Great merch/apparel in the store and friendly staff, but its kind of hard to find smaller sizes. Im a medium and its pretty hard to find things in my size, yet theres always tons of XXXLs. As a body positivity enthusiast, I love that theres larger sizes, but if less people buy the larger sizes and more people buy the smaller sizes, I think it would make more sense to stock up on smaller sizes a little more than larger ones.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Ive never had a bad experience or come out of there empty handed.

Came to shop at the Saginaw location today and the staff repeatedly kept telling me to pull up my mask and I repeatedly told them Ill do my best because it didnt fit right, well another staff person came up to me and said pull your mask over your nose and again I had to repeat myself! I could have easily spent over $100 in the store today but because of the way I was spoke to very loudly in front of other customers I left and I told them Im NEVER going back. SHAME on them for POOR work ethics!!!

I love the clothes. I recently bought a Marilyn Manson shirt that I first owned in 1997 and a Cure T-shirt that I owned thirty years ago. The jewellery selections awesome, too. And the employees are all very friendly. We’ll be back soon.

This is our Hot Topic! Been going here for several years. We love EVERYONE who works there. They always offer help and save you money any way they can. Wouldnt ever go anywhere else!!

Too dark... I realize you have a brand youre trying to sell, but I need to be able to see price tags when Im shopping with my daughter. The music was a good volume and not too bad compared to some Hot Topics Ive been in, but turn the lights up. We left without buying anything because my daughter said your store was too crowded and she was uncomfortable.

Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. They come up to you to make sure that you are doing already and if you need any help. They are so much better than some big stores that have so many more employees.

I cant remember the girls name that was working, but she was super nice and helpful. My kiddo loves Hot Topic, so Im glad she had a good experience.

Love hot topic but yall need smaller sizes and better prices. I remember buying Godsmack or Metallica shirts practically every other week as a high school student and now a decade later, buying one t-shirt is almost impossible.

The employees at this Hot Topic are incredibly helpful and friendly. They’re eager to point you to the items you’re looking for and make sure you’re aware of the deals going on.

Great place. But very overpriced. 30$ for the same shirt i got at walmart for 8$. They have good merch for everything there though, if youre willing to pay that much for them.

Was at this shop this past Saturday and the girl that checked me out was super kind but the boy at the next register with the neck tattoo was so rude and was rolling his eyes at all the people he checked out while i was Waiting. I will Never come back here bc of his actions and how he kept saying things under his breath to the girl and she would ignore him but looked so uncomfortable. Im a store manager at retail and my employees would be fired for this behavior. Very disappointed.
