. I wish there were accompanied with the breadth of selection they offer that could be trusted to sell only top quality Goods. On this trip I bought a stud finder that is the brand I wanted but they only offered a couple steps down from the top quality model and it failed to solve my problem so I had to return it. If theyre going to offer the brand I wish they would offer the quality item instead of the half price look alike from the same company.

I called for a snow shovel, do you mean scoop shovel? Yes thats what I meant, for leaves. $19.99. Affordable tools if you dont need the super duty tools from the Home Depot. The manager was professionally escorting out a shoplifter, more patience than I would have had.

This is my favorite Harbor Freight store in the Sacramento-Roseville area. I had a bad experience with the cashiers and customer service at the Rocklin store and I drive out of my way to only go to this one.This one is newer and bigger than most of the other ones out here and has tons of parking as well and most of the shelves are always stocked up. The cashiers and associates are always very nice and helpful when I interacted with them. Always no questions asked on any of my warranty stuff as well. Props to the manager and crew who work here!

Great place to tool-up for a home project. Power tools exceed expectations for home and occasional-duty use.But industrial use must be considered carefully. Socket sets are good, while hex-key (Allen wrenches) are of a soft metal and do not endure as well as other brands.

I bought a warranty on a hot knife a month ago and the product died went in to get it exchanged and they were out. They did give me info on what store had inventory that was a plus. Lets hope one of the stores actually has the inventory when I get there.

So much cheaper than Amazon! I got 4 items for $15 that would have cost me $50+ on Amazon. The staff has excellent customer service skills. There are good sales and coupons on their website you can use in the store.

My Dad and I love this store so much at least 3 times a week we shop there. Better than having staples store lol. Great employees all around.

Purchase off Brand Jack Hammer, like the warranty options, gives me a piece of mind.

I wanted an impact wrench, that did not come with a battery or charger, and if you buy all three, they will knock $25 off total, its a great deal, the only problem is they dont have any batteries, I went to three stores called two, not one store had the battery, makes no sense.

Refused to sell the last jack pallet that was in the showroom. On the website says that they are in limited quantities and I came to this store to buy a pallet jack. So it is also on clearance🤦🏼‍♂️

Store location is easy to find and clearly labeled from the main street. Staff was friendly & helpful, and when my toddler had 2 use the restroom, it was clean & finding a staff member 2 unlock it was easy. Good experience.

Had an inexpensive palm sander w/dust bag which is what I was looking for. Batteries are more expensive than they used to be, but, still a good price. Was in & out in of their store on Stockton Blvd. in So. Sac in no time.

They have a much smaller ad than in the past. You still can save money there, hopefully the savings will increase after covid is over.

The outside isnt fancy, but the store has a lot more room inside compared with some, without affecting the merchandise available.

This place always has great deals but if you want a deal that is with a coupon mke sure you have your coupons ready and with you if not your not getting the discount kuz they dont even have current ads as backup in case you forget your coupons and charge you whatever the register rings up

Kind get tools at great prices, if your a weekend mechanic or every day one. If you sign up for there loyalty program you get discounted even more on some iteams, but it does cost. recommend you get the warranty if the product comes with one, no hassle returns if it should break. They also have a lot of oh I need that items too! fun place to shop for men and woman who do craft things or home repairs.

Got there at 7:52 and they shut the door the sign says till 8:00 pm how unprofessional the white heavy set lady was just looking at me and not saying nothing of opening the door,poor customer service.

Great staff, love the prices and quality however management allows WAY to many homeless camp out in the parking lot. Was attached by 2 pitbulls owned by a homeless couple in 2019. Dangerous parking lot if you want my opinion.

I always love the selection. Prices are good too. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to the flyers so I can plan my next repair. I have tools and tool boxes that have been with me for decades. Great place to get items hard to find at hardware stores.

Love the store, and Ive always been able to find whatever tool Ive needed at a cheap price, and Ive also found you get whatever you pay for. So, yes Ive bought some new tools, and broke some of them right away I also tried to replace/return some and that wasnt a very good experience then again it could have just been me that week. Nothing went my way that week but it does look taste good food 😁 k

I would give more stars but Im always having to drag my husband out of this place.. The amount of time a man can spend in this place is crazy... Go there for zip ties and he comes home with wd-40 a 3 ton jack and a cordless grinder!! and he forgot the zip ties so he has to go back the next day!!

This store you can never go wrong at. Some items are cheaper than you think and some of these cheap items will surprise you. I always get the warranty its like 50 50 though. Sometimes you need it sometimes you dont. I will probably always shop there. They are always willing to help you and on a hot day their AC works good

So, Im not a serious builder or fixer but Im handy fixing my own odds and ends, Im often short on money so Harbor freight is perfect for me in this regard having affordable of tools & accessories. Also I always see loads of guys browsing thru or taking advantage of a sale or coupon.

I was looking for a engine stand and engine lift started at the Elk Grove store they had the stand not the lift . The staff checked and told me the Howe Ave store had the lift in stock . Four days later I got to the Howe Ave store and picked up the lift . The staff at both stores were very helpful I got what I came for . I first started shopping at the Harbor freight at Foothill over ten years ago have found what I needed almost all the time . It is a great big candy store .
