We recently purchased a swim spa from Cal Spas and it is truly a dream come true! We both absolutely love it! It is well made, designed well, and a joy to be in, both to relax and to swim for exercise. The buying experience was awesome too. Victoria is so knowledgeable, professional, personable, and caring. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process as well as now if we still have a question. I highly recommend the Cal Spa swim spa as well as the Sacramento store. We order a spa cover for our spa and it was so nice and easy they had all the info from when we bought our spa over 15 years ago so I didn’t have to measure anything .

During this pandemic we decided to purchase a spa and searched all over Northern California for the best spa at the best price. The minute we walked into the Sacramento showroom of Cal Spas we knew we found the right one. Unfortunately, because of the virus delivery took quite a while. But the most amazing experience was how quickly and efficiently the delivery team set it up. They delivered to our backyard, unpacked it, and set it in place in less than 30 minutes. And they they showed up 5 minutes early. We love our new spa.

It took me about 2 plus months to get someone to come out, as I was having a major leak he stayed 35 mins changed me almost 200 dollars. He gave me no options but add fix a leak on there most expensive spa. Hired another company to come out. He had the idea to unplug the jets behind the back rest and the leak is 90 percent better.

My wife and I just purchased a Cal Spa hot tub from Brett at Cal Spas of Sacramento, during the recent Lawn and Garden show at Cal Expo. He was very easy to work with and answered all my questions, and I asked a lot. I never felt rushed and Brett was very easy to talk to about, price, delivery, keeping the water clean, and regular preventive maintenance.Because the Spa we wanted had to be built, we were told it could be a few weeks before delivery. Victoria in the office was awesome at keeping us posted on the construction status of our spa and setting up the logistics and making the delivery arrangements.Brett even came out to our home before the spa was delivered and helped us pick out the perfect location in our back yard. Brett was also able to deliver and hook up the spa on a very tight time frame on a Saturday morning.We were so impressed with the great customer service we received from Brett and his staff, we are now in the process of having Brett write an estimate for our upcoming landscape project.If you are considering the purchase of a hot tub, I highly recommend that you give Brett a call and let him talk to you about the line of Cal Spa hot tubs.

Victoria has excellent communication and really caters to the customer.I bought my hot tub in May and Cal Spas held it for me free of charge for 5 months. Purchase new spa recently, paid for it in full, they were nice at first, then thing’s changed for the worst upon delivery. They wanted more money from me for their “free delivery” not happy with them”at all”

First let me say the sales experience was okay. We believed that what was represented would be what we would experience. We told the salesperson, Tex, that my wife had a very hard time with chemicals. He suggested that we go with both UV and ozone options. He assured us that just a very small amount of chemicals would be required. Needless to say it has turned out not to be true. We are using chemicals, bromine, to keep the spa clean.We asked for assistance to determine what was wrong only to be told that there would be a fee to come out. We dont believe the ozone or UV light is working. They told us per the factory records both systems were installed and working. Their service person was suppose to come out and test the system, but never did and the follow up call that was promised never happened. So here we are forced to solve the problem by ourselves...If you want a spa that uses very little chemicals dont buy a Cal Spa. If it doesnt matter to you, its a great spa.

I wanted to share what a great experience my wife and I had with Cal spas of Sacramento. We purchased our spa at the home show on March 3 .from the owner and all of his team everything was done as promised very professionally and with great service. His staff and team are very knowledgeable and great to work with I would highly recommend them when considering purchasing a spa

The spa is nice but the experience was not. First the spa was delivered without a filter. It took 4 phone calls for us to finally get their attention. After many apologies and several excuses they finally “allowed “ us to drive out (from Natomas to Rancho Cordova) and pick up a filter so we could use our spa. Once we turned our spa on, we tried to turn on the lights for the waterfall feature. The salesperson had told us how pretty this feature was when lit up. When it didn’t light we called CalSpa and was told that the light feature for the spa was something that had been discontinued. We were told that the sales person “must not have known this” when he told us our waterfall would come with a lighted feature. They offered to send us a box of chemicals as an apology. We were told the box is valued at $200. That conversation was about 3 weeks ago. The chemicals have never arrived. We did call and ask and got another apology with the excuse that they have been busy and maybe the guys in the back did not get the message... Lastly, we did check and the real cost of these same chemicals is less than $50. Irritated that they have lied several times and still haven’t attempted to resolve any of their poor customer service issues. I like the spa. I just wish I had bought it somewhere else.6/20/2019 After reading the response from Cal Spa I went and checked for the chemicals that they said was delivered. Nothing has been received. I am not surprised. The response was truly a sad attempt at customer recovery. There have been so many phone calls made but no more. As I said before I like the spa. This is our second Cal Spa spa. The first one was not purchased in Sacramento. The customer service was excellent with my first purchase. I bought the first one on a friends recommendation. Good customer service goes a long way. As for the value of the chemicals (that we never received) I priced them out with the manufacturer as individual pieces. I imagine that with the deal you have in bundling these products the price would actually be less. However, buying all the pieces individually runs 48 dollars and change.

Tex took good care of me with great customer service and even a better deal! Delivery was very fast!

The place had very nice spas and the workers were very helpful and polite.

Shopped at this location after my wife had visited to look for a 2-3 person spa. Met with Tex who was informative and extremely personable.

Drove 30 mins to location that was suppose to open at 11. We arrived at 11:01. There was no one at the location. Tried giving them a call and no answer and no ability to leave a message. Waited till about 1120 and left very frustrated!
