I walked in the store without being greeted and as soon as I said excuse me to the cashier at the front register I was immediately yelled at disrespectfully so I disrespectfully yelled back at Nancy who should not be working the front register so I’m going to say it was a disheartening experience and Serina made it all better it a professional manner.... I forgot to mention that I noticed Nancy doesn’t greet anyone entering the store and it makes it’s seem cold and unwelcoming
Very friendly service, met with a warm welcome of, Welcome to Walgreens also they are very helpful and wanted to make sure i could find what I needed and answered any questions I had
During this pandemic, if I need to go to the store, Im in and out. I went in, got what I needed and went to check out. No one was there. Waited. I looked for someone and saw a lady stocking. I asked if she could help me check out. Ignores me. I try to find someone else. The next person I ask, says there should be someone up there. I told her there is not. She yells for a woman named Cindy. Lady comes around the corner (same lady I had asked to help me, before i found another NICE lady). She stares at me furiously. I said could you help me check out...? She rudely says Im tHe cAsHiEr. I said okay.. no one was here, I wasnt sure... could you please help me? Angerly walks to the register and checks me out. Never giving them business again. If you hate your job this much, find a new one. Dont bring others down to make yourself happy.
Woman by the name if Joan is the cause of this bad review. I just want it to be clear that not all staff members are like this but it must be addressed. Joan is known for racial profiling customers. Its the same thing everytime. To the point of refusing service when her own racism is pointed out. Again, I have no unpleasant experience at this location with any stuff memeber other than Ms.Joan.
The worst service possible.
I usually go to the Rite Aid across the street and now I know why. It was probably the most unprofessional location I have been to. Grown men employees were horseplaying in the entryway. I dont just discredit them but the manager who looked at me and said its like babysitting kids in here today. No thanks, you just solidified why Ill continue to go across the street.
The store does NOT cater to the ethnic diversity of the community...I went into the store looking for shampo and conditioner...NOTHING....
They go above and beyond! When they did not have the medicine my daughter needed the pharmacist called other pharmacies for me. He took care of everything and sent me to rite-aid for it. He could have simply sold me a knock off brand that would not have worked for me daughtee.
Horrible customer service. Will never go here again. I worked at this location years ago. Its definitely gone down hill!
I have been fighting for my medication for almost 2 weeks at this location. I switched locations because this walgreens is right down the road from my work and I pass it everyday. I get phone calls all the time telling me its ready to be picked up and I come and u tell me no its not. I have talked to at least 3 different people who all tell me a different verison on how its not ready. Then a lady last night calls me and tells me how its been filled and sitting there since the 20th and today is the 27th and asked if I still wanted it and to bring my insurance card when I come to pick it up. I come today and u tell me u have my insurance on file and a woman didnt work last night so there is no way I could have talked to them. I am switching back to the one on Genesee. And NEVER will I go back to this location. I understand people make mistakes, it happens all the time but for almost 2 weeks? With changing stories? Not thank u.
Always has just what I need!
Run of the mill Walgreens, nothing especially good or bad about this one.
