Tried getting a hold of arnie for two weeks. Left multiple messages, sent texts. Nothing. Then when I finally got ahold of him, he quoted me 6 week turnaround just for a setup on my guitar. When I asked why itd take so long, he snapped at me and told me to go somewhere else. It sounded like he was really busy and at his breaking point, but it was pretty unprofessional. I wasnt being unreasonable or rude, just genuinely surprised at the turnaround time. Its a shame because I hear he does great work

Arnie serviced my 89 Fender Stratocaster and the results were far more impressive than I imagined. He addressed the truss rod, nut, bridge, action, intonation, and fret buzz I had.
