Enough to choose from, AWESOME clothes. The girl who checked me out however wasnt willing to share a coupon. Make sure you take your phone so you can Google a digital coupon. The store it self, I would of gave a 5 star, but the employee (just the one) lowered my rating.

I ordered an item for the first time on JC Pennys website. At checkout I was provided the option to pay in 4 payments through a third party. I choose that option. The order processed and it seemed like that was that. An hour later I get an email from jcpenney saying that my order processed and my card was charged the full price. Interesting considering I never gave jcpenney my credit card info, only the third party. When I call jcpenny customer service for an explanation. I was told that there was nothing they could do because it had been longer than 30mins after the order then they told me that I couldnt cancel the order (past 30 mins). I told them that I didnt realize there was a problem until and hour after because i just got the email.They told me that was just the way the systems works Sometimes. Then they told me that they didnt offered third party options, but if they did I could take it up with them. So I got charged by both, jc Pennys took my cc info and customer service told me the best they could do is direct me to the closest store so I could return the item when it comes. And yes that was after asking to speak to a manager that was very rude. First time on jcpennys web site and the last... no wonder they are closing stores left and right.

After checking out both levels my sister and I found the dress clothes she needed for work. The selection was decent and the staff was friendly. Passed through the workout clothes area and there are some really cool styles and prints located there that are worth checking out.

It was nice, smelled really good, but they didnt have anything on there shelves kids wise...

This store should be ashamed at the way it looks. We arrived as soon as it opened it looked like it wasnt even attempted to be organized after close. Nothing organized in the mens department. Items just thrown around on shelves and tables. How are people to want to shop there, when they dont take pride in their store?

Lots of choices. Prices are good. The only problem was that it was very hot in there and we couldnt take it anymore and had to leave.

An excellent clothes store. Reasonable prices and good clothing. Its to bad the u.s. government has allowed on line stores to put the brick and mortar stores out of business. Sad, very sad. Pretty had to try on clothes on line. The same size from different manufacturers does not always fit.

This is the third time they didn’t take off any security tags. So now I have one ruined shirt because I tried to remove one of them myself (needed the shirt same day and was hoping since they didn’t set off the door alarm, they didn’t have ink in them. Now I get to find time to go back up there and get the rest of the security tags taken off AGAIN. I’m not shopping there again. This is ridiculous.Update: I emailed them as they requested and reached out via social media a week ago and never got a reply.

So many dresses! Really impressed with such variety of selection in all departments.

Portraits session was a dismal experience. They only had one worker, over an hour behind for a pre schedule appointment.The actual photo sessions went well, the assortment of props and poses helped elevate the stress of waiting. The photos we selected turned out wonderfully.We did have to wait an additional 4 days for our e-mailed photos to come through Shutterfly/JC Pennys

I havent shopped at JCP in quite a while but its apparent that I havent missed much. The Saginaw store used to be nice. I stopped in there the other day and the place looked ransacked and hasnt seen a broom in quite awhile. Wake up management! Take some pride in your store!

Well I went in there because I had a coupon because I have a new credit card there but they tried to look up my phone number which Ive already used this credit card seven times at least and they said my number wasnt in there for rewards and then the items I picked out werent eligible so I didnt do so good today at JCPenney, but I plan to go back this week and try again cuz I love JCPenney

I use a power chair,, so the elevator makes it possible to shop the entire store! I discovered that the drapery department is being eliminated in the store, going to online shopping only. That was disappointing. Still a great selection in housewares !

The selection at JCPenney seems pretty standard. Its not bad but not great either. Fashion Square mall as a whole is super dated and an eye sore. JCPenney is not an exception and seems to be stuck in the early 2000s. JCPenney isnt really my kind of store to begin with, but they could earn another star if they updated things.

LOVE JcPenney for womens clothing and jewelry - found a long pearl necklace, EXACTLY what I was looking for, and matching earrings and bracelet, all 3 items for an excellent price!

Although my daughter would not cooperate, the photographer was still patient and tried to get good shots of her.....the pics of my son I loved because they captured his goofy personality. The photographers coworker was rude and sarcastic towards her coworker which bothered me more than her being short with me.... Obviously the 5 stars are for the photographer!

Clearance area could of been sorted out better. Store was not busy at the time and appeared to have plenty of associates.

Not a hint of holiday cheer; no Christmas decorations of any kind, no Christmas music, just this awful cheesy pop music that sounded like the stuff in elevators. Very long lines with only ONE clerk, and in the middle of taking care of customers at the register, she had to stop and take her cash drawer back to the office for a new one! She was gone better than 5 minutes. I heard various people in line state that theyd be doing their Christmas shopping elsewhere after this! This is the worst I have ever seen at JCPenney!

Jcpenney always has nice quality clothing. I havent shopped here in awhile, but I think I will start again to support them. Found my husband a Shaq suit on clearance, saved $400 and only paid $100. Found other dress clothes with great sales. Kids clothing also had pretty good deals and cute options. Recommend!

I can understand why they are closing several of their stores. Way overpriced!!! When they charge $69.50 for a pair of womens Levis.......nobody in their right mind would pay that much for a pair of pants. Try lowering your prices and you may have shoppers come back....but I think its far too late for that!!!

Well I love this Jcpenny here in Saginaw Twp. Shari and Lisa are amazing in custom draperies. I cant say enough about their customer service, which is rare these days. I ordered my custom draperies! I am over the moon happy with their impeccable service and love my window treatments! Perfect 10 here too.

Service was great in the shoe dept. Cashier didnt know what he was doing.i had two pr.of shoes one was 22.99 the other 30.99.wrang us up 4 times before he got it right, had to call someone to help him. He wasnt scanning the right bar code. This young man needs more training on how to ring the bar codes.

Went upstairs into the kid department wasn’t no staff anywhere! Went to the register there was a young lady her name Was Jayla! She was so kind to help me and talk to me and ask me how was my day going and she was very nice and a beautiful smile i hope blessings go her way!

Shari at the Curtain and Drapes department really was so helpful and a pleasure to work in decorating our home. She went so far beyond expectations to make it a pleasant experience.

I am really happy with their helpful and kind employees. However I had a hard time finding my size (2) with almost every brand they carried in jeans. As well as finding tops that I liked in my size.
