I had 19mi until empty, needing to travel another 40 miles. Its 6:30am... I only had $1.60 on my debit card. I joked with the cashier that the struggle is real today.He pulled out a couple dollars he had on him & added it to my pump to help me! Went way out of his way to help me, I did not expect that from a gas station attendant who probably isnt making much money himself.THANK YOU BRO!!!😉💯💪⛽

I used to work here as supervisor, it is ran very well, and I know for a fact is is kept clean to the best of the employees abilities. Happy to see they are finally getting the walk in coolers installed, for the employees sake. Hauling 12 to 20 red bins full of pop from the garage across the parking lot UPHILL into this busy store 2 to 3 times daily is no easy task! This will also help with customer satisfaction, as there will be two registers available more often. Good job Forwards!

Good for a quick stop. Beverage coolers are always empty or neer empty every time I stop their. Small and stuffy. Not good for anybody that doesnt like closed in places. Not very clean.

I have been waiting 5 days for a call from the manager or owner of this establishment regarding a fraudulent charge I received on one of their gas pumps.While the employees I have spoke to have been cordial, I have yet to receive a call back.I would urge people not to use the credit card apparatus at the pumps as their is something fishy going on.

I love the double savings on Tuesday. They are they absolute best and saving 5 cents a gallon is well needed these days

Really wish management would train the night shift to shut off the main pump lights at night. Sometimes they do, but living across the street from the station and working evenings I would really like some actual night time without the lights on.

Shell has great gas as its a top tier provider. This particular station is always busy and rather small but well laid out and the staff is friendly.

I dont like this place. I used to work here. There are not good managers at shell and in turn, not many good employees here . example: when one employee does there job right on there shift everyday. And every time that person is not there the managers dont make the others do there job right. So when person # 1 comes incfor next shift the place is literally trashed. And when #1says somethng about the others. The manager will say thats why i put you on at night because i know the store will be done right. And never makes sure the others do there jobs right. But continue to pay them to do mediocre work. Now how is that a fair way to run amy business.

Im a regular at this particular location and I just love how friendly the employees are and recently I almost ran out of gas going back to Midland and only had just under $2. when I went to pump after prepaying it didnt stop when it shouldve and just as I was worrying the employee says over the speaker youll want to keep pumping til it stops pump 2 he obviously added a few dollars so Id make it. I wish I knew his name so I could thank him I waved in acknowledgment but was in a hurry. So if he happens to see this by chance please fb me! thanks sooo much you saved my day and it meant a lot! my baby was in the car and was on my way to pick up my son at preschool. Im a single mom so things like this are so appreciated! :-)
