We came up here to look at getting a rv mattress made, and the lady who helped us was very helpful. We made another trip up here to order, since apparently you cant order over the phone. Well come to find out the price we were given was cash price even though we told her we were paying with card. Which paying cash is fine but it would have been nice to know before hand since we are not local and did not have the cash on hand. Then comes the third trip. We were told the mattress was to be ready on Saturday by 10. Well we get there at 1120 and the mattress isnt done and hasnt be started. So we come back later when they call, and the mattress given to us is not the correct length or width we ordered and is not very square. Each size measures different. Very disappointing in the whole experience. After the first trip we figured it would be worth the 80 mile round trip and I was going to come back and get another mattress. But nope I am very disappointed in the experience and will go else where.

I was going to spend $850.00 for a new custom mattress in Chico until I heard about Sacramento Valley Mattress. I got a beautiful, double pillow top mattress, custom made for my antique iron bed at less than half of what the store in Chico was going to charge me! I have never had a better nights sleep!

The best experience here. Myra helped me out andshe was awesome. I had been calling for about a week looking for a cal king and they got done in. I made it down Bernie closing and they were all support helpful. They delivered next day and I slept like a baby. Telling all my friends!!! Way better than dealing with min stream mattress centers...way better

This place is AWESOME. If you need a mattress, but dont have so much cash, they have great mattresses at half the cost of department stores and the mattresses are really comfortable.

Bed was affordable. Sadly I have had the bed for around 90 days and the bed bows so bad I am ready to throw it out. It started bowing in the middle in the first 30 days, and Im not overweight. Shop around before you buy from here, it might save your back....

This place is on the corner of 14th Ave. and 42nd Street. For many years it has been an eye sore because peolpe dump their old mattresses on the 42nd street side and imagine driving by and seeing hundreds of stained malodorous mattresses stracked and/or disarrayed stretching out to the street.Ive had to circle around at times.The positive thing about this mattress factory, is they produce a lot of mattresses for families here in Oak Park that otherwise would not have a nice mattress to sleep on.When the mattresses are refurbished or redone they look excellent. The only thing I dont know is if they changed all the cotton underneath there; Therefore, if they do change the inside it is a great buy...if not youll be itching like crazy in a few weeks.
