Just had my shutters installed and am in love with how they look. Installation was painless and Randy made sure everything was to my liking. Would definitely recommend, this was also the most budget friendly option that I was able to find in the area.

Well, when I bought my house, the construction crew told me that they still have to repair the shutters. I asked them which place they were getting them from. They told me this store.>>FAST FORWARD 4 YEARS>>When I bought my house years back, the shutters were in good shape and no damage/wear. Well now, they are falling apart because they are made from plastic! I have to close every single blind SEPARATELY and it is very annoying for the cost I bought the house for. I ended up paying 12 grand to get all of the shutters in my house replaced with heavy duty wood shutters. I just am disappointed with the quality of this place. But to be honest, the price explains it.

We’ve had Sunburst shutters in our home for over 20 years. They remain highly functional and do an excellent job insulating on hot days and cold nights saving energy. Ordered custom wood shutters for dinning/living room. It takes 4-6 weeks to receive and install, but once in they look beautiful and show quality workmanship. The experience from sales to installation was very pleasant. Lastly, their price was very competitive too.

We have two bedrooms upstairs that face south. These rooms have always been much warmer than the rest of the house. We were referred to Sunburst Shutters by a friend. Curtis dropped by the next day and educated us on our options. We chose to have the windows treated with a sun reflecting film. We noticed a drastic difference in the room temperature the next day. A sales rep came out to my home and went over the options with me. I never felt pressured to get upsold in terms of options or number of windows to get shutters (I wanted to try getting shitters on the front before committing to the back). A final quote was easy and able to sign the contract via email. Payment was easy as well and definitely reasonable. There was a bit of a delay in delivery due to inclement weather in the shopping route that I wish was communicated better, but the installation went well. My dog is a bit of a handful in needing to say hi to new people or else she gets a bit protective, but Randy did quite well with her. We were also able to ask him about options for a kitchen window my wife wanted to leave shutter-free.Overall, pleased with the experience. The shutters look nice and really make our rooms look nice. They hopefully will help with our energy bills too!
