I walked into Sallys today on Bay rd Saginaw MI at 3:25 p.mThere were two workers and 1 customer checking out..Neither worker said anything to meSo I said hello..still neither one said anything till the cashier said hello with a weird face...so I said never mindIt was uncomfortable to say the least to have no one offer to help or simply greet me.Ryde worjers

Great place for quality products.

Ive purchased here for the last 15+ years. I had to buy some stuff during COVID. I was told by the lady locked in the store that Id have to purchase the items online and then come to the store for outside pickup. Went to order the items on line and no curbside pickup was offered and they wanted to charge me a delivery charge, and the sales tax they wanted to charge me was 4x the sales tax in my state, and yes, I put in the correct zip code.

It was fine, didnt have what I was looking for
